Not just this app, there services are also extremely bad. I register at least one complain in almost every month. And without solving it they change the status of the ticket as "Resolved". So that they can show there higher persons that they worked when they actually didn't. And they don't re-issue the same complain again. And if the issue is around 5pm then just forget about it , not at any cost it will be resolved on the same day no matter how urgently.
Hopeless! It asks user id and password to sign in but the last plan details are not available. While renewing the subscription, plan name does not give clarity on how much data usage is allowed per day. You need to mention it in detail. At the time of renewal it asks for billing name and address. Why the hell I need to enter it when it should automatically come as I have logged in. The invoice is not getting downloaded. Overall you need to improve a lot..
No service, importance or respect to customers. Internet remains down frequently and customer care doesn't respond properly.. waste of time and money
Horrible customer service and support! After multiple follow ups and emails to reimburse my money which was prepaid for three months they have still not processed it, although it was their pathetic service and lack of prompt resolution that led me to opt for another service provider!! Their support team and technical team is of no use, you'll have to call them a hundred times to make them realise what the issue is and even after that they won't resolve it! - I highly "DO NOT" recommend ION!!!!
One of the worst app and service providers. The internet doesn't work. It took 4 days for the new plan to reflect. They automatically close the support ticket without reaching out. Many functions on app doesn't work. We've been using mobile Hotspot since their wifi is not working. In this age of digital services and customer satisfaction - this is the worst experience so far. Please try to avoid this at any cost.
Very disappointing. I have no issues with the service provider and his local contact. But this app is completely hopeless. For those who want to register, they cannot. It asks your mobile number and email ID. Even with that, you cannot move forward. Without registering, you do not get your user ID and password. Without the same, you cannot use the app. Totally disappointing. I have to give zero score. But the least is one star. Last few months, I tried quiet a few times. I regret wasting time.
Unexpectedly poor service. Customer care hardly answers. If answered you are diverted to many sections for the common issue of wifi not working. Somehow, if the issue is reported, it gets solved only after a week. Meanwhile you are stuck. Also the customer care people are not aware of all schemes, I ended up spending money on same voucher twice for the same month and did not receive the refund for second time payment. PS- description is about Ulwe region in Navi Mumbai.
This is the worst router you could ever get. In the starting it'll be working fine then suddenly sometimes 'no internet connection' will start showing up and it'll not work this is gonna happen at least 5-8 times a year and when you call them to fix it either they'll ignore ur call of take atleast 1 week to fix it but if you're looking for a cheap router then this is for you!!! Damn thus app also crashes so much 🥲
From last 4-5 months, plan renewal payments cannot be done via app. I have to visit the store to do it. This is waste of time.. What's bad is that even after communicating the issue to store (Sector 9 Ulwe), no action is taken to fix this issue in app. There are many players in the market. You cant hold the customers from switvmching if this is how you want to continue doing business..
Very slow app. Making payment is a difficult task, sometimes the payment is not processed when done. App always shows a message "Update Available - Update Now or Later" and when I click on "Update Now" it takes to Google Play Store but an update is never seen. I am facing this issue since last 2 months. However the older version continues to work.
Very pathetic app. Never gets open, even when you have full network, it will show network error. I'm not able to renew/update data packs, as app is not at all moving ahead of app Icon. Not able to see usage stats. Very poorly designed app. This app will meet highest level of dissatisfaction. With every update app is getting worst and worst.
This is the most sluggish wifi brand I have ever come across. You guys are taking more than 30 days for refund the amount after disconnection. After 30 days when we check for updates, they ask our bank account details. Like Seriously?!!!!!! Never going to recommend this brand to anyone. Please improve your ITIL standards
Terrible service from ION Broadband. False promises, no timely customer support, and no proper responses. Internet speed is consistently an issue, and whenever there’s a problem, it takes 2-3 days to resolve. Extremely disappointing experience. Would not recommend!
This app is pathetic. I can't access my account.If, we type the correct username and password it shows invalid. It should be rectified. The app is very slow and it doesn't show the usage statistics in detail. The ION employees say they are going to rectify it years ago but, I don't see anything rectified in the app. Please do work on this because I am using this network for 3 yrs and if the app doesn't work properly, I will have to opt for other networks.
My experience with app is alright it's easy to to use and very simple interface. On the other hand the when it comes to service, it's poor at best. I have raised request about frequent disconnection as it is important to me that connection doesn't lose because I work from home and I am connected with my company's server which requires constant stable connection. They close my request without even bother to check with me, I am raising request almost daily but they seem to provide only temp sol
The app is helpful, but still with some issues. 2 previous tickets from 2-3 weeks ago are still open and unless they're closed, I'm unable to raise a new ticket for the same issue. 01/25/2022 update: Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star. The app is an absolute waste of time w.r.t. raising support tickets. Getting error message saying, a similar ticket is raised, so i can't raise a fresh ticket!
Whoever designed the upgrade to this app needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. The app takes ages to open & is way too sluggish. This doesn't even open sometimes properly even on their own wifi internet connection (what irony). And if you try to open this on your phone data connection then god help you. It takes 10-15 mins sometimes to just renew your package thru this app on phone data. The app is horrendous to navigate through because of the slow performance.They also stopped showing the actual time when your internet package is going to expire along with the date (which was shown before this upgrade) in this new UI. Did they intend to upgrade this app or downgrade it ?? God only knows.
I don't know if the app is worse or their wifi. Whether you pay 2000rs or 500rs the speed is the same, buffering and constant net drops. To renew the plan, you have to spend 30 mins screaming at customer care because the app is only buttons which don't lead anywhere. Customer service is also horrible.
Sent mail, they say it's getting proper but it's not solved. past two months I have been having frequent issues I have not been having wifi network for past 7 days and they keep telling they are solving and never get back to me. Asked for refund also but no response. Would never ever recommend anyone to take this wifi connection I have send hundred mails to customer care. Even stayed on line with customer care for hours speaking about my issue but still no response.
Horrible Experience! Highly disappointed with the service and the customer care service. You call them for help and you have to wait for hours together...The network is very poor and you are half the time having no Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi drops during an important meeting or call, which is such an embarrassment. The only thing they deligently do is disconnect the wifi if the payment is due even by one day.....Would NOT recommend this to anyone.....
