ID.me & the non . gov site aren't going to be correct and insecure thus far not allowing access to correct information and or accounts and good reason the apps authentication doesn't appear to be correct and my safety settings block the app and the pop up app junk also.

i dont know if its even believable when i see in posts people getting in contact with an irs representative but literally their automated prompts will not get you to one. no matter how many times you say speak to a representative. All I've been trying to do is get a quick inquiry to make sure my refund is fine but no i got to talk to a robot 🙄

This app has always worked for me in years past. This year, all I get is "The information you have entered does not match," or, "You have exceeded your daily limit." This app is totally useless now. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Authenticator takes a bit to get set up. A password free life and seamless apps that use them are the wave of the future!;-)

I can't even believe this is the official app. Saying "pay by the app" which only includes a shortcut to the website is the most brain dead thing I've heard of since net neutrality. You'd think this would be solid for FORCING people to pay online now. Absolutely absurd.

It gave me an error on the 1st attempt, then on the 2nd & 3rd try it said I exceeded my daily attempt of 1 & to try next day. Don't bother using as it doesn't work at all.

I match my info to the t and it still says it doesn't match and then I run out of attempts. so annoying! app is no good.

Doesn't work properly. I put in my info and it says it's wrong. Then it tells me my daily limit is reached. Never had these issues with this app before in the years I've used it. It's been a week and I haven't been able to check my status once yet.

1/2026 stil POS. can't even check anymore. says info is wrong or daily limit reached when I hadn't even checked. Daily limit reached? Um what? You limit how many times I can check MY info? Just says my Info is wrong when I know it's not.

been using this app for years and now it doesn't work. says wrong information entered and then I've reached my daily limit which is a lie.

I don't know the use of having an account where you won't even be allowed to verified and when you contact customer service the just beginning a conversation at the end of the day the end it, if I am being scammed let me know, I know I am not being scammed but you still do not want to listen to me IRS sent me a letter which is only in my account I can't access it I can't do nothing.

same with the actual site wait 48 hours later still " too many login attempts " idk what's up but that's frustrating, please look in to this issue .

Garbage. My refund is $0. The will not accept that amount. That means I have no way to check my return status.Google should remove this app from play store.

This is not accurate! I already have my full refund and the app only has me at the first step.

Useless. Continuously says wrong information and then only gives you one chance before it says try again in 24 hrs

Worked fine before. Now says I've reached daily limit, when I haven't even checked it. When did they start that mess with your own information.

cannot scroll to next input of material or input dollar sign or comma in amount and when I maneuver to input material it shuts me down with one try..what the heck.

Won't work, keeps saying wrong info, and you exceeded daily limit EVERY single day! It didnt do this previous years!?!

It seems the Trump administration has trashed this app. I can't make my usual estimated quarterly payments anymore. Everything I try gets an error message.
