iSecretShop - Mystery Shopping

This app works fine for me. No technical problems. No issues being paid. The client base is fairly consistent. Great way to offset the costs of dining and entertainment when I travel. You have to READ THE MSP. READ THE CONTRACTS so you know what to expect from different clients. They are not all the same. If you're looking for instant payment, look elsewhere. There are also phone and web shops available to work from home. Pay ranges from $-$$$

I just registered & was looking around to see if this would be a good fit, but its not. The 4 jobs that are available are about obtaining a gym membership. The profile they want you to fill out is very intrusive. I didn't fill comfortable giving out my personal details; such as where I bank, I don't know why they need that info, you get paid by paypal. Plus, what is my political affiliation & if I'm registered to vote. I wouldn't recommend this App, but to each their own! I'm uninstalling!!!

I'm not saying the app doesn't have its quirks sometimes. Overall, I've enjoyed shopping assignments on this app. Most of the shops pay decent, and the reports aren't too bad to fill out. This app is good if you want to hustle up extra side money. Stay patient with the shops and the MSP agencies. At first, it is a little tricky to get used to. It gets easier as you do more shops and fill out more reports. Ive made almost $700 on this app, and I've only been shopping for about a month and a half.

So far great interface, reporting tools, communication by agencies, and opportunities for Secret Shoppers! I do sometimes have to use the website as a backup to the app. Since joining about 10 days ago, I've done 2 shops already and about to do a third, and payments take a bit of time, e.g., 17-35 days from the date of completion but there is a payment mode on the app that keeps you informed of status.

The jobs are convoluted and take a long time to complete, but if you stick to only what is required to be purchased you don't make out too bad in the end. The worst thing about the app though is how terribly slow it is. It has to think for about 30 seconds every time you navigate to a different section. I usually only do one job at a time just because I get so annoyed at the loading wait times.

They take too long to PAY OUT! My 2 shopS were completed June 3rd and approved. I just received payment TODAY August 16, 2019. I sent 5 emails, three alerts and 4 phone calls. That is ridiculous! They only care about completing the shop for their client. I went on the site purchase the product with my own money wrote the review follow all the directions. and 74 days later I finally get my money back and the payment for the 2 shops. Terrible customer service.

I love this app very much! I never have an issue with jobs being accepted and getting paid. I also live in the Midwest in a small town surrounded by other small towns and I've still made over $150 in 3 weeks. I haven't traveled more then 30 miles to do a job but it's always been worth it. The jobs are fun and you get to do real store audits too. I do wish that we could still mystery shop at stores we audit at as long as it's on a different day during a different shift so i can work more jobs.

They deactivated my account over a single cancellation. Applied for a job that was a gym didn't realize it was a sauna gym for females the job requires me to take photos inside the building and I was simply not comfortable with that as I found it not appropriate. They deactivate my account immediately, they said I can have account reactivated if I reschedule the job, so I emailed them immediately and their reply was that the job was no longer available and would have to wait till October.

This app always crashes. I haven't been able to submit a single job without this app crashing. I lose all my work all the time. I'm phasing out doing work for anyone on this platform because of the app. My productivity suffers because of the constant crashes. I also use other shopping apps which are miles better than this app. Easier to navigate, not as rudimentary and more stable. This app, in reality, costs me money because of how slow and unstable it is.

With this app, you're not really making money particularly if you're dining out or shopping..you're basically just getting free food in the end. Not to mention the method of transportation and it's cost. An example is dining out spending a total of $50 on a night's meal, the compensation is $60. Basically you get either a discounted meal or free almost. The point of a mission is to be paid for gathering information you give....

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ iSecretShop has truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I downloaded the app, I was struck by its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it a breeze to find and select opportunities that match my interests and schedule. What really sets iSecretShop apart is their exceptional communication. It's almost instantaneous! Any time I've had a question or needed assistance, the response has been impressively fast and helpful. It's reassuring to know that

App is faulty and does not login in to my account just spins and spins. Worthless app. Fix it!!!!

The app refuses to let me login. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing works. I can login no problem on the website. I changed my password on the website and tried the app to see if that would fix it, nope, no access. I tried changing my password from the app, it says too many password requests. I uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing happens! I've given up on this app. I'll just use the very functional website. This is the first app I have ever had any major trouble with.

App works well enough but the font size is much too small and it's not resizable

A total failure of a company and app. Account suspended because they want my ID. No problem, but you can't open a ticket to upload ID. You can't log in after a few hours and it states email isn't valid when I try to reset my password. A total failure of a company and app.

Shoppers beware. Absolutely the worst. I have done thousands of jobs and if something goes awry, even if it's out of your hands, guess who's not getting paid and not reimbursed. This was after I already emailed them to see what I should do and was assured I did everything right. Please be mindful that I may be a secret shopper "rockstar" not 100% of the jobs are trash. About 40-60% seem to be. It's like talking to a wall with them. I don't believe English is their first language. Could be why..

My area jobs seem to be the ones where it's not worth it to do. Asking you scan 1900 items in a Costco. For 115$ sure sounds good the money. But take into account that they have an hour or two as job time. That will probably take 8 if not more to do. Each specific product needs to found then scanned. I wish some of these places would actually go out and try some of the jobs, with their requirements they have. Of coarse 1 mistake and rejected

The app is clunky, has a horrible user interface, and most importantly does not work when you're supposed to be doing a secret shop. Vendors then blame you and won't pay for your review and shop. I've wasted countless hours doing shops and evals for organizations only to not be compensated later. No sir, no thank you, and no more. Save yourself the trouble and walk away.

I'd watch out with doing Shops for [[ BEAR International ]] I COMPLETED an assignment that was for our local post offices, good thing I didn't do all of them. The assignment stated the payout would be $5 (+$10 bonus) with $15 reimbursement, I ended up coming out of pocket $34.21 for what I had to purchase plus with shipping costs. So I did the math and yeah .. so therefore I sent the Scheduler [[ Maximo Cuevas/ Resource Manager ]] an email as instructed, and ended up NOT getting paid !!
