ITC Driver

The app has some very critical issues those needs to be fixed. The app takes quite a long time to open and there always appears a false pop up message of "No internet connection". If possible, There should be a driver accepted jobs count and percentage details in the app.

Itc never support for lost items all case close without checking the taxi inside camera drivers cannot be trusted how to say safest country if they won't be able to return thing that they Don't own especially if left in the taxi

This is 100% bad apps for uber and carrem . same time not open . how to go inside pickup zone for pickup

Update the application its been months and nothings works since the last uodate keeps showing nor internet and can't retireve data so whats the use of itc if just fixing abug is such a problem unless if it included drivers money then you would tend to it

The App keeps a pop up showing that "No internet" secondly give drives the option to update mobile number through the app it doesn't make sense to always have to come to ITC offices in baniyas just to update the number

I really like this application but the problem is that we have to login again and again with our Emirates ID number So please add any biometric or facial recognise system as soon as possible so it will be easy for us thank you so much

I Trining to log in with Emirates ID number, but I can't login. I don't know what happened. OTP is not coming.

It's better than the previous one but still not showing daily income, surcharge etc.

Application has bugs and glitches and itc seems reluctant on fixing the app

ITC Gives fines to drivers without any reason. Every time you open this app you can see the new fine without any reason. ITC staff are not good for drivers. they misbehave with drivers and don't think drivers are human. they just want money by giving fines to drivers by hook or crook.
