Edit to add: see the review below with the missing instructions. I'll bump up to a 2 star. Shouldn't have been so hard to figure out. Your watch sucks. It won't connect to the app (even though my phone connected to it via Bluetooth) and it times out anytime you try to use the QR code. Waste of money don't buy. Completely understand why Walmart was selling it for $7.

I'm a little disappointed that we cannot change what time we go to sleep or wake up for sleep tracker. Mines stuck at 9pm to 9am sleep time, which is unfortunate because I work overnights 6pm to 6am. Another little issue I have is the weather portion isn't correct it's usually about 5° off, which isn't a major issue just wish it were accurate, otherwise I love my watch and I think the app and things are great, just those two issues I've encountered, and I care more about the sleep tracker.

The charger SUCKS! The app is constantly disconnecting from the watch and PLEASE fix the time on the sleep setting. The sleep tracker was the only reason I got it And Thanks to another user review I now know it's set to monitor from 9pm to 9am and like them I don't sleep those hours so it cuts off and isn't accurate.

I am getting the message "network anomaly" however I have a secure connection, have cleared cache, enabled permissions, reset, factory reset , turned it on and off and turned off/on wifi and disconnected/reconnected my network. It just seems that it doesn't work. I cannot use the app, connect to the app, my phone's Bluetooth connection is fine, but the app itself is not working. I cannot return it as I don't have the receipt. What a waste of 50$ CAD each. Even guest mode doesn't work .

i tried to connect my justice watch to many apps with the same corporation and nothing works. I called them they told me to factory reset it, did that. it's just the app or it's just my phone. I got this justice watch at Walmart 2 days ago and it stresses me that I can't connect the watch to my own phone. the Bluetooth works. but I can't control it. please fix this app and any app that's tied with this corp because I know it's bothering everyone else who has the justice watch or doesn't have it

I don't know why it's happening, but the (virtual) action buttons at the bottom of the phone screen are staying there on top of the app's buttons... so I can't access the other portions of the app! It didn't do that before!! ☹️

The app is good, but you can't change the wallpaper from the app like you can with the other fitness apps

the app screen is too low. I can not access the menu because the phones action buttons are overlapping. the update was not an update. can this be rectified?

With the latest update, the phone controls cover the controls to switch screens to personalize. VERY annoying! FIX THIS ISSUE!

excellent application and is easy to use ad the watch feel like it is a$400.00 Samsung, I've had experienced people casually saying "Samsung?c" nice!!smile and fist pump.

Figured it out, by reading reviews. Still 1 star as there was no help, no response from reaching out. But, like others, I connected the Bluetooth first, and that is the entire problem. If you've paired Bluetooth, unpair it. Open app, go to device and in the top right hand click on the "-". In the watches settings (found by swiping down and the gear) go all the way down to find the QR code. When you scan the QR code, it will find the watch and simultaneously connect to your Bluetooth.

I've always wanted a smart watch and I finally found and affordable one yet it did not work. It didn't connect to my phone however much I tried. I even tried with different phones to see if it was an issue with mine. The QR code kept saying the operation timed out? My phone said the Bluetooth was connected to the watch yet it never connected to the app. Awful watch, going to have to return it since I couldn't do anything except the simple features that don't use my phone.

The app won't even connect the watch to the phone and the watch won't connect to Bluetooth after multiple hours or trying and following instructions. The seller of the watches said he had other costumers come back and return the watch for similar reason. Despite that I said I would give it a try . Looks like I will have to return the watch and delete this app. Not very impressed. And I would not recommend as of this moment.

The watch was very cheap, but like everyone else when I tried to connect the app to my phone it would not work. My phone says its connected to the watch, and the app and watch say it's not connected to my phone. Can't use the watch functions properly if you can't connect the watch to the phone.

Garbage app and watch. It's wouldn't connect to my device, I can't change the time or anything really. Waste of $$ and we had to return. This "⭐, (one star)" is not really deserved bc this app doesn't work nor the watch. "DONT DOWNLOAD OR USE WATCH😡👎" - me If this was helpful at all or in any way possible, please tell, but at all cost it's a real waste of $ and u shouldn't buy the watch in the first place.

Upon startup it asks you to agree to the Privacy Policy and there is a big black AGREE button. But after creating/verifying your account creation it asks you to agree again ! But this time there is no button to be seen. Madness !! ............................Update, at the start screen I clicked on "Guest" login, enter a nickname and it works !!! I can now get into the app but will not connect to the watch. Bluetooth on my Moto G Stylus shows it's connected !! This is nonsense.

I can't connect it to my android phone. it keeps timing out. I'm on the verge of sending it to the manufacturer.

I'd rate this 0 stars if I could. Just got it & there is absolutely no way to agree to to the terms, nothing to click to accept, so can't sign up after you get the code. It's absolutely useless & I'm not paying for customer support. What legit business makes you pay for customer service? They know the watch and app are useless but are scamming people out of money. So guess what, it's going back & reporting it to Amazon, ebay, any seller & it's getting a garbage review. Don't buy, waste of money.

Won't let me create an account after I get my code. Says I need to agree with the terms but I can't find the terms. It paired with my phone. I get on chat help and they want me to pay $1 to get to tech support, it's not the $1 it's the fact that it won't work and should not have to pay for help! Called and called never can reach anyone. I'm done

This smart watch is so good and not to expensive I got it as my main Christmas present this year 2023! 🎄 🎁 In my opinion it is so handy how it can count your steps everywhere you go, it can even count how much sleep you are having all you have to do is download the app and then you are sorted 💗 It does much more cool stuff as well which I am still figuring out 😄
