I use to enjoy doing these jobs but now it's just mostly frustration. tech support is excellent tho. fast response times and usually helpful. so far this year I haven't been able to claim one gig.. the last time I claimed it was 5 minutes left in the day to get it done so I thought it would just carry over into the next day. I did that for 2 jobs that day but no, my rating went down to 69%. I'm not able to claim jobs now cuz they are already taken. app crashes all time too. frustrating .
I know I'm new to this line of work. it's easy and simple it seems. I like it so so. apparently you have to take the pictures just right how do I say get rejected rejected rejected and you would have to go the next following day to correct and retake the photos and follow instructions to the tee. and you have to be secretive apparently and not make contact with any tenants. you can't take pics in your car or have your car visible in the picture ect ...
things were going well at first enough so for me to take vues that were 20(+) miles from home. on the first one I was about 80% done with the job and all of a sudden the app went "dormant" according to what I could see that wasn't supposed to happen for another 25 minutes. I spoke with their "support team" who I would say mimic what a computer could do by just continually saying the same thing over and over. not once did they take onto consideration anything I had to say instead just kept repeat
This app has a lot going for it. It is easy to use and the job review are fast, so payment is reliable. My phone battery could not keep up with one of their longer jobs and those jobs would not submit. I contacted them through the text contact feature, they escalated the issue but could not guarantee payment when the job work expired (and was not submitted due to a technical error). The company did pay out the full amount for those jobs. Hoping they find a better fix as it was stressful!
Horrible Update!! The app doesn't work anymore. Constantly kicks you out after photos, over heats my phone, even got so bad that my screen wouldnt turn on for about 20 min. Good thing i was doing a rent ready survey, because i put my phone in the freezer just to cool it off. It was too hot to even touch. crazy. i was almost done with the job and was over an hour from home... sure they respond when you message them, but what good is it if they can't fix it and you still dont get paid..
this app is one of the best picture apps, it's easy to use, easy to complete tasks. and they pay really quick, maybe a day tops. other apps you have to wait for 5 days for your pictures to be approved and everything, but Ivueit, has been hands down one of the best, and my go to app for taking pictures to make money, also it allows me to travel some and see different places
I have been using this app for the past few months and have had no issues with the app. If I had any issues with a particular vue, I am able to reach out to customer service and receive a response quickly. I would recommend this app to anyone looking to pick up some small side jobs. The pay maybe small, but if you can group a few together it can add up for you and the pay is quick to PayPal. This app has helped me earn some extra cash in a pinch.
I have been using this app for at least 2 years now, and it has been awesome! If you take on a task and for some reason, don't complete it the right way they let you know what you need to do. So you can go back in and do it to get your money deposited. recently in the last 6 months they have decreased payout amounts and have added more items to complete. Aswell the app drains the battery super quick on your phone and has had some trouble uploading.
been using the app for a few months. still glitches sometimes when uploading photos. estimated times to complete seem to be way off... at an extra 30 mins because once you start, you end up with an additional 60 questions and photos. you also cannot submit the Vue unless EVERY picture is taken. you cannot skip anything. I will continue to use it and see if it gets better. payout was in less than 6 hours !
The app has always worked very well for me, never any problems and it is simple to use and understand. I like the app and the jobs, but it seems like about 6-8 months ago the payouts were reduced and now the amount to earn is so little it is not work the time and energy. I do Amazon, Uber eats, Point Pickup and make more money and so I have not done a vue in forever. I remember when I first started the smallest amount I would get was $12 and some for walmarts and Lowes were $15-20 and now everything is only $7-8.
Update: I reached out to the vuercommunity team, and it made no difference. Not only did no one follow up, but I still have three or more Vues that were never paid out. The app is still buggy with long forms in airplane mode and on WiFi. There also continues to be a lack of QA, and forms will have redundant fields and/or unnecessary dependencies.
The app is great with a few glitches. Review and payments are available in less than 24 hours. Support responds quickly. I would like the option to pay directly to my bank rather than PayPal. The app restarts a lot, so you're stuck taking the same photo multiple times. It needs the option to answer the questions and then take all of the required photos at once or at least save the photos to the device so when it restarts the photos the app didn't keep can be uploaded without retaking it.
I had 3 Vues fail, including one I had spent nearly an hour working on because their system crashed due to a "storm". I reached out and was not answered until the next day, now they tell me they cannot remove the Vues that failed or do anything about the one I spent a decent amount of time on even though it was not my fault at all, to fix my rating. So user beware, before you spend your time and resources getting to locations and taking pictures, if there are clouds in Ohio they won't help.
The Ivueit app is fairly easy to use. There is money to be made if you have a little free time. Some vues offer minimum pay ($7) while others offer more ($30+). The key is to book vues in nearby clusters to make it worthwhile. Sometimes you may have to drive a few more miles to unlock more vues. Keep your app open while driving around to discover vues.
I've had this app for a couple of weeks now, and have been really happy with it. Because I live in So Cal I've received a lot of places to go to, most within a reasonable distance. In some instances I've even had several locations hit within walking distance of each other. As others have said though, there are issues with submitting jobs at times (check submission BEFORE you leave the job, then again afterwards) Overall (for me anyhow) it's a pretty easy way to pick up some extra cash
Don't even waste your time! This app glitched when I was submitting a survey and by the time I got it to open and load again, it was two minutes after the due time and they paid me NOTHING! Also, the help button doesnt work, and the report an issue button says "coming soon" when you click it...so, it's not even possible to get help from the app makers. I worked for a full hour taking photos and whatnot and have zilch to show for it other than my wasted gas and time! Don't do it.
The iVueit app will sometimes freeze up when accessing the app. Additionally, the support team is not always helpful; they will say you'll get a message or call from management when something "bubbles up", but I never hear back from management. But the app is definitely a great way to earn additional income on the side.
I did they vue on time and completely. They pick it apart and look for any reason to not pay you. First they said I didn't take a picture of a spot on the ground, which I did, and now I see that the reason has changed to not done in time. Both are false. They just try to not pay you!!! The help feature would be nice but if you click "help" it just boots you out of the app. Nice scam ivueit. Thank you for wasting my time!!
Started using the app about a month ago. Really need to make some extra cash. I found this app searching for more opportunities like this. At first, there weren't that many jobs. I'm seeing more and more in my area lately so that's cool. It's not the highest paying app but it's still been helpful. And I don't really care for the time limits/penalties because sometimes certain thing can't be avoided. I went from being a preferred vuer to standard in one bad day and lost ability to take more vues.
Good app for a little quick side money. Most of the "vues" pay under $12 and a "standard" vuer can reserve 3 at a time. Many times there are several vues in the same area or very close to each other so you can jump from one to the next and the money adds up. I've found the earlier in the day you complete the vue, the quicker it gets approved and you can get paid. Payment is instant (or nearly) to PayPal once you request it. As long as you can follow instructions, this is a good side money app.
