The app is so buggy, always opens items as I'm scrolling then when I look at an item returns me to the top of the list of items I'm looking at rather than the spot I was originally at. I get notifications of offers so click on the notification and it opens up on the same home page with no sign of said offers. Needs a lot of improvement, very disappointing app.

2 pairs of jeans bought..delivered quickly. Beautifully made. Perfect long and slim fit for me..better than any high street shop jeans I've ever bought . Excellent size options and style cuts for tall, very slim fellas with long legs..with good colour range too. My go-to now for excellent, great value for money jeans.

Was sent the wrong order. I was advised that the order must be returned so i could be refunded. The return went missing, utter shambles. took 26 days for the refunded via gift card.

The app makes a poor first impression and turns shopping into a chore rather than an enjoyable experience. The interface feels unfriendly and unintuitive, and users are forced to sign up for a newsletter without any clear benefit or incentive. Overall, it needs major improvements in usability and customer experience.

Items lost from the bag. I took my time and added things I wanted to buy to shopping bag, I went back to see if there's something else I could add to find that everything just disappeared from the bag. Yeah Definitely not buying then

So all I want to do is filter by colour. But when I do the whole web page stops working so I downloaded the app...and the same thing happens.

Decent, but there's room for improvement. Every other similar app I've encountered has displayed shops where a given article is available. It's frankly shocking that this is a shortcoming of this app.

Simply doesnt work/respond or load anything....can't change to menu or cart doesn't apply filters and so on... useless.

Every few days, I'm kicked out and have to sign in again. Such a poor layout and not intuitive at all—a hassle on every visit. An absolute shame for a well known brand to have such a pathetic app.

The staff at jack Jones are so out standing they really are. THey always go above and beyond for their customers. Each and everyone of them are so helpful and supportive and u would be sure to be greeted with such a warm.and very caring smile each time u would enter this amazing store . There is actually one young guy who I spoke to over the phone a few days ago and who also assisted us while we were shopping in store and he is such a wonderful person also with assisted me with my partner

I have paid for an item and never received any confirmation email and l never received the item so please let me know if this is a scam. Kindly let me hear from you if not please return my £65 that you took from my account thanks 🙏

It''s not possible to add any items in the wish list, then, everything I put in the shopping bag is disappeared after few days

Rubbish. Took money from my account, haven't had any form of confirmation regarding my purchase, customer service is woeful so a week after placing my order I'm still waiting

This app is perfect for Jack and Jones menswear for me. All items are perfectly described. I have had no problems with my online orders. Delivery was great too.

Excellent experience in the jack and Jones shop, staff very good and they have the best of clothes, cheers lads I really appreciate it alot and so do the kid¥

I love J&J and the app is very useful. Items are really of good quality and the prices are also reasonable...

Slow to load. filters difficult to apply. had to add one filter at a time, between refreshes had to go back to previous screen! fix it!

Photos of 20% - 30% items aren't loading... It makes the app useless. Better to visit website.
