The cards are gorgeous - they're the only ones I'll send. But the app is terrible - if I leave a card in process to check out a company for a possible gift card, when I come back I need to select and set up my card *all*over*again*. There's no way to save a draft. And there doesn't seem to be any way of seeing the gift card options without setting up an e-card completely. At 4 attempts and counting, this is a ****royal pain****!!!

This is a great app for sending e-cards...they have many cards for different occasions! Always adding new cards...the hardest part is choosing which card to send! 😊 I like the fact that you can schedule the cards you want to send to who you want to send to throughout the year...set it & forget it! only wish you could have more than 99 saved names & email addresses. Also wish they had an app for small businesses with an allowance for 1000 email addresses. Great app...highly recommended! 😊

I absolutely love Jacquie Lawson e-cards and everything they have to offer. I have been a member for several years. Everyone loves to receive the wonderful cards with personalized inscriptions. The optional gift card for multiple locations is also fantastic. Everyone loves having a choice and find them easy to use. I was afraid that they wouldn't get used or would be deleted. That hasn't been my experience. People are able to send free replies back, so I know they are enjoying the cards/gifts.

The cards and music selection s are beautiful . All my friends are enjoying them, however the "message" card lettering is so light you can't read what it says. I also don't like the fact that this subscription is on going with your card number until you remember to cancel at the end of the year. One should be informed at the end date that you need to renew IF YOU WANT TO. I hate when companies sucker you in this way....that's why I'm giving this a 3 instead of 5 star rating.

Great app and website, have been a member for years, but starting to reconsider because the price is a lot more than it used to be. Beware of a glitch in the app, password recovery is only through a browser on the website, and once you recover it, it is some indeterminate amount of time before you are able to use the app again. Fortunately it seems so far the same set of cards is available on the website as on the app. Also I just discovered that they restrict access to recipients in Ukraine😡

Been a subscriber for many years, but this will be my last one. The app simply doesn't work well and refuses to sign me in, similar problems with the website, and my gifted advent calendars had terrible trouble redeeming the gifts. Birthday cards sent today never arrived, but resend did. Don't know what's gone wrong with the site, but it's the site, not the users.

The phone app just doesn't work as well as the website. After putting in my message and previewing, I see no options for sending the card. i have to exit right out and start again without doing a preview. Also 'Enter your message' should be better reworded to 'Select your greeting'. One or two other things don't work as well as directly on the website.

Paid on 31st of Dec 24, to renew our membership they sent a confirmation email confirming payment, it's been taken out of our account but we are still unable to send cards, it's says subscribe everytime we try ??? We have sent several emails asking what's gone wrong confirming the payment but no joy, nothing back from them. We've had this for 5years, never had a problem but you can't talk to anyone if you have one, no one seems to answer emails, they just take your money. Not happy.

The Jacquie Lawson App has proven economical by saving me hundreds of dollars that would otherwise be spent on purchasing physical cards and additional postage. The cards are distinguished by their elegance and exude a sense of sophistication. I have maintained a membership for five years, and recipients of the cards often commend the superior quality of the animations.

Beautiful scenery and graphics but app does not work with talk to text so you have to type everything. also predictive text no longer works on the app and does not capitalize even in fields where they're asking for a name and everything else on your phone is set up the capitalized first line of a sentence. many of the christmas cards have lame music not at all Christmasy. you have to log in over and over and over. Overall very disappointed and regretful.

its beautiful but difficult to manage. even logging in is problematic (I have to try several times). the site i had before, Birthday Alarm, was easy to manage and send ecards but unfortunately not as beautiful. I probably cancel this if I don't get a hand on it even from this site there's no easy button to click to move forward. I have to do something else 🙄

Overall it's a great app with beautiful videos. Technically, there's still room for improvement, e.g. it's nicer to have an image to click on than a link when receiving the videos. When receiving the link/video there's still too much distraction around it. Simplistic beauty is always the winner, i.e. less is more. The creativity of the videos are really magical. Sometimes the intros are a bit slow. Best is: get the attention quickly then have a resting moment and finally finish with a fireworks

My experience is that it is FRUSTRATING!!! I am in the middle of a message, and suddenly the unfinished message is being played back and I cannot retrieve it to complete it. Furthermore, I find the app to be rather "skittery" mening that it is unsteady, jumps around, & deletes messages, & am not sure about addresses. Sending an e-cards with j.lawson has become a less than pleasurable experience.

This app is OK if you're only sending one card. It asks if you wish to send another so you press send, but unfortunately it doesn't send the message you typed on the first card. It just sends the generic greeting. So basically you need to go back to the beginning to send the same card & same greeting. This is laborious when sending things like Easter & Christmas cards. You need to up your game & get this altered to be able to send multiple cards with the same greeting.

Have been using Jacquie Lawson ecards for a number of years and recipients are delighted to receive them, in fact quite a few have also signed up as well. So was very pleased to see this app which should make it easier to send cards from phone. One request please, I cant see an option for JL address books, please could one be added to the app, as I depend on it for birthday reminders and sending cards in bulk at easter, christmas etc.

some cards are a bit short coming, years ago when I saw my first one it was packed with content and storyline, I notice now that the story line has been cut short and I think oh is that it!! still better then paying for card and stamp and very clever how it's done so worth subscribing but I would go for 1 year only and browse the cards before you buy.

Introductory offer is NOT free. Advertises limited free e-cards, but if you try to send one it requires a subscription. I will not subscribe to anything that immediately does a bait and switch, no matter how lovely the product may be. My mother used to love this service, but I cannot even try it out as advertised. Uninstalled immediately. Sad.

The auto-renewal of this application was turned off. It stopped working, as expected, after the month has ended. However, they still charged the subscription for the next month, and never responded to my email about that. The app still hasn't worked ever since the first month expired. Moreover, the sole Xmas e-card I sent has never reached the recipient. And most of their e-cards, even after having subscribed for that month when it still worked, required an additional $$ payment to be sent.

the cards do not display properly on a Google Pixel phone in landscape mode on email or on the app using the code from the email they make it impossible to report s problem since they do not answer email. I certainly won't subscribe. pay to send. are you kidding?

I'm trying the app for the first time and chose a card, wrote my message and chose 'send with a link' (for WhatsApp). Then I got a message saying it was successfully sent. But to whom? I didn't choose anyone, and now I can't find it. I've used JL cards since they came out many years ago but I find the app troublesome and difficult to move from one page to the next. Now I need to resend my card from my computer.
