I like what the app has to offer, and when "connected" it works great! It is rather irritating to fight the Bluetooth connection. I have downloaded the app for my phone as a backup during those times. One thing that I have noticed, when we are in a spot with other RV's in close proximity, that is when there are the issues of not connecting. When we are away from another rig, approx in excess of 30 feet no issues. So to sum up, great app, but do not get close to another rig.

Overall, the app/unit is helpful to have....but it has a downfall that is super frustrating. Why if the app is "smart enough" that it will notify when Black and Grey tanks are full, can it not notify when the fresh water tank is full? There have been numerous occasions when we fill the tank & because our tank is so large its not a quick process so we will sometimes wander off to do other things....& sometimes this results in overfilling and flooding out the overflow 😖. Please add this feature!

Overall I like the app capabilities. Just needs some redesign. Awnings should be in its own menu or at least able to move to the top to avoid accidently hitting the level or slide system and have indicator if open or closed. Sensors cannot be named, hard to identify which temp or propane tank is alerting without manually checking. Cannot bluetooth pair to multiple phones, just one. When Wifi / cloud connected only, cannot control awnings.

I'm a new owner. 3 months in. The jaycommand screen in my rv is frozen. The bottom buttons work but none of the side buttons. Fortunately I had paired my phone and can control the slide, lights, etc . It is frustrating tho to not be able to use the rv panel. I'm looking for a hard reset and can't find it in the owners manual. I wish I had physical buttons.

It's a great app. Yes the Bluetooth disconnects and you have to wait for it to connect. Yes the wifi feature took me a little bit to figure out. I've had no issues with it though. I wish I could connect it to Alexa or Google Assistant. I also wish I could program the heat and cooling on a timer. when to turn on, temperature everything all on a schedule. if those few features got added it would be perfect and amazing for full timers. update after 2 months. I wish the awning was on a separate menu

Always trouble connecting. I have to go to the could setting and then back out for it to connect which sometimes takes several tries. Now after this last update I cannot access from my phone at all. This is unfortunate because it's going up to 95° today and I'm not there to turn the air on which means my unit will be 100° and the refrigerator even though is residential will have trouble keeping up not to mention the time and strain it will take to cool it down when I finally get there.

Somewhat helpful at best. Only works in bluetooth mode even though logged into cloud. Manuel's dont address this issue. Have reinstalled and paired several times with no success. Very disappointed in Jayco for such a poor product. Dont make a big deal if is only works occasionally. Would be nice to put on air away from the trailer or lights when your coming back in the dark.

It worked for two days remotely then won't connect. I have no access to my trailer.This is a brand new 200k Jayco trailer!!! I am very worried I have made a huge mistake. After the recent update it works well. it has been working as advertised for a week now.

Unfortunately can't use my 2021 jayco . Keeps going from idle to loss communication. Already updated firmware wich was a pain. Basically when in loss communication can't use motors , slides or leveling. Unfortunately no one at dealership knows anything about this . Bottom line ther should be back uo switched for slides and leveling. Instead you're pretty much screwed when. This shuts down.

Convenient but a lot of room for improvement. The connection is slow when trying to use with the app on my phone, it takes for ever to connect. It won't let my fiance make his own account so that he can connect too, and if he's logged in under mine both of ours won't connect at the same time. I wish there was a pass code for the slide out/motor portion because imagine having that access in your phone pocket and the danger it could cause if you retract your jacks or slides. Please Update!

For some reason the app seems to go to sleep. when I go to use it the Bluetooth is disconnected. I have to close the app and reopen to establish a BT connection. Update. The link you provided is for the tablet style controller. I have the monochrome non touch screen unit in my 2021 Jayco Eagle HT.

Do not buy any camper or RV that uses this system. It disconnects (after about 30 seconds), doesn't keep temperatures properly, sensors are always wrong, etc... Its absolute garbage, and if I could rip it out and get something different I would. Unfortunately, no more Jaycos in our future as long as they continue to use this pathetic excuse of a "command" center.

The version that just came out no longer allows the use of awnings or slides. Jacks work but slides are dimmed like in not connected. New Bluetooth tank notifications cant be turned off in the app and not everyone has fesh water in the tank because they hook up to a camp site water supply. They really broke the app this time. Not to mention having to wait forever for blutooth when wifi works fine just to use all these features is terrible.

I just got to a park, and slides don't open! My command center Will not turn on!!! Called dealership where I bought it. I have to get it serviced. It had stated it needs an upgrade. But I can't get it to turn on! The command center on the tutorial is not the one on my trailer My trailer is a 2022 , and I have used it a Total of 4 times! So disappointed. We had to go back home Especially for the kids!

Update firmware fail. Can't use the app because the update firmware notice appears but trying to do that does nothing. Liked it a lot until yesterday when this issue started. Update: The Update finally worked, without me having to anything. BUT now the app is causing my phone to restart so I just deleted this app. I will try it on my iPad instead. Arrrgh!Alright! **The JayCommand unit now resets itself for no reason. Sucks when you want hot water but your command center turned it off.

The app fails to pair any extra sensors. It loses jack calibration regularly, requiring full retraction reset. It never communicates with the inverter and often loses the solar controller and batteries. It froze up in the bluetooth connection "wizard" and would not return to the home screen (cleared cache, data, force stop... nothing) so I ultimately had to uninstall it to reinstall, but now the tablet play store app crashes upon search, so my RV command center is a useless always-on display!

Easy to connect, works my whole RV. Remote control of Awnings, Auto Level, Water Heater, AC, Heat Pump, Heater, Lights (dimmers), Slides, Tire pressure and temp, It re-establishes connection to Bluetooth as the app is opened, be patient, just like any other bluetooth device, it takes a few seconds. Once connected to WiFi, it will update the app on the tablet. Great App, very convenient.

After purchasing a 2001 321 RTSTS. The jaycommand panel went dark would not activate. Went to the tutorial to only find the OLD version. Spent days tinkering till I figured it out. Used the trailer twice when command tablet went dead again. No battery power and would not charge in cradle. Found the battery bad and unable to replace. Bought new tablet but will not load app, says it's not compatible. Won't load on my home laptop either. Trap to buy their expensive cheep tablet.

Requires pairing everything it's used. May or may not work. It doesn't seem to work consistent. Making you go back to the touch screens. Never know if it's going to work the leveling of the camper, the same for the touch screen. I wish the camper didn't come with the screen and moniter.

Seems to work ok but the cloud goes down sometimes. Would be nice if you could actually tell when the furnace, heat pump or AC is actually running and not just turned on. Sometimes the light indicator doesn't always give an accurate reading of what's actually on.
