I downloaded this app on my phone and my friend entered her information to make sure the app was working. Now I can't login and create an account and password of my own. When I click on forgot password it will not send me an email. But when my friend enters her email it sends her a code to reset the password. How do I delete or get rid of my friend's information on this app so I can login and make an accoun

I'm pretty sure it's a spy app and they can listen to you. Because they've said things to me add JBS that I said to one of my pets in my house. Those type of apps exist and apparently they can still leave Trojans on your phone so the only way to get rid of it is for your phone to factory settings. Uninstalling the app isn't enough

Worthless. Doesn't even have an option to create an account. HR doesn't help, and the support email they hide behind doesn't even respond. And according to all these other reviews, it doesn't even seem like they're planning on fixing it anytime soon.

Have not been able to get into this app for weeks. I was able to reset the password last week, but now can not get into it again. Called all the numbers provided, and all I get is just another number to call. No one has the time or knowledge about anything

My employer uses this app to share work information and access our pay details. Unfortunately, if you change phones and lose the password, they will not email a new password, nor will they respond via their contact email. Several co-workers have had a similar experience as well. Hopefully, a public review will garner more attention?

I have tried everything from hr help desk and emailing communication support and I have not gotten any help 3 months trying and no has been able to help me resolve my problem with the connect app I finally gave up and just deleted this app since I have no use for it

Was a great app, able to ask questions and all, until the comments section was removed. We need that back. We can't ask questions regarding work

When I click "view statement", nothing happens. It appears to attemp to load, but then stops and nothing happens.

Haven't been able to view my statement for over a month. It replaces numbers with dots. The website does the same thing.

The only issue I have with APD. I can not open up my paycheck. I was able to earlier this year. I have to go to a desktop to look at my paycheck.

I haven't been able to log in since I down loaded the app more than a month ago

Great app it has all information that you mite want to know and need to know. Pay stub of net pay gross deductions. Latest news , finfit, better your education by learning more by going on better future , 7 values, insurance, human resource, hot line , even see new feeds on posted job that anyone can apply for better future

The app is not allowing us to see our points like it's supposed to
