Annual fees got increased without any notification, when I subscribed the annual fees was 30$ , after one year of subscription I found that 80$ was taken from my credit card without any notification that the annual fees was increased, I had sent an email to the team but I haven't heard back from them , the contact form in the app in not working, I had a bad experience and I had stopped my automatic renewal

The annual fee has increased and the payment was automatic without any notification from their side. After one year of usage there are no new games nor videos. The app works only using the internet and it uses a huge amount of data every time. There is no chance for any support from the jeel team and they don't care about the comments of the customers. This is probably our last year with jeel.

application does not let you unsubscribe and keep charging you every month even if you want to cancel the subscription. don't recommend to subscribe بلاش حد يشترك في البرنامج لأنه مافيش اي طريقه تلغي بيها الاشتراك بعد كده وهيفضلوا يخصموا الفلوس كل شهر

I don't recommend this app. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for 1.5 months now through the app and their email, but to no avail. They don't respond and they charged my card today for a year. Customer service is terrible if it even exists! لا أنصح بهذا التطبيق. أحاول إلغاء إشتراك منذ شهر ونصف عن طريق التطبيق والايميل دون جدوى. هم لا يردون وقاموا اليوم بسحب اشتراك سنة من الكارت. خدمة العملاء سيئة للغاية إن وجدت.

Why it doesn't work? Even though I have tried subscription by phone number then by googleplay after that by my Facebook account. I finally found the reply on Facebook which was something like that 'this app is in improvement statue, contact with the developers..'

I would give 5 starts if the app supports Chrome Cast. I cannot show the videos on my TV. I don't like that I have to give my kids my phone or tab to watch the app videos.

Amazing app, every day new story, family safe, kids are loving it. I did subscribe and I'll renew it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for safe application and stories for their kids

We really enjoyed the app . It's a wonderful opportunity for my children to learn and entertain at the same time. However, I am disappointed as I am no longer able to log in to my account with no obvious reason . Just I find an error message 😟😟

تطبيق رائع خصوصا للأطفال أكبر من ٤ سنوات، إضافة محتوى يلائم سن أصغر من ٤ سنوات سيكون مفيد جدا. Very good application especially for Kids older than 4 years. Adding more contents for children younger than 4 years will be very useful.

Great App! Fun and educational for kids with great quality too! Worth the money to keep kids away from unsupervised apps and aimless Tv shows. Waiting for new episodes and new series to come out as well! Thank you Jeel!

The screen doesn't rotate anymore in the new app version. Please fix this. We keep rotating the tablet for the kids so we can see the contents then rotate back after the video is played.

The application is good but needs to work on performance. Also Support content based of children age. Also, try to provide story like experience through swipe app same way as swip on you tube shorts or stories. For songs, needs to allow play list mode.

Please support chromecast, watch on the mobile will harm children eyes. I mean support streaming on chromecast, this feature is supported on Android you just need to update your app inorder to support it. Youtube, Netflix and other apps support this feature.

The option to deactivate my subscription is not available... I have raised a request to stop automatic rollover and yet charged for two months ... This is a scam app

Amazing application, I can give it to my kids and stay confidant that they are in safe environment for learning and fun as well. Very well done.

Good for children from educational and behavioral aspects. However the customer support is not responding which must be improved.

Can you support casting to Chromecast/Fire TV? I don't like giving my Kids the phone and cast videos/films directly to Chromecast so that they watch on the TV
