My husband and I have used the Jet2 app for a number of years and have always found it very easy to use, giving all the information we need at a glance when logged in. Being able to add items at a later date is very helpful also. We found it great for checking booking dates and times, once booked. We always use it to book our holidays and flights, wouldn't use any other company !!

For the two months I have been using this App my ability to access their site has been sporadic at best. 90% of the time it will not open, and when it does I get one chance. If I attempt to go back a page it will error out as "Not authorized to view this page. If I attempt to log back in I receive the same error message and am unable to attempt access until the next day. If I go to another phone or computer the same scenario repeats. Uninstall/reinstall does not fix the issue.

Never had any issues with jet2. The app is really easy to use and straightforward. We have used for package holidays, flights only and recently a city break. All been smooth, easy to book and reasonable prices too. From checking in, flight experience and accomodation have all been excellent. I personally wouldn't use another company

completely useless. Can only be used to book a holiday for 2 or more adults. When trying to book a holiday you get to a part where you have to edit how many guests. The box to add or subtract guests is too small for the buttons they put in it. you can see that there is an option to add more adults or add children however you cannot select anything other than adding more adults, you cannot subtract adults and you cannot add any children to your holiday. embarrassingly rubbish

App issues. Tried to upgrade 2 times on the App and once on the website. Same error message "We were unable to complete your upgrade Your upgrade didn't go through but don't worry, the payment hasn't been taken". You can guarantee tomorrow the price will be higher!

Have used this App for years and always found it brilliant and scored it 5 stars in the past and that is still the case when searching and booking holidays but today I encountered a problem that I've not experienced before. I checked in online 28 days before my holiday on 18 Jan next year. We always print our boarding passes. The App wouldn't let me. There was no "Print" option. Very irritating.

really annoying ad to try and sell you stuff before you can continue to app, I want to get straight into the app, to get info, not have to confirm I want to go to the app and not buy stuff every time I open it! did I mention it is really annoying!

Straightforward to use. You used to send an email with the boarding card which was excellent. However you no longer do this and when trying to print from the app it comes out gigantic so not acceptable for boarding so have to go to the desk at airport for them to reprint so this is inconvenient and time-wasting.

since updating app,pop up keeps appearing saying " do you wish to continue with search or start again?" This even happens when you go into the booking page. Cleared Cache and resinstalled,still the same. Come on Jet2 sort it out.

I've used this app for a number of years now and never been disappointed very easy to use and quick to respond. If your looking for cheaper flights and package deals jet2 app is the place to book your holidays.Alot of discounts and cheaper than other holiday companies.

Disappointed. I've signed up but can not access the app. I have clicked on 'forgot my password' and then send code, but no code arrived. The app is just not working for me. Update - app now working. Very easy to use and follow. Easy search for holidays or flights and provides detailed information on hotels. Gives you all the details of your booked holiday.

I have been using this app for about 7 years, mainly for regular flights to Porto and a couple of holidays,and it has seen significant improvements (well done developers) however, having just found myself having over a one hour wait (no fault of Jet2) I found myself playing the game Candy Crush to kill time. You really need to speak to your marketing people, after watching ad after ad for your app, it was pretty continuous and annoying, I killed the time downloading the TUI, and Ryanair apps.

This is the first time I have booked a holiday with Jet2. I received emails from the company with details etc. however each time it recommended using the app, it very rarely loads with any information. I have tried re-installing the app , but it makes no difference. In my experience it's not much use at all.

Have tried for over a month to get this App to work. Only ever received the verification code once (in probably over 50 attempts), which then didn't work. Have emailed the support several times without reply. If I need the app to get boarding cards for the Holiday I've booked, it looks like I may not be going anywhere....:(

Flaky app that doesnt improve on web experience and is largely redundant outside of easy boarding pass access. "Switch dates and save" just hangs. If the app loses focus, e.g. if I switch to my calendar app to check dates, it clears my search results. Messages sent in app while in resort are never answered. Transfer into is just a replica of text message info. In general I feel better served by the web experience, although that too has its defects which have gone unresolved for a year.

Works pretty well and gives you the option to download boarding passes to phone's native wallet app. I have had to uninstall and reinstall it once when it wasn't working and it doesn't like VPNs. Could do with having less ads and a way to remember traveler passport details from one booking to the next.

Concise, clear, simple. Just how an app should be, however, the latest software update appears to have made the app less stable. It keeps dropping out, so you have to start a search again, or else just wait for ages before the information you want gets loaded

The hotel, staff and food was excellent, Jet2 flights and staff were very efficient and helpful, the only downside was on arrival at Birmingham Airport,my wife who needs assistance, had to wait for at least 20min on the aircraft after all the passengers had disembarked for the the transport to take us off the aircraft,I don't think that the Jet2 staff who had to remain on the aircraft were to amused!

The app has one major flaw. I downloaded my boarding pass for use offline. When I was queuing to board the flight, my signal was quite poor and the app would not let me access it without a connection. Fortunately by the time I reached the front, I got enough signal to show the boarding pass. I design apps for a living and it's a very simple thing to provide offline access. So come on Jet2. Have a word with your developers to make a simple but massive improvement!

App has just stopped working. I've used The Jet2 app for years and I have always used this for booking my holidays without any problems. I have booked a holiday and would like to add an excursion, when I press manage my booking it just takes me to a grey screen with 4 dots that go back and forth and that's as far as you get. You cannot search either as the grey screen appears. I'm a bit concerned that if this is not sorted, I won't be able to get my boarding passes. Please sort this out Jet2.
