It's a fun little game... however... there's an ad after EVERY SINGLE LEVEL!!! Yes, I understand there will be ads for free games, but really??!! The other games I play for free at least let you play a few levels before you get an ad! At least most of them are fairly short! One more ad issue: the Facebook ones aren't in English, so I had to look up words until I found the right one to close it out! I won't play this game as much as the others I have, but I'll play here and there.

This game more than any of the others illustrates what a money grabbing scam it is. Even in the middle of playing the levels it goals you into playing a game within a game, and then demanding money for the dice to play it with. And the levels get very hard very fast, trying to get you to buy power ups with no way to earn them. Uninstaller at level 47

Been playing for a while. Something new is all the crashes. Usually right when you've just won a level after using your coin to continue play or you've almost out of lives. Just crashed on me after winning a level. I had 2 lives left, which I bought. When I reloaded the game, lost my last 2 lives and had to replay the level. Getting a little frustrated with it. Otherwise, I Love the game.

I recently made an in-game purchase and I didn't get the item I purchased, this is actually the second time this has happened. They were both 2.99 plus tax 3.19 purchases, can I get a refund or atleast the items that was purchased. I really love playing the game Jewel and I would really hate to have to delete/report the game because it's literally the ONLY game I play mostly, Please help.

It was fun. I played 185 levels before deleting. Basically got bored. became repetitive. did not understand the part, for so many coins , get "5 more" tries and then instead of continuing same game it starts a brand new game? I finally just quit spending any coins and just start the game over. that's what was happening anyway. hope this review helps.

Update --crashing seems to be mostly gone. Instead of two stars, it gets five stars. I don't like all the side games it has since I use it for relaxation/ meditation. When it kicks me off for too many tries so I could buy something, that's actually a good thing because then I can take a break. ---- 2 stars--Latest download keeps crashing when there are too many explosions. I've contacted the developer but there has been no answer. Otherwise, it would be five stars easily.

At first I enjoyed this game even with the constant screen pop up annoying commentary cartoon character. It also blocks movement during game play. Add on the fact that all movements must wait until all the hits have been calculated. This part is tolerable until you run out of time and the game continues to ice more blocks during this process. If moves can't be made during this time the blocks should not be iced simultaneously. One reason why I didn't purchase it is because doing so would not prevent interferences.

I really like this game it helps me focus and think BUT today I spent 3.99 plus taxes on a prize package(I have the receipt) and the coins and tools that were supposed to be included in the package never loaded to my account.

I think level 1570 isn't working properly. There's no way to get the brown tiles to spread. I've used the exploding bombs that explode everything in a line (which works in every other level). I've been playing this game for a couple of years now & absolutely love it. I'll be so disappointed if I have to stop playing it all because one level isn't working properly. Please help!!

At first the levels were fairly easy and the weekend challenge was attainable. Once you get past the first 100 levels the ads start increasing, once you get to around 300 the levels become so difficult that certain levels you can spend days on. I am at level 484 and I have used bonuses paid for more lives, watched tons ads for extra plays and lives, had infinity lives for a couple hours to no avail. So I am deleting the app as I am tired of playing the same level, which becomes very boring.

At first when I downloaded it I really liked playing it. However as I got further into it every couple of days there was a new "upgrade". Every time there was a new one the game got worse. It kept taking away moves & I hadn't even made as many it was saying. Also when it would show an ad in the between my last move & my earned extra moves the blocks were moved into different spots. I'm really disappointed that the creator would add these things to screw the players over. If you made the game better & didn't make it so frustrating I believe you would have a lot more people interested because you would be getting better reviews. Why screw people over if you want more people to play it?

If your idea of a fun game is to watch 2 minutes of ads for every minute of playing then by all means download this game

Each update seems to be more frustrating than the last. Daily challenge doesnt come up. After about 3 days it goes back to day 1 so you never get to collect the coins etc from day 7. Literally cant get past level 2525. Game still freezes & kicks you out. Some ads dont load & out you go losing everything. Game has not been enjoyable since all these problems started. PLEASE fix these issues.

You're in the middle of a game & it quits & doesn't return or allow you to finish, it starts all over. The same thing happens with certain ads also. It is very frustrating to say the least. I wish i could get my old version back. If you repair just what I've stated thus far would be great & not leave us frustrated.

Since the last update (January 24) , my game hasn't worked properly. You can't use the ' watch a ad function' to get helpful gifts. The loading circle continuously spins, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Game, this didn't solve it, the game started again and the circle is still spinning, so I binned it

I used to enjoy this game immensely, but the removal of the daily coin collection and spinning a wheel for extra chances OR boosters is frustrating on super challenging levels that require more moves than those provided initially. If I can't win moves, and i can't earn coins fast enough to buy extra moves, what's the point?? I really play more on weekends, if at all, because at least the tower is open with the fun alternative levels.

A lot of the 5 star reviews are from early but this game isn't "challenging" it's impossible. The game doesn't make anything possible or have good progression. I played casually and haven't gotten past one level in 2 days because it wants me to buy so many power ups that in the end are useless. I'm uninstalling this game as it has become unplayable.

Great game with one huge flaw: If you do not make a move, a move is recommended for you. The problem is, there is no way to turn off of this unwanted assistance. We like to think through our next move. But while we are thinking, we get this assistance with arrows recommending the next move. It used to be every 6 seconds it would make that awful sound. Now you changed it to every 3 seconds. So while I'm thinking of the next move, every 3 seconds you here that god awful sound and see the arrows!

This is obviously a Candy Crush knock off, however more pleasant, with more interesting features that make the game very enjoyable. On the other hand, this game crashes A LOT on my phone, to the point it becomes almost unbearable, I read through the comments and I didn't see anyone experiencing this, so maybe it's only on my phone, though this does not happen with other gamers. Another HUGE turn off is the number of times that ads pop every level you pass, a deal breaker honestly.

What's up with the new update? I've been playing for a year and don't mind spending money because it's fun and addictive, and felt like a good value. But since the update, suddenly 5 extra lives costs 100 coins instead of 20, and they removed the daily free hour. Why do this? Now I don't want to play it or spend money because everything just got 5 times more expensive! :(
