great deals and product. the app and website in general needs work. very frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming to go back to the beginning every time you add a coupon. shouldn't this be an easy fix for you? flash delivery suddenly unavailable in my area after I purchased the membership. feels like bait & switch, very disappointing. I also get a different story about this every time I talk to customer service.

Update on my last review, this app doesn't work at all. Try to search for items and nothing appears. Try to scan at the store, it takes a long time to show anything. I have changed my grocery shopping habits and moved to other options which have better prices and good selection. Albertsons...you all are too expensive, not competitive with other stores and your app stinks unfortunately.

Check your prices as not all deals are scanned properly. Also, displays at times are not accurate and "like" items share the same space, but have different costs. Ex. Fruit section. 2 lb with 3lb clementine oranges. one has a reduced price and the other does not, but mixed together. pick the wrong one. Blueberries also seem to be mislabeled. better signage with bar code numbers might be helpful to see the difference.

jewel can't complete an order. the app is...ehh. it's functional. it only crashes sometimes. the coupon clipping works most of the time, but you only know for sure after the order. but they can't correctly fill an order and that makes the main function of the app useless, unless you want mystery missing items, and have to manually request refunds.

Awful app, takes forever to load on wifi or cell, constantly changing the location I'm shopping from even though I'm at home and always shop from the same location. randomly can't order things from the deli. Have had items I know I added to the cart simply disappear. this app could get 3 stars if it just started from scratch like a first install every time you open it so you don't assume it knows anything

Good deals, when it works. Far too often the app crashes or just sits on a white screen even after closing and reopening app several times. Othertimes it takes several seconds for a page to load. Ive also searched for items only for it to say they dont exist. however, when it does work it is extremely easy to use and understand your total.

terrible app. Takes forever to run, waiting a long time for a search screen to function. It takes about 5 minutes for a search result to come back. Don't tell me the app needs to be updated, or it's my phone, or some other garbage, it's the stupid app! I don't have any problems with the Woodmans app. In fact, go there instead, the prices are about 50% less than Jewel's. Also, there app tells you exactly where something is, in the store. Jewel, you have to wander the store.

App makes it very convenient to buy what you need and to pick up when ready. Unfortunately any complaints regarding missing and damaged items there is no timely communication option and customer resolution would require customer to call. I'm not going to say what store but I've had positive resolution and a quick option to reach out to someone on line via the app for customer service escalation.

Why Can't I search anymore for products in the App? You have a Search Bar that literally says "search for products or deals", but when I click on it, everything just goes blank. I've updated my app. this has been going on for months. It doesn't work from home OR while I'm in the store. Please fix. I can see from others reviews, that I am not alone in my frustration with the SEARCH bar. please Fix 😔

After glitching repeatedly and rejecting a fund bearing debit card I use all the time, it locked me out from putting in any other card/payment method, then wouldn't let me complete the order I spent 2 hours on (all despite the fact that the entire value of the transaction was less than the value of a gift card I was using to pay for it, which it did register and have no issue with), then the tech support thing just disconnected. You have completely lost my business, both online and in person.

This app is so bad I shop less at Jewel now. Sale items require multiple clicks to clip, and the app is very slow. Posted sales often don't appear in the app, or aren't honored at checkout. If you don't have a good signal on your phone, you can't take advantage of sales at all. This app appears designed to discourage people from getting the sale prices so Jewel makes more money. This is a terrible customer experience.

When the app works its okay.thats if it works. The search option is trash. There is no way to find items that are not in the deals section. I get an error message often when selecting an item to look at the details of the product. It is random when the app may work as intended, which not often enough. Its just good for clipping deals for when I'm shopping in store.

Search is very SLOOOW. App sometimes loses my info and has to be restarted. App doesn't always show the aisle where the item is located. Time-consuming to clip all the coupons I need. The app should have a "clip all" button. Better yet make it so anyone with the app automatically gets the coupon price for every item. Modern tech is supposed to be more efficient. This app is as slow as clipping coupons from a newspaper with scissors!

I enjoy using the app. The deals are great, and I never have an issue getting them to apply. However, whenever I don't know where something is I can't check the app to see what aisle it should be on. This app used to have that feature and once it was updated it lost that. I would love if they brought it back because I will be looking for something and spend 10 extra minutes than planned because I can't find it and inevitably have to track down an employee to ask which I terrupts them as well.

I was falsely advertised to about a $20 discount for spending $150. In both the ad and the app, there were no restrictions or fine print mentioned anywhere. After not receiving the discount, I contacted support, and they told me there are “special terms and conditions” on their end that I can’t see. I’m sorry, but that sounds like deliberate false advertising. I would have never spent that much. The support was unhelpful and dismissive. As a former employee and current shopper, I'm disappointed.

This used to be a good app. Now I'm constantly clearing cookies, uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting my phone, all in an attempt to clip digital coupons or to redeem reward points. It's exceptionally frustrating when reward points are due to expire. You try your best to access available rewards, and the app lets you know there are service issues.

I've been able to save a whole lot of money using this app! I wish MORE things would be available as coupons. I don't buy everything that is offered due to dietary needs. I compete with myself trying to beat weekly savings. This app is very helpful with grocery shopping! Compared to other stores, its a game changer!

The app does not always link to the Jewel system, which means you will wait in line for the store staff to figure out the discount on the clipped deals, often short changing you, especially on the tax. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled with no resolution in sight. Now imagine all the seniors, who are not tech savvy, being scammed.

Love to clip the coupon specials and receive online only discounts. Also, love the convenience of delivery or pickup especially on days like today when I don't feel like battling the Chicago wind, cold, and snow. Disappointment exists because several healthier items are frequently "out of stock" on my grocery list. I have to order what is NOT available from a completely different store. I prefer the "one stop shop" experience. This prevents me from giving the app a full 5-star experience.

Worst app ever. This app prevents me from shopping at Jewel more often. Search bar does not work, half the time the deals are not even in the app, elderly people struggle and therefore miss out on deals. I have to take pictures of items to prove to the cashier they are on sale. Just put the item on sale and let everyone access deals. The customer service desk tells me they hear much too often how horrible this app is. Enough already!
