Jigsawscapes® - Jigsaw Puzzles

Used to be the best puzzle game. Recently, though, they decided to put a bunch of audio ads every 10 minutes that come in and overshadow whatever I'm listening to while relaxing w/ a puzzle. I prefer ads that actually interrupt my game. as frustrating as that is, at least that's understandable and stops whatever I'm listening to so I can pick right up where I left off. Not this. on top of that, if I mute an ad after 5 seconds, another one comes after TWO minutes instead of ten. so frustrating.

I love the puzzles and how you interact with the app. But recently the ads have ramped up to an irritating level. In addition, now I am getting ads DURING play, not just in between levels. A small box with in-game audio plays an entire commercial while you're trying to enjoy the game. Even worse, if your device has the volume off, the app will automatically increase the volume for the ad. Loved the app until this but not worth the hassle.

I'm so SICK of being LIED to!!! Puzzles in the ads NOT in the app! What a shocker! The problem with better puzzles in the ads is that when we get to the app, HUGE letdown! I don't get why ads feel the need to LIE! False advertising used to be illegal! If your app can't measure up, maybe try fixing the app? Strange concept, I know-- but give it a whirl, PLEASE! Uninstalling!

I am downgrading my review from 5 stars. Game was awesome. Not too many ads, fun, good selection. They did an update which added some good features. BUT, they increased ads enormously. You used to have to watch an ad when you started a new puzzle. Now every time you open the app & when you continue a puzzle there is a new ad. When I minimize the game but don't close it, it will often close itself so I have to open & watch an ad to keep playing. Banner ads at bottom randomly unmute themselves.

I have chatted with them twice complaining about the fact there didn't have the multiple selection option at the bottom for picking pieces and that when I went and cleared the storage cause it took too much space on phone it took away the multi select option at the bottom. and then the pieces at the bottom they are all in exact order line by line when you put them on the puzzle. no challenge. several mistakes in playing. no worth. playing. need to find another puzzle game.

The game itself was great, but it was advertised as having zero ads but there are a bazillion ads. Plus I accidentally clicked on one of those ad links and it popped up more than 20 pages of ugg boots in chrome. Super suspicious. I liked the game itself a lot but I'm not willing to risk it. Kind of a shame because most jigsaw puzzle games are annoying to play and this one was awesome.

I used to love to listen to an audio book or sleep sounds and do a jigsaw to unwind and go to sleep. This week they introduced auto playing video ads in the bar across the bottom of the screen. You can mute, but five seconds later it plays again. you may get a 30 second delay now and then, but then the cycle of the same ads starts again. I've never been so sad or disappointed to uninstall an app.

This is the latest jigsaw puzzle game I have deleted in the past year. Initially, the ads were manageable but now they are increasingly annoying. I completely agree with earlier players who have expressed their disappointment - the puzzles are great but it has become difficult to enjoy them, I know, I know - ads are your lifeblood - but they are triggered so easily that I can't enjoy your product any longer. Adios..

I've enjoyed the game and it's been helpful in clearing my mind. though recently I broke my phone and had to get a replacement. now going back to this game on the new phone I see lost all the points and solved puzzles that I previously had. there's no way to continue from where I left off. any puzzles I had started and saved are all lost. not sure if I'm going to stay w this. I would rather like a game that I can play on multiple devices.

I've been playing this game for a long time, and it has always been relaxing. But recently, changes were made that make it almost unplayable. First, there are these annoying banner ads scrolling at the top of the screen every min or so. Second, there is this random annoying video pop-up that plays at max volume and is unclickable, so you can't even close it.

updating my previous review: they used to have these terrible ads that popped up while working on a puzzle. Just realized after completing a large number of puzzles that they got rid of them. I listen to books while puzzling, so this is amazing that they got rid of those. now there's an add before/after the puzzle, which is totally reasonable. or for some specific pictures best free puzzle app I've found. tons of picture options.

This has been my favorite puzzle game for years. They've slowly added more and more adds. There's an ad every time you start and finish a puzzle. Recently they've started audio adds while you're doing a puzzle, it comes up as a little square in the corner. I enjoy listening to music of podcasts while I wind down and do my puzzles but that is very very irritating. Can we please take it down a notch with the ads? I really might just have to find a new puzzle game, it is so irritating.

This used to be fun. I can deal with the ads before and after a puzzle... but they changed it so now, when I select to show only the edge pieces, it puts them on the board on the side they go to. I don't want that. then, they got rid of the option to open all the pieces and select multiple pieces at once. I like to work puzzles by colors or sections. I don't get to do that anymore.

I love building actual puzzles. unfortunately I don't have the space for it. so I put this app on my phone. as time passes there are more and more ads. I can not stand the interruptions. they are stupid and lie, they give me ads for other puzzles. how dumb is that? I will get tired of it then I will delete the app. the more ads the less interested I am. to play offline you have to start a puzzle then you can build it later

Really enjoy the puzzles, even gave you a suggestion for more. But it is getting ridiculous with the candy crush ads and the game ads for the king. I open to play and have to put my phone aside for about two minutes to let the ads do their thing, no way to skip or get around them. Also, if one accidently touches in the wrong place on the screen, you are thrown into ads again. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star. I realize ads pay for the show, but give your users a break, please!!!

I play with this almost every day, it's the best puzzle app I've tried, the ads aren't too intrusive and the pieces click satisfyingly into place, good variety of puzzles. that said, I would be so happy to pay for an ad free version, please come out with one! updated December 2025: update last night completely ruined the experience. stop changing things! I don't want points at the top, the pieces don't click into place in the same way, the pieces are smaller. put it back 😭

Nice variety of puzzles, however it's sometimes very difficult to get around the ads to play the puzzle you've selected. You used to just have to click off one ad before starting the puzzle, now it can be up to 5. There's no way to get around some of them, you have to completely close the app and start over. A lot of the ads have designed the "X" to take you to the Play Store instead of removing the ad.

invasive ads that automatically click themselves, and send you to another website. And now, when you work on the puzzles, If you get stumped for too long, it starts to turn the volume up on your phone and play an ad. doesn't matter if your phone was muted, It isn't anymore. It's embarrassed me, a couple times now. don't bother downloading . the ads ruined it... for everyone.

This has been my absolute favorite puzzle app for a long time (years). Unfortunately due to their little pop up ads that can control MY phone's volume, I'm going to stop using it. Ads are fine, I don't mind them, but if I have my phone muted it's for a reason. I should not have to deal with a blaring ad playing every minute or so. That's too invasive and ridiculous. To developer...Ads that control my phone volume should be banned!! It's obvious by the bad reviews that others are very upset too.

This puzzle game can be both challenging and fun. Problem is , when you complete a puzzle an ad pops up. At this point, since you just finished the puzzle, there is absolutely zero good reason to push an ad in your face. If this was an oversight in qa or testing I could understand but in production no way. So that leaves me to conclude the dev has planned this ad attack. Let me add , it's impossible to proceed to the next game without watching an ad for 30 secs. edit 1/26 not free annoyance.
