Jiji Nigeria: Buy&Sell Online

wonderful market place. there are lots and lots of reliable vendors here while few are actually untrustworthy. there is a major issue with price updates. jiji should make it compulsory for all sellers to have timely price update so that there are no funny stories when they're contacted regarding any product. how can you post a certain price and tell a different price when I contacted you for such product, not fair and it should be fixed. that's the only difference btw jiji & jumia, temu etc.

It has been awesome with such an amazing app with incredible experience. Buying and selling made easier. But my complaint is that the separates monthly subscription from pro sale which make it more expensive and difficult for someone to meet up with their monthly target. And I think is not good for app operation because it is discouraging many sellers on Jiji. Please, balance your app so that monthly subscription can last for Jiji sellers for one month without paying for additional pro sale

it's an amazing app even though I have alot to complain about 1. the in the car sale section I don't know about the others it doesn't show all the available ones you can see them if you've saved them but there's no other way it'll show for instance 30 ads then you'll only see 10 it very frustrating especially if you're seriously looking for something also I think there should be a better review software or process to make sure the car in the description and in the ad match

this app is currently fraudulent, the make you pay over 250,000 Naira to subscribe for a Diamond package to sell your cars, after the subscription, they won't push your ads, except you make another payment for pro sales click which in a day you spend 5000 Naira daily before your ads will even start working, and sometimes they go on your page remotely to activate the ads you don't want on pro sales click to generate more money for them. they are currently useless, stay away from them.

My only issue has been i can't save searches. I can save ads but not searches for some reason. Other than that it works well and is reliable. The sellers could do with being more professional but that's not the fault of the app or its owners.

Excellent app...helped me through the years secure Top notch and safe deals successfully.......Here again in 2026, JIji continues to offer me legit and safe deals which has made my purchases easier over the years

I have been selling on jiji for like 6 years now, very effective, easy to use App and they have evolved. Jiji has helped built my business, I have successfully done businesses on jiji that worth millions of naira, I also bought my car and other items from jiji without issues. I have recommended this App to many and will recommend to more people.

I'm still new to Jiji I don't know how it works and how good the app is but I think that people there should bring their prices to their good dawn to enable people to make purchases... buying and selling should be very moderate for all .

good services overall. The only negative is Jiji's team tactics of restricting number of free ads in some categories or forcing paid ads down users throats for individuals who just want to sell their stuff. Foreign online marketplace like mercari, offerup and ebay don't act like this. Jiji is preying on Nigerians ignorance and the monopoly they enjoy.

There are some areas that need improvements. I made a purchase last month on one of the ads here. What I got is different from what was advertised. That's fraud. I made a complaint, but I had no reply from jiji on the issue I raised.

Update! Easier to operate, and makes transactions hassle free. They should keep it up. I have been buying here and will continue. There's always room for improvement though

When searching for the best company that never operates on lies and fake business, Jiji is the number one I've ever come across so far when it comes to delivering of your purchased goods and services..

Jiji is the best online marketing platform where sellers and buyers interact even with cheapest price compare to other platforms, though is used but is many people's choice and I love it.

Poor poor advertisement. I'll only increase my rating when something is done about my account. I've been selling on jiji for years and just had to be very careful with my pricing and item advertisement to make sales. But, this month has been worse. Doesn't matter how often you request for a call from your account manager. It's the same boring response of 'i'll escalate to the team' or we're working on it. No sales. No improvement. Nothing done.

It really needs more functionality in the saved items section, to be a near perfect app. Add tools like categorizing, filtering, searching, and more. I really appreciate the 'saved searches', and the 'find similar to sold out' features. it would be great if you added my suggestions. 💚

good job. I would have given 5*, but, assuming there's options to choose more than one location for job application update.

the high level of extortion on this app is quite alarming this days (1)when you pay for a monthly package you still be adding money everyday on the same plan without getting any positive results. (2) I keep on getting fake calls from clone customers that never existed. (3)you will see your massages blocked when you try to send pictures of available items to a customer . (4) immediately you subscriptions is about to expire you start getting calls from real buyers.

I’m extremely disappointed with your customer service. For over a week, I’ve been reporting that my ad disappeared just three days after I paid for a top that was supposed to last one month. Despite repeated complaints, nothing has been done. Each time I follow up, your agent takes at least 24 hours to reply, and the only response I get is “will be checked ASAP,” yet no action is taken. I paid for a service that I’m not receiving, and I’m not getting any explanation as to why. Terrible!

why would so many customers call me to ask for a product and when im explaining the call cuts and when I call back it goes straight to voicemail.. they don't even notify me who called on my app. and even though they don't want to notify me, why I'm I hindered to reach out to potential customers? after paying so much for ads.. that's literally theft of the highest order

Don't like the latest update. You cannot filter based on the range of years you want for a car. You are forced to go with the range the developers have fixed. Please be flexible and allow for selection of range of years a viewer wants.
