Stupid app I have tried multiple ways to "redeem" my rewards but no matter what option I choose it doesn't add to checkout. The app claims that you get a free a la carte favorite , original or plain slim for registering but no matter what I put it's not free. Why have a rewards app if the rewards don't work. I also got a new reward for a free side but it's the same thing I'm getting charged and I know I'm not doing it wrong I've been looking this over it feels like I'm working on a puzzle.

App is trash. Click the reward, then it takes you to pick the item you want for the reward, customize and add to cart, try to checkout, and it says you need to add your reward item. I just did that. Why do I still need to add it? The click through procedure just took me through that process. I eat enough Jimmy John's to finance an entire franchise. I want the rewards fixed. Make it so you add the reward during final checkout. This fails hard.

I just started using this app and so far, it’s working out pretty well. Ordering my food was very convenient and they had it done so quickly. I went right there after I ordered it and it was already done. I love that it has rewards. Some restaurant apps don’t. The full menu is there and there is a wide variety of items to choose from. I ordered the Ceasar Wrap which was amazing. I also ordered the bow-tie pesto pasta and the potato salad which I always like. I also got a pickle and chips.

This app is garbage. Sometimes it tells me my order went through when it didn't, other times it says my order didn't go through and I end up placing two orders. If your card declines, the app wipes your card from the database so you have to reenter all of the information instead of simply retrying the transaction after moving money into the account. Let's get some quality of life added to this app yeah?

The app seems to do what it needs to do, unfortunately it doesn't let you change the location when you're reordering a previous order. I never know which Jimmy John's I'll be near, and usually order for multiple people with customizations so being able to change the location and a reorder would be fantastic.

super easy to use and order. Edit, 01/19/2023 App is still great, but I have found that if you don't order from the app, you don't get rewards credits. When I get food ordered in the store, I put my number in and they say it goes to the rewards app, but those purchases don't show in my history and my "sandwiches needed for next reward" count doesn't change. Need to have in store purchases tie into the app as well.

Selecting the food is easy as anything else on a good app. Buy why do I have to pretty much sign out of the app to select a different location? Every other app has this figured out. I can be right by the location I want to use, but it always reverts to the one closest to my home. It's super simple, put in a "CHANGE LOCATION" button in the app! Your about tp loser a customer because you are not willing to adapt to the technological norm.

Great app for great food. I would like a button during the checkout process which allows viewing of special offers, instead of a glimpse of them only when opening the app. Sometimes an order doesn't meet the criteria for an offer, and I, would like to know why, so that I may adjust the order. Instead, I have to exit completely and start the order over to check the offer.

Good food but this app needs work. When placing an order and going through the checkout process, it would be nice to review the order in your cart (bag, whatever you want to call it) like every other retail app in the world does. The app only shows the total dollar amount of your order but not your food order itself. You need to wait till you get the confirmation email to be sure you ordered everything correctly. This is beyond frustrating - especially for large orders.

The app runs very well and have never had problems with ordering my food. However, the rewards program is not good. You have to order 6-8 separate times in order to get a single reward, and despite the chance of getting a free sandwhich, most of the time its just a free bag of chips (only recieved 1 sandwich after over 1 year of ordering on the app). This does not encourage the user to order more food or use the app for ordering at all. I'd like to see a big change in JJs rewards program.

It's a good app. I always turn to it in a clutch. I typically don't have issues with it, but last week I placed an order, and got a call shortly thereafter saying that the location was out of all bread and could only do unwiches. I feel like stores should report that to the app some kind of way, so that you aren't able to place an order for something the store doesn't have. Otherwise, good app.

The app is very easy to use when ordering food. I like that I can repeat an order, redeem rewards, and get notifications about my order status. I took off one star because it doesn't manage gift cards well. You can't add a new gift card until checking out. And you can't use the remaining balance of an existing gift card if it doesn't cover the full amount of the order. It doesn't roll to a secondary payment method.

The app is improving a lot. I'd like to see one more feature added -- a place to put a note about your location. I'm on a college campus and about every other time I use the app I get a phone call from a delivery person asking for clarifying directions. If I could add a note, then the delivery driver would have that info every time -- saving time for the delivery person and me.

The app is good, but I think there are some things that need to be changed. I've noticed, and this might not be because of the app, that orders on the app take longer than calling the store. Not sure if it's the crew or the app, but the longest I've waited for an order through the app was 1 hour! There also needs to be a way to give feedback for quality control. I've had my delivery instructions ignored, my order made wrong, and waited longer than I should have.

Trash app. I can't ever get points for my purchases and they give few rewards. They don't even have a way to add your receipt. If you don't make every order on the app. They can't give you the rewards. Even in the store. I love the sandwiches but have missed out on tons of rewards cause I like to go in the store and order usually. The other deals they have expire before I can use them.

I keep getting network error when trying to pay for my online order. Starting happening right after the recent update... I've restarted my phone, forced stopped the app and cleared the cache and still get the same error message... Only other suggestion is to allow me to use more than one payment method during a transaction. For example, if I have $3.50 left on a gift card, let me use the gift card and pay the balance another way, credit card or another gift card.

The app was pretty self-explanatory for ordering your food and pretty easy. The only thing I had an issue with was finding out where to sign up for the rewards to earn a free sub after your first order. Nowhere does it say you have to sign up for the rewards separately, so I had no idea when I placed my first order through the app if I received the rewards or not. While waiting for my order to get done that's when I seen the option to sign up for the rewards. 😕 Wish it had some instructions lol

Solid app! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that redeeming rewards is rather confusing...you have to know ahead of time that you intend to do it and add the item to your order before checkout. If you realize during checkout and hit the button to redeem a reward, you'll get an error because the item isn't already in your order. Then you have to figure out how to add it without canceling your order and try again. Frustrating.

Decent app. Very user friendly & easy to order. I just wish there was a way to rate your experience. I order JJ pretty often & unfortunately, they don't always get my order right. I'd like to be able to rate it so the store can track customers' experiences & possibly improve. I'm not always able to call the store when I have an issue. It would also be great if you could add a note for customizations.

This app used to be perfect and then they released a version that would not let you see your history, save favorites or repeat orders. They finally fixed that but the newer version still does not let you order large drinks for pick-up. We have to buy them separately in the store. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE SO WE CAN BUY LARGE DRINKS. You are losing money since there is such a high margin on drinks!!!!! I even submitted a request to have it fixed to corporate but nothing yet.
