I am one of them who took a subscription for a month. The service of this app is pathetic. I used to listen to songs while going to sleep and doing work. But this app even after taking a subscription the app closes itself in the middle of playing a song. when you open the app again it would be like a freshly opened app. Even for subscribers of their app they are giving pathetic service.

While, yes, the app does let you listen to many songs for free, a lot of songs are marked as "Pro Only" outside of India, but is available to listen for free in India. Additionally, it has some underdeveloped designs, such as when you want to listen to a podcast, it clears out your entire queue and replaces it with all the podcasts on a specific channel.

Have been a Pro subscriber for nearly two years, and had no trouble with this app. Then I got a new phone, and can't access Pro. I messaged JioSaavn, and they were particularly unhelpful, just telling me to sign in with my Facebook account, which I had already done. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times to no avail. I synced my phone number this time, and that may be the problem, but there is no way for me to unsync it. Three days, and still can't access what I paid for.

It stop after every song. Sometimes you can't even finish one song. Sometimes I feel like I made a mistake by taking subscription. I could listened non stop song on free version. I know you guys would say delete the apps and reinstall the apps. Yes! I have done so many times still facing the same problem. Now I am thinking not to listen anymore . Because it so frustrating when it stops every few minutes.

If i could give less i will . The app have been pausing a lot lately . While I drive while I workout. Its pointless to have it if I have to unpause it every 2 mins . I reached out to the customer service. All they can tell me is that there is an update available and please update. Which is really pissing me off because the app is upto date on my phone. I paid for a year's worth of service . I need a refund . I stopped using this app in July so I need a refund starting then. Worst music app.

App is good but the helpdesk doesn't responds to email. Additionally be careful if you take any subscription from them. Before your subscription expires they will deduct the money for next period without sending any notification & will not alert you on price change. I was shocked when they deducted twice the previous year fee, 2 days before expiry without notification. They also dont have an option to change/delete your payment method. So once you pay them, you are on their mercy. Be Careful!!

After limiting caller tunes, then putting ads after every song and even in the middle of a song, then limiting the "song skips". As if all these were not enough that you limit the playing of songs? Very, very unhappy with this new money-earning technology you guys have come up with. I love using this app, but it seems like I have to stop now.

I’m giving 1 star because the JioTune selection is extremely poor. Whenever I search for a song I like, it’s either not available as a tune or the available snippet is not the best part of the song , even some songs are not found. There should be more options for each track so we can choose the portion we actually want. Right now, it’s very disappointing to never find what I'm looking for. ..... Thank you.

Charging even for autoplays now? There is absolutely nothing for the free users. That's great make the users habitual of the good experiences first and then load the app with thousands of ads, reduce the number of songs available, old or new or indie. We actually are progressing backwards. Edit 03 feb 26: Changing rating to 1 star. New levels of absurdity unlocked, congratulations now you get to play two songs per day for free. For asking more than that 'PAY'.

I am updating my review to the "WORST" app to stream music. Like, Seriously.... Now you have to pay to even skip music. This is the most unethical way to force a subscription. Now, i will pay a premium,but it will not be Jiosaavn for sure. I have been a loyal user for the last many years, but now you totally lost respect. It's the right time to shut down your music app, team.

worse ever I've been seen........ I searched for a local song, and similar songs should have played, but nothing like that happens. Instead, only Assamese and Hindi songs keep playing, which is very irritating. I also have to turn off shuffle mode every time. The music volume levels are not normalized either. When I have taken Premium, everything should be properly controlled.

Poor Service. After using the app for the entire year, I get no replay and when asked they say "my account doesn't qualify". No mention of why it doesn't qualify. Just poor service overall. Pretty sure data wasn't handled properly by them in backend. Not to mention the amount of times I say thru annoying ads.

great song variety, reasonable number of ads, but one very annoying feature is the jio tune. I set a jio tune for a month (one tune per month is free) and, after the month was over, the tune expired. so, as it is free, I went to apply again. for three weeks I have been trying to apply one tune. they say it's free, but when I try to apply the tune, it tells me to purchase premium because I already have one applied. I asked my friend to call me and check, and the tune was not applied. dissapointd

I have been experiencing issues with the JioSaavn app for the past few days. Despite having a stable internet or Wi-Fi connection, the app repeatedly shows “No connection” and sometimes displays that JioSaavn is unavailable in my area. However, other users in the same area are able to access the service without any problem. I request you to kindly investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest.

Dear Team, You should implement an update that allows users to select the required portion of a song and set it as their caller tune. This feature would be very useful, as most of the time we do not require the full song or the starting portion. Sometimes, we prefer the middle part or any other specific portion of a song.

Terrible experience for a premium user. I have full-speed internet and every other app works flawlessly, but JioSaavn keeps buffering, stopping in between, and downloads take forever. Even simple songs fail to download on time. This is clearly a JioSaavn server problem, not a network issue. No proper updates or fixes — extremely frustrating. Not worth paying for until they resolve these constant glitches.

An all-rounder app for songs, one of the best platforms and the premium subscription is also worth buying. But there's a suggestion to improve the search bar. Sometimes exact matches don't appear and even some of the songs are missing. Otherwise the app is great.

let me be honest with you I don't care, hearing ads between songs. and I think I could manage the "only-5-skips-a-day" thing. but putting a time limit for hearing songs (that too maximum 3 songs) in a day is the senseless feature in a music streaming platform. 🔊EVEN SPOTIFY ALLOWS YOU TO HEAR UNLIMITED MUSIC "FOR FREE"🔊. do better.
