a lot of fluff in a CRM that is useless unless you have a fleet it's not worth the premium fee for a monthly subscription plus the percentage they take from every deposit. if you're a small business that wants professional looking invoices just use QuickBooks. deposit times are horrible as well, as some deposits take a full week to process and post to your account. you can speed up the process by of course having them take more money out of your sent invoices for processing.
Regret getting Jobber Was great at first but they keep adding more and more to the app and it's all paid subscription stuff. Now i am bombarded with texts and calls of people trying to sell me stuff and buttons all over my quote and invoice screen with a lock symbol to remind me I need to pay more. I am a small company. I don't need their top tier plan but the sales pressure persists. I should have gone with housecall pro. When the sales pressure/ads stop I will switch to 5 stars.
The app is glitching like crazy. when you click on a customer for your schedule today, it won't go away from that customer. Then it leaves a little red notification marker by their thing. The only way to get the app to work is close the app out completely and reopen it. driving me insane... I don't like this app already and this is only making it worse. (Yes, just did the update as well, no help)
Go with another software. I paid for the $120 plan because I wanted automatic invoicing and automatic payment. For some reason you can't have one on without the other. I wanted all my customers to get an automatic invoice but I wanted it up to them if they want automatic payment. The Jobbers ai told me I could have automatic invoicing without auto pay. I had to get a hold of customer service to be told I can't have one without the other. I was only subscribed for 2 days, still no refund.
This company has the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Customer service was based in Canada, and so not only do they speak English, they also have amazing accents. 😂 Product works great inasmuch as I used it. I canceled my subscription recently because I used it exclusively for itemized invoices, and then found my website I already pay for has that built in, so I'm dumb but also kinda sad to go! 10/10, would recommend.
Don't switch from the free version. Lost a bunch of quotes and invoices when I made the switch. It took 2 weeks to get the issue resolved. Ended up having to remake a bunch of invoices. With that and not really liking the platform layout I decided to cancel. I emailed and asked for a cancelation and a refund since I couldn't use the app for half of the month, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. They don't do refunds and it's an absolute nightmare to cancel. DO NOT PURCHASE.
Let me start by saying, this is a perfect example of electronics not being capable of what humans are. The app crashes, takes forever to load, needs imacculate service to run correctly. Which is far fetched in mountain towns, and tourist locations. I literally switched jobs over this application. To be expected to use it to pay your bills is a nightmare. Mark my words.
Awful.....too big to care anymore. It's just a subscription cash grab now. They increase prices while reducing service. Thinking about it? Before you subscribe, call customer service once (and while you do, imagine you have an urgent issue). An hour later, you'll realize..... And this is typical, not at uniquely busy times. They no longer care if the product works....and it doesn't. It will leave you stuck, unable to work or to retrieve your information. They are completely unapologetic about it
Has some absolutely great features! Issues on what can be accessed from screens. Schedule views an issue. Working from tabs, you're constantly losing work half done and need to go back to. Color coding only in one area. When appointments are confirmed, no way to tell unless you click on the appointments... Don't get me wrong, better than what we had in automation, so saves office hours. Please work on it. Call us, will help nc.
The desktop version is way better and easier to use. I don't understand why they are so different from each other. Also, why does the mobile app not get a notification when a customer confirms a job. It does not show anywhere in the app that the job is confirmed. That really makes productivity slow by having to jump between the app, desktop, or contacting the customer to check that a job has been confirmed. Plus, it's very restricted due to it expensive plans/ packages.
This app is horrible. It is clunky. The cancel button doesn't work half the time. When I put jobs in they don't show up on the calender. The calender is day by day only. Adding line items is a joke because it won't let me edit them. It makes me pick one. Input it. Then I can edit it. This app is not even worth the $20 a month for the lite version. I'm better off putting this info in a spreadsheet. Also it only works with a internet connection. So if I'm in a area without signal I can't check it
The app was double invoicing with new invoive numbers, how it cost me my biggest client. 1. It was unprofessional, 2. It looked like i was trying to rip them off through double billing. 3. It cost the client hours and hours of time in accounts payable, it was so bad i told them to pay what ever. Imho Something in the program didn't upload to my folder, the problem was fixed but it was to late. Of course they blamed me.
Slow. Doesn't remember the previous settings used. Switches between the new and old version eash time used, sometimes switches versions while it's being used. Locks up, or loses access to data often. Only works with data services, so if you arrive at a house that's out of a network area, you must drive back to a service area to get information on that home. It would be better if there was an internal memory to save certain information. But no, I have to use a notebook anyway. Defeats the purpose
I don't think you could find a more difficult or expensive app to use. It's insanely expensive and that doesn't even include the fees you get charged with when customers make a payment. But it's unlikely customers can even find out how to make a payment on their app. It just shows them price a price and not the whole invoice on most devices. I'm so so glad I went back to Joist. I absolutely hated everything about Jobber with a passion. Even the name irritates me now. Delt with it for 2 years.
I love this interface as a person who has to use it for work, but there are so many times where I'm sitting there WAITING for minutes at a time plus reloading the app multiple times for my tasks of the day to load. The loading time over the day probably adds up to 30+ minutes daily. This is even on a steady WiFi connection, not data, so it's not a connection thing. Would love it if the task loading wasn't slow. This is on an S25U so it's not the phone, either.
It only takes 15 minutes for the app to load, regardless of whether I'm connected to wifi or mobile data. Absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money I'm paying. This app used to be great, but something has changed over the past few months and the product has become virtually unusable from my phone which is where I need it most.
was a great app but last month or so on my Android has just been failing to load with proper internet connection and as of 5pm on friday, February 27th 2026 I cannot log into or load the app. I have tried updating the app, uninstalling and re installing with no luck. Need this fixed in order to continue business operations. until then back to pen and paper documentation edit: as of Monday morning when I enter my log in information it just gets stuck on the log in screen loading never logs me in
when i first started using jobber it wad fantastic. very smooth app. now it is the opposite. the app is now glitchy and slow. i now have to close it and reopen it multiple times a day. i hate that i am paying for this. i really hope these issues are fixed. otherwise i will be cancelling and using a different app for my company. please fix so i can change this to a 5 star review. reinstalling will not work. i have already tried that.
i just did an app update a couple days ago. it worked fine. now it's telling me I need another update to use the app, it won't allow me to. there is no update offered through play store. even when the app works, it's slow. and crashes often.
I cancelled within a short period of limited use — well under a month — and requested a refund. The answer was a flat no. In my experience, most reputable software companies will issue a refund when a product clearly hasn’t delivered value within a short timeframe. I’ve dealt with major CRM platforms and app providers who stand behind their product and act in good faith when expectations aren’t met early on. Jobber is the first software company I’ve encountered that hides strictly behind policy.
