Found out that when using the latest version, I cannot checkin and after finished tasks, the q point is not count toward my account, no new point added. Updates: After a few days of using the latest version, coin/point still not always able to collect, one day works, the other day might not. K songs would suddenly stop playing very often and phone gets really hot!!

the app tells you that you can receive internet radio but it can't be selected. when i contact them through email, they tell me to use the app to communicate but that system does not work. it freezes at the internet check after it checks the network as okay.

TERRIBLE!!! Song Option were very limited, No NIKI?!? are serious?!! there were no famous artist!! Ariana, Adele, NIKI, Taylor none of'em disappointing, the app is dominated by song Cover, not the original one back in the 2019 it was amazing, now its disgusting

As we subscribed VIP via app, on the lastest version, there is no button or anyway to unsubscribe JOOX VIP through app and website right now. Already contacted through the support email, there has been no response so far. i don't think it's something right ----- Why Karaoke needs WeSing, I have not much space left. Also that WeSing don't cut song for just only hook option. 🙄 ---

This app has potential to be very good BUT... there are a couple of things that are lacking. Firstly, I keep getting reverted to the "Free Membership" (without notice, by the way) even though I'm a VIP member. FIX IT! Secondly, the idea of having a cap/limit on the number of songs one can have and number of playlists one can create is ridiculous. By removing the cap one will love the app even more and encourage others to download - because one would be getting SO MUCH more out of the app.

I've been using this app since forever. But lately I'm feeling a little bit confuse. Half of my playlist were removed due to copyright issues. Like seriously, is there anything that you guys could do better? If I wanted to listen and download the songs in a pirate way, I wouldn't wasted my time to use this app in the first place. So dissapointed. Not to mention that I barely get the reward for the 7 days check-in. Such a mood killer. Smh.

In recent years, the app has become more and more unreliable to search for songs. It to mention, the difficulty in login issues. They keep on charging users for premium membership yet their library has limited songs to choose from, close to zero even. Such a shame. This used to be my go to platform since I could also upload my videos here. Today, it's just trash. Not worth downloading.

This app has a variety of songs available, any language, but one thing I'm not satisfied with is that I can't download songs and make it my ringtone. All downloaded songs have to be played via this app, you can't find these songs anywhere else in your phone. However, the app just keeps freezing after playing about two three songs, which is annoying. It has been months and was not fixed. I had to force stop the app and restart the app in order to continue listening to the songs.

It's getting more ads than it used to be (that's fine, I know the company needs profit) But, I couldn't stand that many songs stop playing after few seconds, the app stated it's "loading" and then it skip to another songs. Update: this is solved after removing and reinstall the app. From time to time, you'll noticed some songs are no longer available in the app

Been a Joox user for at least 5 years now. I greatly appreciate how easy it is to access this application. However, recently all the songs I have downloaded lost the green tick beside, indicating those songs are not download. Even if I download all the songs again, after few minutes, all of them will become songs I have not download again. Please fix this issue as this has been happening to me for a month now.

Joox is doing great until a few weeks ago when it becomes so slow on responding my requests. I used to play the same playlist over and over again and it was doing great. When I started to play another playlist, the other playlists become unresponsive and I can't play the songs. They keep on loading, and I have to wait for so long, most of the time I still can't play the music. I thought it has something to do with my network but my network is doing just fine on other applications. Please fix this, Joox is so important to me. Thank you for your attention.

Gave 2 stars because I really dislike the way you skip parts of the song. Previously it was by turning the disc with the album photo on it, now it is replaced by the way too big album that makes the lyrics harder to read. The disc is an icon that I thought quite impressive but now that the icon (the disc) is gone, it feels like another app now. After you changed it, id rather use Spotify😩 You should also put a setting for us to choose whether to reorder songs from a-z or to reorder them according to the timeline for easier searching.

Recently, enjoying the apps have been hard. It works fine for a few songs, then a few songs that will load for a minute or so eventhough every song has been downloaded, with a green tick, and vip still valid, the song just have to awkwardly stops in the middle of playing just to load, it's even worst compare to having to listens to ads after each songs. Honestly this apps waste way too much data. I don't think I will continue to use this app anymore. Hope you guys will continue to do better.

The app's good, but I would like to see some kind of 'explicit' label on music and albums, because I've downloaded the clean versions of a lot of albums and songs, and it's gotten to be a little annoying. I would also like a Smart TV and Desktop version of the app. There's also a problem wherein the apps stops playing music or just crashes. I would also like the addition of a 'add to queue' feature. The artist tab is also very cluttered, making it a chore to go to certain artist in the list.

This app is absolutely horrible! Not only is the ads bugging me but now I no longer have access to skip!? Even a regular music player doesn't ask for money to use skip. If that's not the worst part, whenever I choose or pick a song, it ends up playing another song which is more distracting from the fact that I have to pay to be able to use the app. At least fix this and I can consider giving at most, a 3 star rating... Unbelievable!! 😡😡😡

Undeniable that it's a great application for music, user-friendly, easy to use and great song quality. However, there is lack of selection of music, lots of songs are not available especially those that I like, sad to know that, it probably needs to include more musics and songs from infamous people or underrated singers, also the live and covers. Also there have been lots of limitations since it requires to pay to use all the functions, which is not a good thing with tons of ads.

The experiences went from bad to horrendous in short amount of time. All the playlists that I've curated in such a way, they're gone. Certain songs would disappear out of the blue followed by entire discography by certain artist. I lost about 90% of songs I had downloaded. On other days, I couldn't even open the app without it crashing every 5 minutes. Only few minutes ago, the app kept crashing again when I tried to click open the video I uploaded. What in the terrible clownish joke is this?

My advice for improvement: - Search function in Favorite Tracks - Imagine if you have hundreds of favorite songs, it is really a challenge to find a particular song you want to hear. - The song bank is not really comprehensive, especially for those 70s, 80s, 90s. - Some songs couldn't be played due to some copyright issues, I think this should not be the case for subscriber like me. - Please add more local songs based on user's origin/location. - When in singing mode, screen is not always on.

Love the app, but there are some things that really bother me about it though, there is a bug, that when you press the 'previous' button it doesn't play the previous song but instead plays a random song... Ugh... Also, there is no option to play the songs in order, shuffle and loop are the only options :(. And thirdly I would love an 'Add to Queue' to be added... So that I can choose what plays next without having to upset the whole Playlist.
