if you order 2 items, eve. from the same vendor, you have to pay 2 delivery fees. in fact, if you order multiple of one single item you pay a delivery fee for each, even though the package eventually comes packed together. wether it's 2, 3, 4... it's wild to me, I've never seen this before. it's crazy and absurd I've never seen anything like this, I think I'd take Temu's delayed but free delivery any time any day.

Very helpful, can find a lot of items. But sometimes website order page glitches and you pay multiple times/make duplicate orders by accident... Be careful not to retry an order if it doesn't seem to go through or you receive an error. Just wait until the next day or call customer service, because it may have gone through, as it did in my case!

It's an easy to use app with just one challenge. When you have ordered and decluttered your wish list, it is impossible to re -order the same item from the list of orders you have made before.Some of us like to get it from the vendors we used before.. The app keeps saying "item can't be found.. Item missing. Etc. Not fair.. Why do I have to call customer care to add it instead of me adding it myself? I'm wasting money to call ans and sometimes procrastinating till I don' buy it anymore.

I had high hopes when I first started using Jumia for their online shopping services, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Jumia's service, particularly Jumia Food, has been utterly disappointing and frustrating. Firstly, I made the mistake of paying in advance for an order on Jumia Food, and I deeply regret it. Not only did they deliver the wrong items on numerous occasions, but there were also instances when they failed to deliver anything at all.

I'd have given 5 stars but, there's no wish list + customer care contact isnt enough (phone lines, emails, social networks etc) or up to date, dealers dont put in concise details that depicts explicitly, customer follow-up is done only when an order is placed (too bad) and lastly, 90% of the time when you follow an Ad from facebook you get "Product Not Found" (it hurts alot). When these are worked on I'll rate 5star. Other than that, Jumia is great.

Full-screen banner ads that interrupt whatever you're doing until you interact with them? what a brilliant idea! 👏 truly remarkable. why not interrupt and annoy customers while they're in the middle of shopping? oh, and ratings that can only be made once with no edits after you've used the product for an extended period of time and have more insight to share! sensational! why would you want to ever update your review to reflect your improved perspective on a product? you guys are the best!

This payment on delivery option has to be the best thing ever! However, I feel they need to expand and allow more vendors (like those vendors from shein and the likes) since it has numerous branches in Nigeria almost within every state. some vendors are unnecessarily overpricing things just because Also more options for clothes and other things should be included it's an app mainly for electronics

jumia is one of the best online shopping applications,but my problem is after your package is ready at the pickup station you have 5 days to pick it up,and maybe you ordered more than 2 items,one can be available at the station and the other is not in ,unless you wait for the second one too,while the first one is running out of days left for pickup. They even count weekends meanwhile pickup station doesn't work on weekends

I am very frustrated with the delivery charges on your app. Customers are required to pay a separate shipping fee for every item ordered, even when they are delivered on the same day. Sometimes an item that costs ₦50 still attracts a delivery fee of about ₦750. Many people use the app for convenience even though products are already more expensive than in physical markets. these repeated delivery charges make the experience unfair and frustrating. From Skeptic to Loyal Customer – Jumia’s 1-Hour Refund Won Me Over! This was my first time using Jumia and I was honestly skeptical about online shopping. After placing and prepaying for an item, I changed my mind and cancelled the order. To my surprise, the refund was processed and sent back to my bank account in about an hour. The transparency and speed impressed me. I even used the refund to place another order. Jumia has definitely earned my trust.

No rating for me, I've been purchasing on the app before but recently I've not been able to do that, I tried different kinds of payment method and also have to go open an FCMB account, collect a Mastercard but all to no avail so I'll just stop wasting my data and energy.

It's a nice app which has a lot of variety of things and I fully trust, almost. Some of my products e.g. headsets started to have problem after a month and I couldn't get a refund. At 1st you had good service until I had a bad experience. You brought me a different product, you told me to return it in 3 days, I couldn't because of my work schedule and you closed the return window. In the first place, why do you deliver what has not been asked for? Is it the person who packs or you be not having the item? Or you choose a cheaper item to deliver. I still have the item here, UNUSED. My rating reduces to 1 star ⭐

I bought a brand-new fridge from this platform, but it was faulty. The service center asked for an invoice, but the app provides no proper e-invoice. I followed up with customer support for weeks with conflicting answers, and they never call back. My warranty was denied. Selling electronics without invoices and offering poor support is unacceptable. I do not recommend this platform. I will be back, let me count my looses and hope, the TV, ovens, fryer, washing machine doesn't become faulty too.

I love these app but I have noticed something. I placed an order for 5 items and I calculated the total cost of the items as shown on each item. All together everything was 22,500 but jumia showed 27,900. I went further with the payment and they still added the delivery fee on top and everything was 30200. I'm still wondering where they got the extra 5,400 to top up on the initial 22,500 which was the total cost of items. Aside from this, the app is good.

Jumia is the Amazon of Kenya 🇰🇪. Not even Ali baba Website comes close to the Value,deals and volume of things found on this Website.The App version of the site is also well set up, clearly you are able to find items based on brand, price, Express and many other search categories. I have previously Used this App for more than 3 years even for hard to find items or discounted or items not sold in the local market. If wondering if it's safe and delivers, I guarantee it does. Yes I loved the app but they take too long to deliver orders, secondly there is a way how they cheat us on delivery fee, they over charge infact the multiply it , the third thing is I ordered for a black blender, they brought me blue one, why do you want to think for us sometimes??????
