flights advertised don't exist, booked flights then they cancelled. tried numerous other days and each one let me go to payment page then said didn't exist 😭. Hours wasted

I like using this app and use it the most. Sometimes I will use Kayak to compare prices but still wind up with justfly. It is very easy to use and has a lot of great features.

I reserved a seat and paid for it. It was $63 and they couldn't provide me with the reservation number for a week. In the end, they gave me back $22 and took $41 for themselves. What does that mean?

It's a great app so far. Aircraft details would be great if it is added with the itinerary

When you book, be aware because there are many important things hidden and can not find fare details without good search and consuming time. Check baggage allowance. Seat reservations are fake and can not be as you hope, etc. This app is not good for people in rush and in need of quick reservations. you would lose more than what benefits you

Terrible app and company. Cancelled our luggage after taking payment and no reason given. Tried logging into Ryanair with the reservation number provided but couldn't login. Tried using the WhatsApp chat (link provided) but got a message that the number hasn't got WhatsApp. Then tried txt messages and the AI was useless and then recieved a message from my phone company that I've £10 because of the text messages. You can't speak/text to a real person. Will never use this company again. Not happy

Very bad service, I am their customer since long time. I am not happy at all. Flights changed during transit with an extra 3 hours, and I called them they said we don't know why, and we can not do anything. Very bad service they are very smart in charging extra money with very bad service. I don't recommend this website.

I got a great deal on price, but that's where it ends. Please be aware that any upgrades or interruption of travel or change of plans can not be handled through the airline you are traveling with. Everything has to be dealt with thru justfly. The representative I spoke to did not make me aware of this, and I spent several days during my trip trying to get a seat assigned to get back home. I was told no seats were available even though I had purchased round trip tickets. Live and learn,I suppose.

Let's see when I want to enter my email address to receive deals and cheaper flights nothing happens and there are bugs in this app and it is not user friendly freezes all the time and the tickets for one person is as high as it is for two the website is better please fix and I will change my rating 🥺

Booked a flight with my credit card, was initially declined then successful. Recieved no email with ticket info. Finally paid with debit card, receive ticket info. Contacted customer service, they said that one ticket was a no show, even when one wasn't issued in the first place. TDLR- Paid twice for only 1 ticket Sketchy company

don't book through this website , I have made a booking with justfly , justfly cancelled it and told they didn't get confirmation from the air line noe it's been 3 weeks still they didn't refund my money .No one is responding in customer care . please guys don't buy tickets through justfly. finally after 1 month5 days I got my refund.

Funny, app. Cannot see my booking. I have signed in successful, but when i clicked on my booking, it asked me to sign again and jump out the home screen, and I clicked my booking again...go ing to the loop signed again...

Seconds after loading app, it doesn't function and freezes when trying to input a location. It seems to work fine if you're trying to catch a flight but not if you're trying to book a hotel.

The absolute worst agency to book with. An agent booked my family a flight we did not authorize and they are avoiding returning the money. It was $5800 to be exact and to this day we haven't received the refund(its been more than a month). I will never do business here again and not recommend it to my friends nor my enemies

My advice don't download this app. You are going to lose more than what is expected. Vagueness about what impacts and delays your flight. I lost my ticket because there is no clear information about baggage allowance. No refund no good customer care to deal with

WTH is this? On first launch the search results are masked by an email subscription window. And despite putting my email, it didn't stop loading and never disappeared. I couldn't do 1 single search. Awful 👎

regularly doesn't work. logs you out constantly and won't let you log back in. absolutely fantastic to have happen when trying to pull up your tickets. absolute failures.

issuing the e ticket takes some time, but that is ok
