Complete garbage. Not worth 5 cents, in fact I would be a little upset if the company paid me to try this piece of junk for wasting my time. Never connects to WiFi. Freezes at the installation screen (waited at least 30 minutes) and even gets a "Invalid ID" when I manually tried to connect it. I seriously wouldn't spend a dime on this camera. Move on to a company that cares about quality and customer support with their products.

Don't buy this. It is a piece of junk. Starts with things like directions referencing a USB cord (which wasn't in any of the 3 I bought). Then you'll continue with nothing registering/linking correctly...and my favorite, saying the U-ID was invalid. That would be the ID you see when you find the camera over your Wi-Fi. Wish I'd read these reviews before buying!

What happened? I was using this fine for a couple of months (was a bit of a pain to set up but I got it figured out) and suddenly the app keeps crashing before it even opens. I haven't changed anything about my phone or internet connection. This leads me to believe it's the app. Please fix this as soon as possible, to help your customers and to redeem yourselves. A majority of your ratings are now 1 star.

The app works to move and view the camera. The motion detection does absolutely nothing. Even if the camera has motion detection, the app does not record video when motion is detected and it does not send alerts to your phone when motion is detected. The intercom feature does work - not an amazing microphone and speaker system, but passable. After having the system routed through my modem for 3 weeks, my modem mysteriously changed my source names and passwords. Possibly a coincidence, or?

No night vision!!! The set up was very unintuitive and more difficult than it should have been and while the app technically works, the camera is trash and not as advertised. I should have trusted my bank when it tried to deny the purchase lol. Do not recommend and advise everyone to stay away. Double check your data as well... This app attempted to access details it has no reason to... Buyer truly beware.

Mine was supposed to come with night vision but I don't have it, that's my main concern. That & I can't seem find ANY contact info on this company to ask what I'm doing wrong. Also, the grammer on the app isn't fluent, by any means. And, some of the other smaller options are sketchy at best. Otherwise camera works, I'm able to control it's movement & I am picking up a picture, I think....it's night time. 👀 P.S. I'll gladly raise the score if I can have a chance to speak with a representative.

The SQ11 mini DV camera doesn't connect to the app. It doesn't show of wifi and it freezes. I tried everything to make it to work, no luck just a headache. The app is v1.5.1 I followed the instructions no success. App developer, can you update it to the latest version?

I bought the bulb camera. Don't know about their other products they have but basically you are buying a cam you can connect to when you are only home. Connecting from other Wi-Fi network is not possible (if you are not home and want to check) 24/7 recording not possible, as soon as you leave the app it stops recording. Night vision is poor almost zero if you don't have insufficient light around. No motion detection. Don't buy you will regret it!!!

It didn't work, waste of time and money for the camera. I can see it's been a while since the app has been developed, so I have no hope for this to be fix

This is not working my cameras are now decorations, they don't connect. Kindly work on your system, it's very inconveniencing

Just plain and simple, it's entirely too COMPLICATED just to get the thing to operate correctly

Can't watch it from another wifi connection?! Can't use it remotely what's the benefit

Only works on 2.4G frequency, no problem set my router on metered through the advanced settings. As far as the functions a couple disappeared when I bring the app up, don't know what they control. But as far as everything else, it works to my liking, especially just paying cheap shipping only cost for a product. You get what you pay for and for $8 and change, you won't find anything else for that. Y'all whining over chump change 🤣🤣

waste of money. ads take the whole screen when you first install it and takes you to a page to put your credit card info. if you are lucky to install and view the camera, night does not work, it's just pitch dark. unless your guest decide to put their nose on the camera you can't see a thing. and if you decide not to use it a while, uninstalling the app, then try to get to use it again, you cannot find the cam wifi connection anymore so it's totally useless. doesn't work to "unplug" it .

Device connects to wifi, registers, says it is connected, but fails to complete provisioning, and is stuck on the registration screen, only way to move is to back out of the setup. App code for android needs a review. Tried all 3 lights in box, reset them, re-added, stuck at registration/activation longest wait 1.5 hr. Shortest wait 20 minutes.

This possibly is the most worthless little piece of .... I own, the instructions are totally messed up, need a microscope to see the writing, 3 days of registration of the camera on the set up and still no go!!! No specs on the camera, no explanation of the buttons besides what's written on the camera. Worthless.

This is a simple app that work ok. Except, you can't zoom in to see your subject in more detail. Also you can't record video. Those are the only negative things about jxl cam. Especially if using for a back up camera it would be nice to zoom in a bit to see hazards...

First no USB cable to power device per bbn instructions. Second, installation instructions are so small it takes a serious magnifying lens to see. Thirdly, camera wants to run on mobile data but advertising of device thru Amazon says runs on WiFi...this device does not connect thru WiFi. I am requesting an immediate refund from Amazon seller.

Can't get it to record anything unless you are watching what going o. It detects motion but does record anything when your not on the app no zoom in I like the camera and the you can move it around . What the use of having a camera that won't record anything unless you record it. That mean someone brakes in you house when not home u will never know how did it bc camera didn't record anything and never get any notification when detect any motion.

Extra charges!! BEWARE!!!!!! Only paid for shipping and handling, or so I thought, then 3 days later, was charged $68.76 from these nutjobs. I only agreed to pay shipping and handling to test this product. THIS IS A SCAM!!! the thing doesn't work like it should anyways, no lights, no infrared, no recording while watching... It's an EXPENSIVE JOKE
