App used to be great but now it won't let me open it. For the past 2 months it keeps saying system down due to maintenance. App won't work despite uninstalling and reinstalling. Edit: app is still very buggy. Currently experiencing the error where it auto logs off after interacting with the main menu. Uninstalling and reinstalling temporarily fixes but still will revert back to logging out. Very frustrating to deal with such critical bugs, especially ones that prevent use of the app altogether.
The app was working great for me until last month when it suddenly started crashing, and then it completely locked me out entirely. I can no longer log in via the app at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times over the last month, and I still cannot log in. I can log in via the website perfectly fine, so it is not an issue with my account. With a 1.7 star review, I'm guessing Kaiser needs to get a new IT team onto working this app.
Suggest you dont bother downloading this app. I Have tried logging in many times and always gives a "temporary" service issue. Seems rather permanent. I have downloaded the most recent version and can log into my account on desktop/mobile without issue. Terrible waste of space. I plan to try one more time in a few days and if no success, uninstall.
I can sign in once, but as soon as that session times out, I can never get past the first screen again, it immediately tells me that my session has timed out as soon as I try to send a message, check a test result, anything. I have to reinstall the app in order to get my one sign in. They claimed to have fixed this issue, but it's still happening to me.
The app has been down for maintenance for weeks. It's down more often than I would like in gemeral, but it is ridiculous to have to go online when I have the app. When it's not down, it works pretty well. I mostly use it to order meds, and it's very easy to use for that. I'm still deducting stars for the long-term uselessness, though.
Program downloads and installs. Can enter information in app but never connects to network. I get the following message: "Network error There was a problem loading your care services and records. Please try again later. " Later never comes.... Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck! Update, Had to update the whole app and after the old app wa done deleting the app itt locked up and stopped before it loaded the new app. Now it won't load the new app so I have to use the web access which is hard to use on my phone plus I can't find anything..
Suicide is cheaper and less stressful than working with this company. App is well laid out, once you discover there are two apps; one for Washington and one for literally everywhere else. Unfortunately, I needed it for the digital ID as the company still hasn't sent me a card and my digital ID cannot be retrieved. However, app is slow to load and doesn't save credentials so you will need to have your password memorized (PW managers won't sync to the app). All of which seems very insecure.
Not sure what happened. This app has always worked fine for me and now nothing works. If I try to click on prescriptions, test results, messages, etc. it says "goodbye" and signs me out of the app. I figured if I just waited it out, a fix would be released, but it's been like this for over a month now and it's getting really frustrating. The app store says I have the most recent version and I've tried the usual stuff like clearing cache. We really need a fix here.
This app has been plagued with an issue where when you click on messages or on appointment, it takes you to "Goodbye, session has terminated" error for months!. What good is an app if I cannot view my messages or schedule/view appointments. Edit 9/26/2024 I tried right after I got a response that the issue is fixed. It was not, and I can confirm that it is still an issue. I can't check messages and appointment in app.
This app has been constantly under maintenance and inaccessible for days at a time. It's been repeatedly happening the last couple of months. With no alert or warning of on going maintenance happening its such a major inconvenience. Makes it really hard to check on up coming appointments, make medication refills and schedule new appointments. Yes, there is an option to call in but the point of the app is making these services more accessible and convenient. I really hope this is fixed asap!
Kinda works. It either takes minutes to load anything I click on or it freezes up and crashes the app. Nothing is saved after moving on to another page when filling out check in forms, so if you accidentally close the app all that progress is lost. If you are in an active chat queue and the app crashes or closes for some reason, you get kicked out of the chat queue and you have to start all over again. Even the website does the same thing.
This app is terrible and unreliable. You have to enter your login credentials every single time you do anything, even if you check the "save my sign-in" box. On top of that, lately I literally can't log in to the app at all - I can log in to the website just fine so I know that I have my login credentials correct. I almost missed an e-visit with my doctor because of it. There's no point to the app. Just use the website.
Not sure what is happening but I can't order medication refills. It takes me as far as the pay page then there is a red heart with a heartbeat that continuously tries to load. I've tried many times in the last weeks and updated my app. Tried emailing the help email in replies from other complaints in these reviews and it bounces back with "The group kpwamobfbdl only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list."
The new update seems to have made it where I can't login. I've had this problem on the website for months, where it tells me I have the wrong username and password unless I go to one of the sub websites, like Pharmacy or something, and then it lets me login just fine. I know username and password, and I was able to log into the app before this update. I hope I get this fixed soon, I do love the app even though it's not perfect.
The app usually works decently well for me, but for the last few weeks it has been "down for maintenance". Customer service told me they didn't see any outages or maintenance, and to email them to check my account status. I can use the website just fine, so it's not my account. Also they haven't even replied to my email after a week, so I guess the app is just broken?
Really difficult to give this app a high raiting when I can't schedule any behavioral health services from it. At all. They just don't exist. Except they show up in previously made appointments so they're in the system, and the location is the same as my medical doctor, but if I want to make a new appointment the response is, I guess, that I can go f myself.
Edit to add that the previous issue resolved, but now I have the same problems as many others where the app will automatically log me out when I try to check my messages. Prevous issue: When I opened the app, I get a dialigue box to install the updated version, but when I go to the play store, there is no update to install. My options are to uninstall or open. I've uninstalled it and re-installed it, but still get the same dialigue box to install the update.
I can't sign in. If your app doesn't work in simulation on other devices then don't release it or increase the support systems around it in an active manner. Get your dev team together (if it really exists) and get a mission statement going for the overall goal of this app. Right now there is a wide-range of unsupported devices. Please consider spending real $ on a solid dev team because some people's lives may depend on it. Sometimes we must choose between what is right and what is easy.
I can no longer order refills on my prescriptions. I'm able to select everything up to the point of payment. Once I hit "Pay Now" it goes to the next screen and just sits there. It doesn't load any payment information, and goes no further. I've cleared cache, reinstalled it, restarted my phone, nothing works. It used to be reliable.
I continue to encounter a bug where I am automatically logged out, before being able to really see anything important in my washington kp account (messages, prescriptions) I've had thos app for longer than a year in hopes it gets fixed, though I've always had to resort to using the desktop portal instead. I have family that works for KP too, so would love to see this app fixed and working soon!
