I would love for this app to include a search feature for past visits like it has for labs. you can easily look up a specific lab result but not anything from your visits. It would be helpful if I could filter office visits from prescription refills as well. I am able to look at a graph of my past blood sugars from lab results (very helpful) but I would love to be able to see a graph of my blood pressure and weight over a time span as well, instead of browsing through years of past appointments.

When the app works it's great but it often inexplicably stops working. This morning and all weekend I can't log in. The login screen is frozen. I'm never able to pay bills through the app because the account balance always shows as zero even when I owe money. The pharmacy works for things on auto renew but not for standing prescriptions and past prescriptions, such as seasonal allergy medications. I have trouble doing calendar reminders because I can't do a screenshot. so frustrating

This app, and the website, on Android, have always been painfully disorganized, deathly slow. Now after spending 3 weeks trying to get one of them to work without "we are experiencing technical difficulties" to order a prescription refill I'm now almost out of, I have to enter my credit card, and the box for "year" just shows "year"! No way to input a date. And lower down on the page, there's a disclaimer or something that stops in mid-sentence! Do Better. You are HEALTH CARE. Act like it!

Might as well just login on the web. I like the set up, it is easier than logging in online. But the app is constantly faulty. You can't take screenshots in the app but you can when logged in online. Then whenever there is an update there is always an issue. With the recent last two updates I can't even get in on the app, automatically kicks me out. Fed up.

Won't allow me to send any messages, just says "please wait while we retrieve your info", when pulling up doc list. Able to schedule an appointment easily with the app. Can also view messages and test results. Only issue I've had is sending messages. It will come up with an error and erase everything i wrote. I suggest copying what you write before sending a message. That way you can paste if needed. Seems to be an issue when writing longer messages (still under the limit though).

I agree with others about not being able to take a screenshot. When I order prescriptions, I used to be able to take a screenshot so I had a record of what and when I ordered. I ordered two items and only one arrived. When I go back to my prescription list, that second item is now gone from the list! There is no receipt or online record of my order, no way to track my order. A new problem is that I have been getting notifications that I have appointments that are nonexistent.

This app sucks when it comes to the pharmacy. It will not allow me to change from shipping to pick up. Constantly searches and never let's you enter a zip code. Doesn't pull up any locations. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Please fix this! Now I have to go there and wait for them to fill 3 scrips, instead of ordering ahead to pick up. Thus spreading grems longer. Yikes!

Completely useless. For the longest time it wouldn't show any appointments at all at any location, and it had the wrong primary doctor at the wrong location. I told them on the phone every time I called, and they finally fixed that. Now I can't pay bills in the app. I put in my card number and hit next, it says "you're almost done" and grays out the whole page, but doesn't give me anything to accept, approve, add more info, whatever. It just sits indefinitely at a grayed out page.

The app is a disappointing heap of sub-nested menus, i.e. navigation heavy. Trying to add a location for pharmacy use is frustrating. Pickup option can cause an infinite load, where you can't cancel or type the address (have to close app). Delivery option allows typing but won't save the address entered. The live chat option randomly glitches into a "server error" state where no text can be sent or pictures uploaded. It will persist for HOURS, and nothing short of uninstalling fixes it.

Worst app ever. Writing a message is difficult because it doesn't function like any other text box on the internet, the keyboard blocks the send button, it doesn't automatically capitalize the start of a sentence for f sake. You'll see you have two messages, but it doesn't show where. Can't screen shot, which would be really helpful. Can't check in for appointments, that has to be be done in a web browser. Payments are a PIA. There's nothing positive I can say about the way the app functions.

Terrible!!! This app is fine for scheduling appointments but if you want to have any communication with your doctor look elsewhere. The messaging features always throw errors and say I have to select a primary care physician before I can access this feature. But when I go to my home page it shows my primary care clear as day. Been with her for years. From other reviews I've read, it's like they don't want patients to have the ability to communicate with their doctor. Terrible!!!!

On the whole this is an easy to use app. I have docked 2 stars for two issues that make this app painful to use. First the "Profile & Settings" section is not well organized. For months I have looked where to set my home & work phone numbers. The developers have not made finding this setting easy to find. The second issue is when sending a message to a doctor I have lost messages with no indication that anything went wrong.

Editing review to 1 star. I try to log in, and it says certain functions are no longer available and to go to the website. I go to the website and it won't add prescriptions to the cart for refills. I ended up having to call, but since it's after their usual hours, it says they're closed. So I find ANOTHER number for the pharmacy directly, and then I could use the automated system. Dunno what's going on but they'd better get their ducks in a row, here.

Edit: I thought the app was bad enough, but apparently KP thought otherwise. Nowadays, 50% of the time I can't log in. Also, it says I don't have permission to view my OWN medical record It takes well over a minute for anything to load, no matter how stable/fast my connection is. It's incredibly annoying to be at the check-in kiosk and take 2 minutes to log in and another two minutes for all the pages to load for me to get my QR code to check-in. QR code check-in? Very cool. Execution? Abysmal.

This app is a mess. At times it won't allow me to open my keyboard or click on things in the app. Sometimes it does either or both, randomly, after having been working just fine for most of a session, making it impossible for me to login, finish booking an appointment, order medication, or try to email my doctor. Booking an appointment is difficult, as the dates aren't very clearly displayed. When it works, it's convenient. But often it's just annoying.

Don't use this app for video visits. Instead, use your browser because this app has dropped me from my video appointment two times. Each time it's happened the "How was your call?" screen popped up while the visit was still ongoing. Whenever I clicked skip to try to get it out, it just booted me out of the call. Then, when it popped up again I just let it stay, but it still cut me out after a few minutes. Other than that video and call quality is alright.

Does this app EVER work?!??!! I haven't been able to sign on in months. It's ridiculous. 1.23.22 update - So apparently the problem is the fingerprint sign in feature. So infuriating! If you can't get the feature to work, DON'T OFFER IT AS AN OPTION. Although i can't fathom why you can't get it to work. The technology is not new and hundreds of other companies offer it on their apps with no issues.

If I could get into the app the rating would be significantly higher. Used to use this app a good bit, but since the latest update I can't sign in, just get an ever spinning circle. From these reviews it seems KP expects users to find and report the bugs for them. Not good, but if that's the case why aren't the bugs being FIXED?? Absolutely no point in having an app that doesn't work. UPDATE: HAVE THIS APP ON ANOTHER PHONE AND IT OFFERS BIOMETRIC LOGIN RIGHT UNDER SIGN IN. AND IT WORKS! HMMM...

So I like the idea of this app. My major issue is... this sight is just not easy to navigate. Trying to find info from past appointments, is really different. I'm clicking here, clicking there back and forth until I find it. Also, finding past scheduled appointments is not an option. I had to cancel and appointment. When I went looking g fir that to reschedule it was no where to be found. It just should not be that difficult to find these things.

it works, sort of. The messaging and test results interfaces are awkward, and it's difficult to find things. It seems to have been designed without really thinking about making it easier for the end user, or without testing by actual people. But it does let you communicate, and get information, so there's that, which I guess is the purpose. Developers, if you want more feedback get in touch. There's too much to list in 500 characters
