This App never works. I open it "something went wrong. try again later". Doesn't tell you what's wrong. Closed, uninstalled, reinstalled, still doesn't work. When it does work, the deals don't. My KFC was advertising that if you order in the app you get a free 6 piece chicken strips. Went through the process. No option for the deal. KFC is going downhill so fast, wouldn't be surprised if it's out of business in 10 years.
Go through all the menus and lists, figure out what I want to eat etc, get to the end and try to pay.... Nothing happens. No "denied" or "something went wrong" or "error". I click "place order" and literally nothing happens.... Pushes notifications for deals that don't exist when I open the app. also charges a 25c bag fee for ordering to eat in the restaurant. ridiculous.
I love this app, its so convenient and has some really good deals at time. however, I have it a 1 star because every time I have ordered delivery, 8/10 times the payment screen gave issues and I had to end up ordering somewhere else. When called the store to ask, was always given an 'I dont give a crapp' type of answer from the employees.
never received my order. I called the store 3 times. they told me they ran out of chicken. then that delivery guy was the problem and lastly that my order was on the way never to arrive . I waited 3 hours.... 60$ in the garbage. also the line they asked us to call if we had any problems was out of service.
Still absolutely awful. Trying to order something today, first time I opened the app it crashed, then I had a problem with a promotion which was programmed incorrectly, then the payment was stuck loading indefinitely. After going back it said payment failed and then removed everything from the cart. I tried adding the stuff back, but now the Add to Cart button doesn't work. I then restart the app, but now it says I have no offers or promotions available. So I ended up not ordering anything.
the "online only deals" don't even work and if I do order other stuff it doesn't process the payments. Actually, I just noticed even with the message something went wrong with the payment it took my money but never told me it did until I checked my bank account a few days later.
Garbage application. IF it lets you create an order before crashing, it won't allow you to pay. Was advised to uninstall and reinstall and after 3 attempts and continued BS, we just won't bother ordering from KFC anymore. It's cheaper online but too inconvenient to utilize. -0/10 Rating
Must input Credit card info to use .. so 0 stars im sorry for the rating but it seems you can only use if you give them your credit card.. all company's get hacked and a million downloads yikes hackers paradise ..no thanks I don't need the worry for a sandwich edit have the pizza app same group of companies owner there app lets me pay at the STORE, use all the time, will uninstall if . Not Remedy..and visit store on rare occasions when I have a paper coupon 🤮
I have now tried 3 days in a row to use this app. It finally allowed me to sign in via Facebook, but the offer for first bucket on KFC with $15 purchase would not apply even though it showed in my cart. At the order window I explained to them that it would not allow me to complete the order, and they proceeded to tell me that the things that I was ordering were only on the app and not on the regular menu anyway so if I wanted the offer I had to use the app. Didn't work. Tired of wasting my time
I ordered food and the app repeatedly crashed, ordered twice with only one confirmation, and double charged me. Every time I've tried to deal with it in app through the support section the app just crashes completely and now I have to leave my complaint here.
Nothing ever works. try to set location, "oops, something went wrong". Try to add to cart, "oops, something went wrong". Try to view cart, "oops, something went wrong". And that's after waiting 3 minutes every time you click something for it to try to load. save yourself the time and don't bother.
This app doesnt allow you to customize your items like removing lettuce or anything like that. It also doesnt even give you a code for using a promo in store at the restaurant.
Honestly one of the worst ordering apps I've used for food it crashed several times told me I wasnt meeting requirements for certain deals but wouldn't tell me what was the issue was at one point I couldn't even add anything because it would just stay loading and I closed and opened the app several times. Im pretty good with apps and online ordering but this was frustrating.
Really annoying the amount of times i get "Did you forget something" ads. i just want to go in and out of my cart without constant pop ups which slow down the app. Your delivery option is a joke. I had KFC delivery and the guy left my food OUTSIDE my gate. I live on a busy street. didn't even come to the front step or at least leave it on the inside of my fence. it's a short gate! I wrote in 3 complaints with no response. Horrible customer service. I'll go get it myself or order skip.
I was attempting to place my dinner order at the Woodbridge location via the KFC app; however, the offers online were NOT reflecting on the app (10 hot wings for $10). Instead, they were showing up as $7 more expensive. YUM! BRANDS - WHY CAN YOU NOT HAVE AN APP THAT WORKS WHEN YOU HAVE PROMOTIONS? WE'RE NEARLY INTO 2026! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
One of the most frustrating food order apps I've encountered. Feels very sluggish compared to others and the payment system is painful sometimes but not always.
my son ordered Jan 17th at 630 pm for delivery. was told on the app the order would be delivered at 701 pm it never came. we tried calling the store and only got voicemail so we contacted kfc and filed a complaint as we haven't gotten our food and it was 745 pm when we called. it is now 942 pm still no food so we ordered somewhere else and got food within 20 minutes very unacceptable that no one answers their phone at a place of business and the voicemail box is full cant leave a message.
They say it's being cooked and will be ready by a certain time but it's not true, you have to speak with someone to start the order when you arrive. it's not a problem but make it clear so you aren't wasting your time waiting
This is the most trashass app I have ever used. If only you knew how many times I've had to pass on KFC because the app freezes on payment screen. Dozens. Many dozens. Sick of it. Your loss, I just go to Popeyes instead.
This app sucks ,I tried to set up an account, filled everything out, hit create account and got the message that these fields need to be filled out which I already had. I'm sticking with Mary Browns and Pizza Hut
