As an ex worker, this app (when I had and used it) was simply unbearable to use. Sometimes you'd clip a coupon for it not to show up in store. You never know what coupons you had to manually clip and which ones auto clipped!!! Sometimes it'd be clipped but just wouldn't work! It was SO frustrating as a customer AND an employee because myself and other people would get upset over not being able to use their coupons!!
This app is very frustrating and needs to be updated and user friendly. If the store is going to require digital coupons, this part of the app needs to be much easier to use. It is not worth the effort waiting for the coupons to load.
The manager at the Gilbert store was the WORST person I have ever had to deal with. She was unfriendly and was not helpfull at all. Was trying to use my healthy benefit card and she was rude and acted like it was me who was the problemand I don't think I will go back.

I had downloaded it to save on tabs in my chrome app. I go to clip a coupon, and install just clipping it, it pulls up the coupon details.....i just want to clip em and go, not read the fine print after every single clipping! I read the fine print when I make the list, not as im clipping coupons
I loved working for KJ's in Winnsboro SC. The new management is amazing and really cared for us as people and not just a employee. Kelvin Davis is the best manager I have ever had he goes above and beyond for his employees his customers and that store. Since I worked there he had made a complete turn around with that store and we all know that it was NOT a easy task. It's like it's a whole new store he is the best thing that has happened to the winnsboro KJ's location 😊
app not working if you aren't gonna fix the app take it off I shop for my elderly neighbor and this is ridiculous can't find anything in the app either fix it or take it off
Once you create an account and move past the login screen this page pops up and looks like it's trying to get your location however it doesn't move past that. I wasn't able to see anything in the app.
Will not verify my email so I can use the app! It keeps saying error incorrect code. I've copy and pasted the code and entered it manually to no avail. Please fix this issue!
Digital coupons will not load. Continues to give an error message that my email needs to be updated abd validated which I have done several times
It's a great way to save money on groceries. I don't really use it as much as I should. But I find it easy to use and I have invited friends to join. Thank you KJs for helping us save a little.
I love this app. They're are so many savings. A tip for other users .. Go to page 4 and there will be plenty more savings!
App is useless at the Monck Corner location! Worst store ever! Produce always rotten or just not there. Prices aren't any better. Always empty shelves. Only good thing is the meat department.
App will not open anymore. It stays on the kjs logo. I've never had a problem with it until yesterday.
My experience was awesome. Everything was correct. It was fast and easy. It helped my life out a lot since I have a toddler. Will definitely be doing it for now on.
I like it, just can't see most of the stuff because it doesn't have pictures and it doesn't have search bar...it's only for coupons
The check out doesn't accept the in app member card after scanning and then the register doesn't accept digital coupons. Meh

I can't find things there that I can't find at food Lion, the only problem is their prices are higher
