I tried to buy tickets with different credit cards and each time it said payment unsuccessful. I gave up and then used another app instead - zero problems. One day later, I was surprised to see that I was charged for each "payment unsuccessful" (5 times) and now I have to wait 7-14 days for a refund. Beyond unsatisfied with this experience. ZERO!
I used this app in the US to book several events in Japan before I left. So happy I found this app as it has been a breeze to use. I was worried especially about a concert I booked months in advance. I got to the concert and KKday had their own little booth section set up and it was very clearly marked. I walked up to the person there and she had all of our tickets already printed out in an envelope with our names . She was kind and helpful and directed us where to go for our seats. Superb!
Kkday saved the Day! Vietnam was closed due to the holidays and i couldn't submit my visa application in time. kkday offered a very affordable urgent approval for the next day! They got the job done and were very easy to chat with. If they didn't help me i would have had to book new flights get extra hotel rooms and all this would be stressful. Thank you so much! i definitely recommend kkday over the others.
For my first time using it, I was able to get not only a ticket for USJ, but also a series of other things I could have used in the Kansai region. Please look into this app. Though I would recommend to do whatever you're trying to; reserve within 12 to 48 hours in advance.
Don't bother with the reviews and rewards. They are dishonest. Any coupons you get are only valid for a month or so. Even then they have a minimum spend. But you can't add many items such as esims to cart, they must be paid for immediately and one by one. Then it's mostly impossible to reach the amount to use a coupon, unless you buy the overpriced amusement tickets etc.
very bad services, wait for more than 10mins when calling the kkday contact center, but still no one picks up the call. and the problem is not being solved
This app is a SCAM! I have booked with kkday twice and both times they took my money, then cancelled my booking even though it showed availability at the time of booking. Instead of receiving my money back immediately, I have to wait for up to 14 days to get the refund. I also later managed to rebook the same activity for the same price without any issue.
I booked a tour for four people, and this happened twice. Both times, the tour was cancelled because there were not enough participants. However, KKday charged my credit card before confirming that the minimum number of four people had been met. Although KKday stated that they refunded the full amount in Taiwanese dollars, I received less money than I paid in my foreign currency due to exchange rate.
I made a booking for Gardens By The Bay - 4 tickets for 23 Dec 7.30pm. That time slot was available for booking. Other timings / dates which were fully booked were unavailable for booking. I made the payment and happily assumed that the tickets would be sent to me and that I just have to check my email to retrieve them on 23 Dec. However when I checked my email on my way down, I realised that I was informed that the slot was fully booked!
The app is good but the check out process is way to complicated. Keep asking every single details of the guess. Why you need that much information? It is a day tour, not a security check point. I have tried to input detailed of 6 people in my group but after I hit Next, 1 field is missing and I have to do it all over again. Wasting my time, sorry KKday. Your deals are great but I do nit want that check out process. I have booked with another agent with just 1 click away to finish the task.
Immature work processing and error-filled trading system Do not waste your time and money. On September 2022, I made a payment with a VISA card, but due to system error on the KKDAY side, the payment was not processed and the page seems not proceed. So, the next day, I paid again with Korean card and the payment was completed. However, the VISA card has already been paid in duplicate. So, the bank branch manager attached documents that the transaction was completed but KKDAY still refused refund
Highly do not recommend. When there is an issue with the ticket redemption, the best they can offer you is the ticket hours after you have left the venue. No refund (not even partial), no compensation. Just a ticket that you will not use.
I ordered from them tickets to 3 different attractions in total amount of 400$ and they canceled 2 of them! After they charged my credit card! I got an email saying the tickets are sold out and that I will get a refund back. Of course they charge me right away when I order but it will take a few days till I get a refund. Meanwhile the tickets are sold out on other sites (that had available tickets before). I am so upset and just want to warn you from using this app.
I have saved some items into my cart on my first phone when browsing through the list. However, I've later found that the cart does not automatically updated in the app on my 2nd phone. I've tried logging out and logging in again on my 2nd phone, but the cart just remains empty. Permitting the app to be logged in in multiple phones is great for ppl like me who hold 2 phones, but I think you should also make sure that the cart and the wishlist are synchronised. Thanks.
The app validates completeness of data but doesn't prompt what was amiss. I couldn't continue without indicating my WhatsApp name but there was no error. App asked for too much info too compared to competitors. Personal data protection is a concern. There are very similar packages from the subject header. Failure to highlight key difference between 2 Yehliu / Jiufen / Shifen tour.
Bad experience dealing with mistake keyed in during booking. There was no summary page after traveller's info was keyed in. Mistake found after payment made and immediately notify them, but they are unwilling to amend the info. Actual day still 1 month away, there is still time for changes. Inflexible policy. Do not book if you are person who might key in wrong info.
Paid for an activity which quoted me in local currency. Afterwards they can't book it and canceled my itinerary. Turns out they didn't reverse my charges but instead reimbursed me. Because of forex differences I didn't get the total amount I actually paid for. Not using this platform ever again.
Their refund processing team is the worst of all!! I have a refund pending from KK day, initially when I cancelled my booking, I was told, the refund will be reflected in 30 days, but after 30 days when I follow up, I been told that they have high volume of refund and need to wait another 90 working Days! This is extremely ridiculous for holding my cash for very long. I have also engaged Klook for few other bookings which they provided top notch service and refunded my money within a week!
Worst customer service, got my booking cancelled by a lame ass excuse saying that my arrival time is not within their service hours (8am - 9:59pm). My arrival time is at 6:10am and willing to wait until 8am at the airport for them but my booking still got cancelled without them telling me what's going on. Informed me later that even if I want to wait, I can't coz my arrival time must be within their service hours in order for my booking to get process which made no sense at all. Have no idea why my booking went through initially when I already gave them my arrival time then which by their logic is not acceptable yet they took my money only to tell me that oops sorry you arrived too early, we don't care if you wanted to wait ,don't worry we will give you a full refund but you have to wait for the bank to process it for two weeks. No immediate refund and tried to blame on me that I chose the "wrong" package and fill in "wrong" details, tried to blame on the bank for needing to take two weeks for the refund to process while they take my money so readily in the first place.
Booked a tour with them, paid and transaction went through my card. Few days later a day before tour day, they asked me to send them screen shot of transaction. I sent them screenshot but wouldn't accept because they say my card amount is in different currency. They would not answer to any of the follow up request, and won't even cancel or confirm tour that should happen tomorrow. Total scam I'm filing charge back on my credit card company
