Kleinanzeigen - without eBay

Super unsafe environment. They offer buyer protection, but literally no seller accepts it as a payment. There's always one party at risk, it's completely shocking that this app is even legal. There's no order nor sell history which is a complete joke. Not only that, the chats are eventually deleted, or the ad is deleted, so at some point you have no idea what you bought anymore nor can you check in an archive. So long on the market and they have not implemented the most obvious things. Horrible.

TOTALLY UNUSABLE! I was a regular user of Kleinanzeigen. But since eBay took over, and trying to grab money from this coop App of Germany, they made the App so resources hauling and sluggish, and buggy so it is totally unusable - even typing in a search term is so sluggish and it is not possible to modify the search term after the search, backspace simply does not work to delete a single character. What is left is only a more complicated system so they can hold the money of your sold items.

Nice app, but one request, please. With time my favorite list fills up with many deleted items which are not for sale anymore. I'd like an option to delete all not available items from my favorite list. As by now i have to delete those items each individually and also confirm each single deletion. This can be a pretty tedious task.

It works well when it is working. But the app is constantly inaccessible. Today is one of MANY days where it doesn't load anything, I can clearly see that I have a message but the app just isn't loading. Upon trying to open my messages it throws out a message that they are having a problem and I should try later. It is becoming very frustrating.

this is absurd. I want to see the notifications for messages. so I turn on notifications. I get multiple messages a day about searches I did in the past. WHAT FOR? Those are not saved searches, just spam reminding me of new offers of something I looked at A YEAR AGO. cannot be turned off. I can have all notifications or none. and that's how I miss messages from sellers I contacted about hinges I actually want. oh gee THANKS

Look, it's great, you can find great deals sometimes... Unfortunately sellers are endangered. If I say something costs 200 to buy, someone will reach out trying to buy it for 50 (1/4th real value), if I refuse, they will give me a bad rating, because they failed to scam me..? Same happens when they refuse to go through "direkt kaufen" and instead try to circumvent the system, bad rating on refusal.. Absolutely absurd..

After the last update the application kicks me off every time and doesn't recognize the password wants to set up new passport by email and this repeats and repeats! Very frustrating and annoying! And there is no sicher bezahlen option for people buying from outside of Germany, no option to set up a receiver who is with a non German address.

The app is fine, but I forgot my password, try to reset it, but the account will only verify with mobile number, but my number has changed? So I'm locked out of the account now? There's no other way to verify? This is a common theme interacting with tech in Germany. The design is often so bad, it makes these services impossible to use, in this case literally impossible. It boggles my mind how such a basic part of the service could be so genuinely dysfunctional.

The application itself is working fine, but I'm unable to register myself on the platform. I have been trying multiple times since the last 2 weeks and every time I do the initial setup I'm asked to wait for a mail to come but it never does. There is no actual fix for this problem on their community page as well, it's just filled with complaints on the same topic. How do you expect people to use the platform if you can't even register on it??

Aweful color theme. Advertising, sponsoring and promoted items everywhere. Pop ups one doesn't want... Edit: since the last update of mid January the app breaks with ad blocking DNS. it just shows connection error and it's unusable. what a mess.... -1 Star if possible

I love this app so much it has literally changed my life. I travel throughout all of Germany on the Deutschlandticket picking up great things I find on Kleinanzeigen. It would be cool if they had a map view in search so you could see search results on a map. Or see your full Merkliste on a map. I pay the 2€ a month for no ads, which I fully recommend. The ads are annoying.

To describe the ads as intrusive is an understatement. I have seen EXTREMELY questionable ads that promote racism and other morally questionable items that I do not want to view while shopping. The developer did respond with a link to corrective instructions but the instructions were slightly different from the app. I have changed them and will see if the situation improves.

Great app, overall very easy to use. But some of the real scammers out there is the sellers who doesn't keep their words. And guess what? The developers of this app doesn't do anything about it. I'm just sick and tired of being promised stuff on this app ( cars especially should be important in this matter ) and then lied. It's not great when the product was promised to you and then sold guys! A more precise vote for the seller should be added!

horrible, my password was reset for security reasons 30 minutes after i created an account and it wont let me create a new password, also why ia ot trying to be all cutesy in the emails and login screens. Like, we blocked your acount for no reason teehee. Now that i was able to reset my password my account was restricted due to security reasons. Also the reply is real usefull thanks

Simple but gets the job done. Pros: Supports dark mode! 👍 Cons: Recent releases feature extremely intrusive and stupid animated ads. So much so that they severely interfere with browsing. Plus some ads masquerade as actual classifieds from users. 👎

you keep advertising your on tv every. but you keep blocking and deleting users' accounts. too much stupid rules. some can sell 3 months old animals. why some can't sell. guy because of this app. your information is be taken for the message by the app ower.

it has been a fantastic experience using this app especially for a student like me. I was able to get some very needed items here(sometimes even for free, through giveaways)

Easy to use and ideal not just for Standard stuff but there are often rare (to find) things that Pop up for sale.

Quick search fir local items. Distance radius filter is really easy especially with that map that lets you see what area you're searching in, update 02/26 still using this app to find bargains in my local area.

Just terrible. For over 9 Weeks I get the notification "Netzwerkfehler". Even the new update didn't help. In some categories only scam websites advertise. The app has many bugs when typing and selecting. Over 4 years ago, it worked better and had a healthier user based. Now it is scammers, frequent no-shows and some people that are honest. Kleinanzeigen seem to be either completely helpless towards these changes or doesn't care. As many have already stated, support is non existent...
