Kmart Photos

Doesn't Work! I've wasted way too much of my time selecting the photos I want to upload just to get an error and the app returns to the albums page. Don't bother!

Great idea but too buggy. CONSTANTLY freezes. Have spent A LOT of time choosing photos just to have it freeze... and loose everything. Definitely doesn't like google storage. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still no luck. I have lost time on this app. Such a shame as going in store I've had tech issues with the photo printers also, and no I'm NOT technically challenged. I've just had bad experiences. Not even staff have been able to figure out why. Never used to have any problems in store

Uninstalled. Slow and horrible. Click on any option to access photos and it just spins indefinitely. What is it doing, uploading my entire phone library or something? Also needs file manager integration so I can upload specific files. I don't want to print from Facebook, Instagram, or my camera roll. I want to print a photo file on my phone.

Spent an 2 hours selecting photos only to have it crash and lose everything at 299, then again at 150. So, that's a couple of hours of my life wasted. ironically, I installed this to save the time associated with having to do this in-store, as it's an hour long travel for me. What a joke. I'm so, so deeply tired of companies assuming that it's OK to release poorly tested apps on the assumption they can waste people's time getting them to test their products for free.

Unfortunately the last few times that I have tried to use the app it has glitched, and after a lot of time spent (usually over an hour or two) adding photos and editing sizes it doesn't let me go any further or through to finishing my purchase! It wasted a good 2 hours of my time tonight! as well as the last time I used it! It needs an update on your end! I had to go to the Kmart website and redo the whole order & process again! Really annoyed! I'm deleting the app as it's completely useless 👎

This app is terrible. Takes ages for photos to load. Once loaded, if you edit a pic, it resets all the other changes you have made (including changing quantities of photos). Then, once you add to cart, nothing happens. If you press "back", it literally goes back through every single item you have touched. There is no way to get to the cart once you "add to cart" without hitting "back". I have a cart of a few hundred pics, so I can't sit there hitting "back" three hundred times.

I do love that there is an app to order what you'd like in advance and either print in site, deliver or click and collect. I dont love that there is no way to save as you go for more content based items such as photo books or calendars. I am trying to order a calendar, however; I have either froze or glitched a few times and when app reloads, I am required to restart.

More fonts in the card section would be nice. App froze and shut down a few times. It's also really annoying to have to start a new transaction for each product - for example I wanted to order two different types of cards plus a bunch of normal prints but there is no way to do this all at once, you have to complete one design, pay, then set up a whole new order However it's still a lot easier than lining up in store so I'm grateful for this app :)

Just updated, and now the app doesn't work anymore. It can no longer find places on the map, refuses to let me change store or even move the map, can no longer load any of my photos beyond very old ones from back in 2018, and most of the gift choices aren't there. Very annoyed that I updated as I planned to purchase online then pick up (I'm 30mins from any store). Now I'll have to take 2 trips, one to order, and one for pick up.

It's an alright app however the big issue, is aside from doing normal prints. You can't add multiple items to your order. So for example, if you want a magnetic, you can only check out one at a time so you have to do multiple orders. After adding an item to your chart, you should add an option to "add more" to the order. Aside from that, the apps pretty easy to use. ^-^

It's a good app, thank you developers for all the work you've put in! A few gotyas: 1. I couldn't find an easy way to print a boarder like you can in store; 2. The app can be quite slow in places, eg adding an additional print size to an existing photo to ages for me 3. Most frustratingly you cannot zoom a photo out further than its height/width, thus making it impossible to print a photo that has a non standard aspect ratio in full. About as glitchy as doing on the kiosks in store... so pretty glitchy. Took literally about 3.5 minutes to load the form for my contact details, and it definitely wasn't my internet connection. At one point it froze and wouldn't reload so I had to restart the app, and lost all my work. When doing a double sided card there are very limited options on the back.

I've spent multiple hours over a few occasions adding photos to print, and every time the app crashes or glitches so I can't finish the purchase. When you close the app and reopen it, it doesn't save your previous bag, so you have to start allllllllllllll over again. I also went in store today to try it via the app but again, it glitched and couldn't finish my purchase. All 3 machines were then broken as well. C'mon Kmart, fix this!

Useless app. Tried to over a period of two days to upload photos to print, the app glitches, freezes and crashes- just does not work! I gave up and ordered through Snapfish, which worked straight away (I have a new phone and good internet, I know these are not the issue in this situation). Incredibly frustrating as I wasted so much time.

Previously the app has glitched, then I was relieved that it worked smoothly again. It's currently not working well. I've been trying randomly over the last week to order photo prints, often it will let me choose what photos, then won't do anything when you click next. I've waited an hour to give time for photos to upload, no result. Currently would not recommend.

I need someone to contact me regarding the photos i have paid for. I sent an email a week ago about it. I made an order on the 30th of july and still waiting to pick up the photos. I went to kmart Bankstown and was told they hadn't arrived. I have emailed and nothing. I cannot find a number to call. This is ridiculous. This app doesn't even show your past orders sometimes and then randomly does. Its worth less than 1 star

It worked really well for my first order, but now it seems to have just stopped working. When it would load my Photo gallery it took a long time, then after selecting all my photos it froze. I tried again and it wouldnt even show my photos, it just seemed to be loading forever. I have now uninstalled and reinstalled twice hoping for better results. This hasn't been the case. 3rd time lucky I hope as it did work so well the first time🤞I just don't have the time or patience to go instore👩‍👦‍👦

apparently there is no internet connection. so it never works. ive tried connecting to my home net, my mums, my brothers, my uncles, and my phones data and I get the same thing. clearly its not my end for an issue its kmarts app.

Extremely broken - After downloading and spending a good hour or so uploading my photos - some were for a present - I had the same issues as many others - app wouldn't access certain pictures, slow, crashed, and when checking out the button just didn't work. I tried Officeworks instead. Didn't even need an app could do through browser so that was a plus and delivery WAY cheaper. Go to them because Kmart don't seem to care that their own app is a mess.

offer to not have edges of photos cut off when wanting a canvas. In store in preserves the edges of the photo as an option and doesn't have the top bit of the photo folded over the canvas. It's hard editing it so that every side of the photo essentially has dead space for it to be folded away. One should be able to have a photo on canvas even if the photo is filled out completely from top to bottom and left to right without losing something.
