KOA | RV, Cabin & Tent Camping

Made our trips in the RV so much easier, gave us more spontaneity, as I can find another KOA on the fly without dragging out the laptop. I wanted to add, after logging 25,067 more miles,that we have depended on KOA literally all over the country. They have bailed us out a lot! They will also help you out if you have problems with the app itself. Dependable and indispensable!

We love camping at the KO A's, just wish the app was a little more advanced. I'd like to be able to sign on, see my balance due, make payments, use rewards etc See what site we were in last year, so I could get the same one if I wanted. Seems it wouldn't take much to make this a bit more user friendly I do a lot of my reservations and planning during my down time at work, or waiting for an appointment when it isn't convenient to be making calls. I'd like to see the app up to the times.

I have to be on it a bit longer to give it a decent review. Navigation is easy, finding information about site including directions to KOA is easy. Only thing I didn't figure out is when I downloaded app and created the account, it didn't have my cabin information, that I had already booked. I'm not tech savvy so it was probably a mistake on my part but I really like the app and the campsite is Awesome!

The app works very well to find, make, and keep track of our KOA reservations. We've used it for a couple months, and so far it seems to be regularly updated. We've even received texts to alert us to potential travel interruptions that may affect upcoming trips. The individual campground descriptions, information, reviews, and events so far have been accurate and up to date.

Very user-friendly, allowing multiple functions at your fingertips wherever you may be, at home, or on the go from making reservations to contacting locations to finding availability and creating a total price. Plus, once you've found the perfect destination, pay directly through the app, and your KOA adventure awaits your arrival. It's safe, secure, and a package that's easy to use. All-in-one, right at your fingertips. What's there not to enjoy about the experience?

It is nice to find KOA locations and book a stay but definitely could use an update to make things easier. It is time consuming to scroll every available site option when they could add choices. We are always looking for a 30 amp full hook-up as a 1st choice at KOA locations. I would like to narrow down my options before getting to the next step on the app.

I cannot lookup my current active reservations on the app (nor on the website!). WHY?? I've planned out a 2-week roadtrip with overnight stays at most KOA campsites in which I paid a deposit and reserved. I downloaded this app to that I can check on my reservations and / or be notified if there's an issue with any of them. As it is, I'll most likely delete this app and not recommend using it...

I like this app, but it could use some more features that would help when making reservations. I am planning a road trip and with each reservation I had to enter all my information (name, address, phone number, credit card, etc) over and over each time. (I made 6 different reservation!)

It's so nice to be able to open my KOA app on my phone, find the closest koa to where im going, AND be able to make reservations right then. I especially like having the convenience of seeing the site maps to be able to pick out a site that is fitting to our needs. Sometimes we have our grandkids and we want a site close to all the action, but sometimes when my husband and i are alone, we like to be a little more out of the way. Reading the reviews and searching maps helps us to find just want.

We took a two and a half month trip and used the KOA app for at least 9⁰/0 of the time. We were able to see how far we wanted to travel and find a KOA to stay at. We reserved a space a couple days in advance and were able to get a good description of the park. We also found and counted on the parks to be nice and have the hook-ups we needed. The staff at all the KOAs we stayed at were helpful and polite. I will always look for a KOA to stay at for future RV trips.

Its easy to find and book campgrounds. The only complaint would be that it does not automatically fill in your member number when booking. I have to write down my member number and that book my stay and fill it in manually.

Easy to navigate. You can search for campgrounds by looking at the map or by searching towns and states. Update: 12/2825. Now when I go on the app, it tells me it's updating my location, even after getting out of the app. The only way to get it to stop, is to go yo my settings and do a force stop on the KOA app.

I like the apps , its helpful and easy to put my reservation. its also mapped out where KOA is located where im traveling. I can read the reviews in all the KOA .

I have taken many road trips and stayed at KOA camps along the way. very convenient and everyone's very helpful and nice. Planning my next road trip now and of course staying at KOA!

Great app, let's you find campgrounds, reserve sites, and see details. easy to use with relevant information.

The KOA app is a blessing when you don't have a planned campground stay. The information for the various campgrounds is thorough, and often the amenities are more than expected.

Great app but I keep getting an annoying notification saying my app is being updated. Uninstalled/reinstalled and still get daily notifications. Have used it for dozens of reservations. Failed to fully book one stay recently and had to start over. Not sure what's up.

If it is functional, it's super useful. Really great to find and book stuff, even with low data. KOA is amazing, this app is functional enough to get what you need. The instant navigation in maps is really helpful. The reviews and details about the campgrounds is very quick to find. This makes the decision process much easier even on the road between stays.

I like this app. It's very useful in some regards. I'm not sure if it's situational or the way it's developed. but sometimes it's hard to find KOA's, the Search tool doesn't always work well. It would be nice if it would have a search radius that you could put in or select such as within 50 mi, within 100 mi, within 20 mi, etc. I also wish it had an option to search for KOA's that are open. we travel in the late fall to early spring and sometimes it takes numerous searches to find open ones

This app allows me to find and reserve camping spots across Canada and the USA. My go-to app when I'm on the road or planning a trip from home. I like KOA's and I trust that when they say the campground has a feature, that feature is present. Reliable, accurate, and efficient.
