I have been using KOHO since 2017 and it never did me wrong. The app got easier and got more features as the years went by. Easy to spend money, control it and save it in the process. I reached out to the customer service a couple of years ago and the lady was super helpful. (Edit) However, they've recently cut some of the features that made koho so great, specifically the way you could save money basically pushing you towards the subscription standards, which is a real shame.

Easy to use app, fantastic customer support and super fast credit building! Not a fan of the new look.. Too bold and aggressive. As a long time client, witnessing all the changes over the years, I would prefer to have the freedom to choose the colour and style of my app, especially if the application will continue to see big alterations in regards to the layout. Will continue my business with Koho as they continue to provide excellent services.

it's genuinely the worst banking app I've ever used in my life. features simply don't work as their supposed to. the save up with wvery purchase can be adjusted to round your purchase up by one or 2 dollars, you can turn it on and it simply just won't do it. the goal save up feature changes the settings on a whim and hallucinates dates that it then forces you to try to stick to. the app doesn't show the left over balance after ever transaction, which is a little shady and not transparent at all

koho is the best banking experience I've ever had... they treat you like a person regardless of your credit rating. there cash back really adds up, I eventually qualified for $250 cover great for that day before payday expenses and now they have a pay later feature that you can split up payments into 3. I absolutely love this bank!

I genuinely LOVE using my koho account. the credit building feature has been amazing-my credit has improved so much, I get interest on most purchases, I can set up goals to help save or lock money in my vault so its out of sight out of mind. and when I did have an issue I was contacted by a rep less than 24 hours later and it was resolved. I have recommended koho to multiple family members and they agree its fantastic! couldnt say enough good things about koho. I wish I found it sooner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

500 is not enough to describe how happy I have been with koho. Short form. Easy to use. Customer service very nice and very helpful and understanding. Gave someone like me with not great credit a chance when no one else does. Love the building credit part and being able to see my score and such. Love the cashback from tons of different stores. The goals, and vault are easy to use and a good inspiring part to play for confidence. Love koho, so glad I have it now. Thank you guys, much appreciated

Have been with KOHO for a while now and I recently had a payment come out of my account, when I filed a claim it took them just 1 day to resolve the issue and I was reimbursed! they are super fast and considerate and their monthly plans have some great options for anyone's needs.

1:Easy and Fast Transactions 2:Very Useful For Online or to use it daily if you don't trust the places you shop 3: Poor service when it comes to customer service unless you pay for a full package service 4:Confusing when it comes to referrals the credit may not be applied which it happened i two separate cases. 5: overall its a useful service as long as you pay monthly full package.

Great app. sign up was super easy and got set up with a virtual card that worked right away while they sent me a physical card. The only 2 issues i had were solved on the same day i had the issues with little effort at all. The support team is friendly and supportive. Would recommend

one star for "customer service". you have to pay for a bigger subscription if you want to be able to speak to someone on the phone. if a customer service rep does a bad job, they leave the chat open so you cant get help from anyone else. there is NO phone number you can call for help if this happens. you can email support, but so far, no luck. 2 of their credit subscriptions are the same. be careful

Unless you want to not have access to your money for a period of time and not able to get in touch with anyone unless your calling from the number you have registered on your account don't bother. I had a emt sent then realized I had no access to my money and still don't. They take your original email over then you have to make a new one for your original bank acct. so back to my emt I told them I no longer wanted to continue please send my money back so now they are saying they can't send my mo

very good company to use to repair your credit, minimal to zero interests and accounts are free. full access accounts are cheap. on line use card and a physical card makes this super easy to use this account as a full time account. cash back on purchases is a bonus. the only thing is that depositing cash into your account is not possible, but I've yet to look into it so it may be possible. either way, absolutely impressed with KOHO and recommend it to everyone credit issues or not.

I received the Koho cc a while ago, was using it until I was scammed . I reported to customer service, but the process I had to go through to "prove" it that I never received a refund. I changed my card and the same people who robbed me did it again, I locked my account, but they were still able to make transactions. so I haven't been using the card because I technically owe a $300 overdraft and have only put small amounts. due to it being taken by scammers. I lost $1,000 or more.

My experience is absolutely awful. I can't connect my card and yet somehow they automatically took out my money that I NEED today. And customer service? Forget it. Either pay money to be a part of it or you don't get ahold of them at all. All you get is an AI thing that doesn't even come close to answering your questions! Over 500 dollars they have there, and I am barely getting by. I can't make e-transfers because they can't connect my damn bank!!!!!!!!

I've been using KOHO for years, since it was super early release. It was so helpful when I couldn't qualify for a credit card and urgently needed to build my credit, and it's still consistently done that. The support team is always amazing and knowledgeable and it's always easy to find what I need to within the app.

I have been using Koho for 4+ years now and have always loved the app. However, it is getting far too cluttered. There are way too many prompts for new features and upsells to the subscriptions. Simple features like moving money to my joint account and vault are being buried. I love a lot of the new features but the app feels so cluttered.

Nothing but positive feed back about this bank, an the app itself. With the exception of wishing I could have a greater credit amount, overdraft amount and that it could benefit a lot more if they offered mobile cheque cashing. Other then that I give 3 thumbs up! deffinately recommend this banking alternative!

I don't know what the hell has been going on with this app, but I'm having trouble login in my account for some goddamn reason. As soon as I'm done with the 2-step verification part, I instantly get redirected to the app menu, as I've never logged in and went through the 2-step verification part right after. Can you guys please find a way to fix this? I can now only access my account through the desktop app. Thx

Be careful. They charge a 50% fee on every transaction. For example, if you make a $100 transaction, they charge an additional $50. I only discovered this too late. Over the past three months, they took about $800 from my account in fees alone. For overdrafts, they charge $250, which is effectively a 100% fee. This practice is illegal.

Update: KOHO I CAN'T EVEN LOG IN NOW. What is wrong with this app? Original Review: I realised why I stopped using koho a few years ago when I decided to give it another try recently. The entire app is just upgrade marketing. It reminds me of temu and aliexpress shopping apps. And that's not a compliment. 4 out of every 5 buttons just point me to optional pay to play features. I've spent 10 minutes just trying to figure out where to pay my CC balance.
