The app doesn't load. Also, had trouble using multiple methods of payment trying to buy a bag during the month of July. I tried SEVERAL times with a customer service rep, and nothing worked. I ended up losing my $50 bday reward bc it expired. Still cannot get on the app or buy on website. It's not my cards. They work just fine. Crazy!
Have tried to purchase items through app and things I choose will not go into chart. I keep getting error msgs. Not sure what they have going on with their app. Very disappointing. Just trying to purchase some items...not the first time this has happened. This app is hit or miss. Unfortunately it's been miss more than hit lately.
Trying to shop on the app is unintuitive and buggy. The screen just goes blank (almost like it was loading but just never got there). When browsing the Pre-Loved items there is no going back to the search results when you choose to view an item. The back button just boots you back to the home page! I keep getting pop-ups about cookies and signing up for Kors VIP - in the app that you can't access without being signed in to Kors VIP. Terrible experience.
There is a malfunction in the app that changes any chosen shoe size to instead be size 10. I chose a pair of shoes in 5.5 for my rehearsal dinner, but they just arrived two days before the dinner in size 10. When I tried to add the shoes to my cart again in the app to see if size 5.5 was still available, I discovered the malfunction. I waited for a customer service chat only to be kicked out after waiting for half an hour.
I'm long time customer service management. Store wouldn't place/ declined order. Company said it was my bank. Bank said "you have funds...I can verify, wasn't us." Called Kors again. Explained that I was trying to purchase online for cash back ($110), I had tried to purchase 5 times, my last attempt went through but 1 day later canceled. Did not compensate, apologize, or offer upgrade shipping($20). I doubt I'll buy these gifts again. Wrote customer service before items shipped, no response.
At first, the app was great. But after a few weeks, it just stopped working altogether. I'd uninstall and reinstall, but that would only work for a day or two at most. Very disappointing. I so enjoy shopping Michael Kors, but this apps is not as enjoyable. I reverted back to "Online" and "In-person" shopping.
I like how there's so many styles and colors to choose from, superior quality and priced reasonably. I ordered 6 bags this month and maybe i'll add more. I am enjoying the sale! It's great to give as a gift for family ans friends! No issues with the app and the shipping is fast and items are well packaged. No name of michael kors in the box which is great for safety purposes!
would rate no stars- but had to give it something. app has become more irritating. app gets stuck as soon as u open it and can't do anything. so much more convenient to shop through an app vs the actual website. thats one way for MK not to get any of my money for sure. worst app ever!!
First off let me say how much I love Michael Kors handbags and shoes, Lord how I love the shoes. irate the app currently 4.5. I too have experienced some of the stalling and freezing when opening the app but closing and restarting the app usually fixes it. I love how the app has exposed me to more products and I now proudly own 2 dresses, leggings, 5 pairs of shoes, 3 bags, 1 wallet and am searching for the perfect jean to go on sale. It logs VIP points, and my birthday is coming up 😏
The app never let's me log in, saying an error occurred. Also when I am able to log in & get notifications of sales and click on them the app has logged me out, thus losing access to get to the deals. I keep uninstalling & reinstalling in hopes it'll work right but now I'm uninstalling it permanently.
Horrible experience using the app! It wouldn't take my card as a payment when I've used it before for several items. I called customer service, and their explanation to me was that sometimes the app doesn't work properly and need to use the website. I explained I don't use the website and only use the app to which agent said he'd be happy to place the order for me but when I told him the items I wanted to buy the agent couldn't figure out to find a simple wallet or a pair of boots! Useless!
I've been using the KORSVIP app for a long time until I reinstalled it today. The app never loaded past MK standing! I waited for it to load, but it never did. The app is highly preferred over going to the website! Can y'all fix it, please? I'm starting to shop for Christmas presents, but I am dismayed by the app's inability to load fully. It sucks!
I have not been able to get this horrible app to work. I created two accounts an it has locked me out of both! I have wrote customer all the do is send reset. It will not reset an will not take any security questions. The security questions say wrong or i don't have any. I can not make purchases get in my account and customer service is horrible an keeps ignoring all emails an chats that I set hours waiting for help! I can't even get logged in on your website! This horrible makes never buy a Mk
Terrible app, I'm trying to order from 2 days . Only option is invalid. I don't know what is invalid. Same information everything is the same then what is invalid. If your stuff is in you cart there is no option for 'save for later' they are not show you your stuff is 'sold out' . Pathetic app.
The items in the outlet don't always appear in the app. It's difficult to find specific items without looking in a specific category which is frustrating. Overall the apps appearance is great. Would be more helpful to find all items that are currently in season being sold.
I haven't been able to get on this app in months! Once the app is opened, there is a picture of Michael Kors, and well, that's all you get. You literally can't do anything else, but look at that picture. Can't get into account or shop!
You cannot change your password from the app if you forget. The filter should have an in-stock option. Very annoying to filter for size and see an item you want only to find your size is sold out. Very good sale prices.
There's clearly something wrong with the app.It has not been fully loading lately.I have even gone as far as uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still won't load past Michael standing in the street.Hope this can be resolved quickly as I use it for a lot of my orders.
Everytime I click on the app it only show Michael Kors and don't go no further. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and it is still doing the same thing. Please can someone look into this problem and see about fixing it.
just download this app on my moto razr and nothing, just of MK standing there in the street, can't get past that at all! not sure if it's because I have an android but still shouldn't be an issue i would have thought! I'm absolutely very disappointed I shopped online and was trying this app to make it easier...well needless to say this has not made anything easier unless I wanted to look at MK all day then I'm golden but I didn't have plans on that either so this app is absolutely a bust👎
