Poor linking between pages, eg I want to buy multiple vouchers. Sometimes I'm only allowed to buy one at a time, and then I'm forced to go back all the way to search, to find the merchant again, to buy another voucher, and so on. Why not program it so that I can go directly back to the merchant simply by clicking on the merchant's name? Even better, why not always allow multiple vouchers to be purchased at one go? Substandard programming, unworthy of the great SIA brand.
love the perks. the UI looks great but the UX still requires some work. can consider seeing the items in a grid form rather than list.

Great value and the best bang for buck when it comes to airline partner deals and it's not even close. Similar to Cashback programs really but you're able to convert miles at a 1 to 1 ratio to cents making it easy to know how much they're worth.
should have option to filter items delivered to countries. as only few items delivered to Australia

Tried booking a hotel on krisflyer vrooms. The booking failed and my miles were deducted, and my miles balance is now zero. And they say it takes 6-8 weeks to refund. Insane!
I ordered the iPhone 17 on 19 Sep as the platform indicated that delivery will be within 10 days. Up till now, there is no update and only when I called the customer service was I told that they will deliver from 13 Oct onwards. I requested to cancel the order but was also told that it is not possible. Truly appalled by the bad service! This is the first and the last time I will be shopping online with Kris+.
don't buy vouchers from Kris+ point...the aggregate app they don't work, I bought a voucher for Ryde and I couldn't add the credit... basically money wasted, try to contact Kris+ bloody helpless.... Never again
krisshop is SUPER laggy. im having 5g connection but everything from search to adding to bag is a pain. i had to restart the app 3 times
seems like the app only load on data, not WiFi.. but app and usage is easy to function
Unable to access the app at all because the error message about the lack of internet connection keeps popping up. The developers ought to sort this out asap to avoid losing more users. There's no point sending us mailers about special promos and deals when we can't even open the app. This only heightens the sense of frustrations. Update on 29 Aug 2022: There's still no change. I'm unable to use the app to do anything as it keeps telling me there is no internet connection.
Quite a pain to use, especially when accessing "Reserve a Table". The page kept giving me "Your session has expired" error and required me to re-open the app. Especially frustrating when needed to show the reservation at the restaurant. Probably the first and last time I'll use the app - going through Chope is much easier.
Very bad experience. The apps was working fine until latest update and unable to login. No problem to login thru online. Yet, they request to send passport thru unsecured email for verification in order to check the case. Otherwise, they refuse to check the mobile app issue. Hope there can be improvement to the customer service.
Please give some insight on why some bank cards suddenly are unable to be used for in-app payment through Google Pay/Wallet. Eg. Use to be able to make payment using the same brand bank card multiple times, yet recently the option to make payment using the same bank card is being grey out. Only a card with MC logo can be selected while the VISA logo card is grey out.
Overall, it was a great shopping experience. There is a lot more retail and F&B compared to previously. Except that the interface is a bit slow. For example, allowing users to scroll the items continuously without going page by page or hv option of showing xxx items per page.
Useless app that doesn't sync. SIA sent a couponmania game contest that requires users to sign up and sync with their Kris+ app, but the game doesn't sync with the app at all, so you end up losing alot of gift boxes and chances to win the bigger prizes. It also keeps having a split second pop up saying my internet has issues when I'm on 4g/WiFi network. I will be uninstalling since it doesn't work like it's supposed to. Very disappointing user experience from SIA.
The Kris+ app is a complete letdown. Despite showing participating retailers, there's no guarantee they're actually part of the program. I missed out on miles because a listed retailer didn’t display a QR code, and SIA’s response was essentially, "It’s not our problem; verify with the retailer before paying." This defeats the purpose of the app entirely. Terrible user experience and even worse customer support.
It was great till gpay got disconnected and the team has no updates for close to 2 months. All I got from them was a templated reply. Till this day, it is still unable to connect to gpay. Truly disappointing. I found myself not using the app anymore thanks to this.
overall easy to navigate love the cols theme. a lot to be done on the kris shop. when click back after tapping in to view, it brought me back to the top of the page and not at where I view the last item. I need to scroll down again... It says having anniversary sale up to 70% there aren't any filter to select to view those on sale only. the only filter is by brands.. Suggestion, please check out other online shopping app and you will understand what I meant.. not shopper friendly
