Impossible to order specialty or seasonal doughnuts. Always says Out of Stock. Now can't even add the order to cart. Just spins. Like someone else said, when you order ahead for pick up, they just wait until you get there to fill the order. No. The point was for me to grab the order and leave. I ordered ahead specifically so it would be ready when I arrived. Krispy Kreme hasn't responded to any reviews in years. Guess they don't care, which is evident with the poor app UX.
The app is terrible. Last month I tried to get a $7 dozen deal on my fiance's account and we changed the password but the code was like stuck on that page and wouldn't submit it. Now yesterday we went to redeem a different deal at the store but when we clicked on "scan in store" it didn't do anything. It was again stuck on that page and wouldn't show the barcode. So I downloaded the app on my phone and tried to login but it just said "Uh oh". I had the correct login info too but it wouldn't work
Can't login, says credentials are wrong. They are definitely correct. Tried to make new accounts, thinking maybe it got deleted. Can't do that because the phone number is already in use. Go to support, there is no option for "our business is moronic and locks accounts to phone numbers" (you have to drill down through categories and it's asinine). I guess you're not getting my business, then.
difficult to apply deals on this app. had a sale for "Buy a dozen, get a dozen for $1". tried ordering 2 dozen and the price stayed the same even when I put in code. Selected regular dozen and promo dozen, and price still stayed the same. I then selected logo dozen by itself and it was a dollar more so I assumed I did it right. when it got delivered it was still only a dozen. app needs to be easier to maneuver
The seasonal donuts are NEVER on the app when they are at the location when I get there. It's hard to find an order once you've placed it. it's so buggy and the deals rarely work. and unfortunately, Dunkin just has a much easier to use and more rewarding points system. don't use the app. if you'd rather know what your options are, order from any other donut store app.
what a terrible app! it's super slow, coupons are very difficult to use, and it straight up was not letting me place a delivery order. I tried literally 15 times and every single time it didn't save my card info and I had to re enter my card every single time. after all that it still wouldn't process my order saying it was unable to add to merchant basket, whatever that means. all my info was correct. Devs, fix this!!!!
Donuts are delicious. Enjoy going to our stores here in Pensacola FA. The app is another thing. When it works it's wonderful, but 50% of the time it does NOT work! Won't accept my current password and it won't allow me to reset my password, so I can get in the app and earn rewards. It's really a big problem! The app is very easy to use - when I can get in it!!
Useless since update! I've had this app for atleast 10 years and never an issue. However, with the recent update (I updated 8/31/24), I tried to place an order and it told me there was an error with my gift card. It showed the amount, so it definitely recognized it. So I deleted the gift card and was trying to pay with credit card and still had problems. After my purchase in store, I had to log my "missed" transaction and getting another error message. So basically it is useless now.
I have had this app for at least two years now, and I haven't had this many issues since its last update. I have been trying to reach out to app support.... crickets. I also have been trying to use my birthday rewards for several weeks....donut just swirls around and around. I signed into the app from my email to access my birthday rewards and to order a drink. I go to check out and the cart disappeared. I was able to get it back but I couldn't remove the items from the cart. Now points missing
I have had this app for quite awhile now and have been a member for close to a year, if not longer. Since this last update, I cannot log back in and when employees put my number in the system, it says "customer not found". This is really upsetting, as I had rewards points saved and ready to use. Not to mention, I found out that it wasn't working while in the drive thru, prepared to use my points on my purchase. Please fix!
If you used Facebook to create your account, good luck accessing it. Save for a short period of time, I haven't been able to log in because of some "app unavailable" error that has persisted for literally years. Don't bother trying to contact customer support via the website, either -- while they have a process specifically about FB log in, they make you choose a store to send the feedback to, which makes absolutely no sense and cannot be skipped.
Possibly the most glitchy app I still have installed on my phone. I haven't been able to login to my KK app for over a year, maybe more than two years! YES! that means NO rewards for the thousands of dollars I have spent on orders for my company as well as personal. Last time I was able to login, I had a free dozen waiting to be redeemed. Never did get that dozen either. Customer Service/Support is pretty much as bad as it gets.
Shockingly bad. I received an email with a free delivery offer, and proceeded to spend the next 30 minutes trying to order doughnuts. My experience: found out the app only accepts 1 gift card at a time, crashes when you try to place an order, immediately forgets your credit card if you select to use it once and the app crashes, AND doesn't accurately reflect what's going on in the store because items can sell out during the laborious ordering process. Too bad I'm not buying Doughnuts today.
It does not always work. The app either signs you out, your password stops working, or it doesn't allow you to reset your password. How can I track my points and view my rewards?🤷♀️ I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app multiple times throughout the years to keep track of my points. Recently my points just disappeared. If you are not going to use it daily, if it works, just use your telephone number in the store, otherwise delete the app and free up space on your phone. 🌈😊
It's. A. Disaster. Don't ignore the 1-star reviews; you can't rate any lower! Rewards don't load to the app correctly. I had a question/issue and the "Need Help" link guides you to their phone number. Initial message was it was about a 4-minute wait. After being on hold for 13 minutes it's then a 10 minute wait. Waited unsuccessfully for 16 minutes then opted to receive an SMS message which would arrive soon. That was over 7 hours ago! I'm forfeiting my rewards and now will buy other brands.
I tried sending an email and it wouldn't go through. I have been trying to log in for two weeks. It keeps saying error and not letting me log in. I would like to get back on the app. When is this going to be fixed? The app has been very frustrating. Update: 7/26/25 I got in and now I can't log in again! This app sucks. I just want to be able to order my donuts.
Nearly every time I use this app, one issue or another happens. I made an order last evening for pick up today. I wanted to check it in the app today to see if there's any kind of confirmation it was successfully completed. I go to the "Recent Orders" section only to have a window pop up that it's unable to get customer recent orders. I hope all's well with my order. Wish I could tell before I head that way! Please fix your consistently buggy app, KK!
I went to order donuts in Raleigh on 8/25/25, and I attempted to sign in. I tried to reset my password 5 times. once I put in the verification code, it just got stuck on that page. I did it again today, and it does the same thing. how can you offer deals that you can only use through the app, but it doesn't work. I won't be going back until the app is updated. I see there have been problems for months after reading the reviews.
Created account a week ago, wouldn't work to add points upon purchase. Tell me to take the receipt, add points a few hours after purchase. I try to log in to add points, says, address already in use. Duh! For me, that's why I'm trying to use it to log in! I tried: close out-reopen, uninstall-reinstall, power off phone-power back on, every variation of the steps. Can't log back in. Next day, logged in. Error in adding points, try again later. If problem persist contact customer service-by mail.
After updating the app, I was logged out of the app. When I tried signing back in, the app did not recognize my log in info. I had to make a new account, thus losing 2/12 progress toward a free dozen. I have since purchased 3 dozen doughnuts that do NOT show up in my progress. I still have 0/12 for all items. I'm frustrated because I lost all progress before the update and I still have not gotten credit for the donuts I have recently bought. Please help!
