1. My ads never get any views so I thought it was something wrong with the way I was listing things. I got fed up with it so checked it on my husbands account and on mine it says the listings are "active", I could NOT find any of my current 3 listings on my husbands account. I am sure it's because they want you to pay to post your listing to get any views. 2. I haven't gotten a message on there in 4 months but everytime I do the people have ALWAYS flaked. Even for free stuff!

Easy to sell items. Customer service was extremely helpful without a wait when I had trouble verifying my account. However, the chat feature needs work. I will sometimes see a message on my notifications bar, but the message will not be in the chat feature of the app (or will be delayed in getting there), and it's not uncommon for messages to not go through at all.

Freezes constantly on app launch on android. SOMETIMES clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling will fix it for a couple days but it always starts crashing again. I have access to six different android devices of various brands and ages. Happens on every one of them. Perhaps KSL thinks that 40-45% of their mobile users aren't a significant enough portion to bother with?

Slower than dial up. Constantly says there is an error. Shows more than options I have selected in my saved searches. I have made sure the app is up to date. I've logged out and back in with no change in results. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled. KSL Classifieds used to be awesome.

Website is better, bad UX. The only reason I installed the app is because some people can only be contacted through the app. Smart people put their phone number on their listing so they can be contacted, which is far more efficient, responsive, and quick. When browsing listings in the app, I can't open multiple ones in new windows to compare them, like I can with the website. When I post a listing, it bypasses the CapsLock feature of my device's keyboard. No other Android app does that.

There's still issues with scammers posting pets and items for sale. I have been having a tough time selling through this app because no one knows if you're also a scammer, or an honest person. I've gotten less scammers trying to "purchase" from me though. So this app is improving. But my ads get buried, so they don't get exposed much either. It's really hit and miss.

Lots of useful items and an overall positive experience. I took one star off because lots of people have asked for an address then just... Never responded or visited to pick up the items. If there was a way to reliably check ratings of sellers and buyers rather than just "having faith" in other people, that would save a lot of time and headache. I'm not sure if it's easier to view seller and buyer ratings on a webpage, but the app doesn't have much along those lines.

Cheap lowballers! 50% off is barely good enough for New In Box. Every few years I get so frustrated with this I get on here to rant. 50% of the time I can't access KSL Classifieds. It times out or just stops. Today, I missed another big classified item because the app wouldn't send a message and would just freeze. Once it opened, it would not send messages. After I got home 45 minutes later and opened the ad on my desktop the item was sold. The app has always been terribly unreliable and slow.

Rarely opens the first time. I've worked with customer support a couple of different times with only brief success. I've tried just about all the self-troubleshooting steps with little-to-no success. It sometimes opens up if I open it through Google Play Store, but thats about it. it just sits there on the blue screen with the black circular logo in the middle. I can occasionally open it through the website (after I sign in), but once the page refreshes the app starts glitching.

App is pretty good... when it works. When I first got this app it worked great and was quicker than using the site. Now half the time (or less) it works the other half of the time the app decides it can't connect to the ksl server and I don't get to see any listings or can't click on the ones I can see. Really could use some optimization. It gets really annoying.

Update: This app has so many bugs and always has. It gives error messages all the time, even even the app isn't running. Desktop version it is I guess... Update: I was able to post my car listing, 2005 Mustang, after 4 days. The support team took a day to respond, but once they did they were helpful. Used to be a great app, I've bought and sold many cars and things on KSL classifieds. They keep updating it and it keeps going downhill. Stop updating!!

For the most part this app is easy to use and if you are basically giving something away, it goes really well. Regarding animals, I have a stud dog listing that they won't let me renew after 2 months. They charge $15 to help avoid scams, but they make me recreate the entire listing to keep posting my stud. They don't seem to understand that a stud is not something that sells within 4 weeks. I need to leave my ad up for months in order to find those interested in breeding him with their dogs.

The app needs alot of work but has potential. They made it so you could get notified when someone posts something that specifically want, but I don't receive a notification until like 2 hours after it's been posted. You can have saved searches and a home page, but it's constantly erroring out and sometimes doesn't even show the correct category under my saved preferences. Would give it 1 star, but it does have a few good things about it.

Cannot get the app to load on my Samsung s23+. Cleared cache, cleared data, force stopped, logged out of my account, un-installed and reinstalled countless times, power off power on too many times to count. Un-installed recently installed apps to confirm no conflict. Support team said try without wifi (no change) . Simply will not launch. PERIOD

No way to turn off saved search notifications. I contacted support, and now I get notification by email as well! I was shown a screenshot that showed a Saved Searches option under the MY Account page. That would be an excellent start. But so far, no update like that appearing in Google app store. Whoever designed the current version should be fired!

It's very easy to work with and to sell items. The only thing I dont like about the classifieds are the several annoying numbers/scammers that ask if they can send you a 6 digit code to make sure you're not a fake. Its ridiculously annoying!For those who dont know, DO NOT reply with the same 6 digit code. if you do send the code back to them, they instantly gain remote access to your device/accounts.which they can retrieve your personal info like bank account info, social security number, etc.

I've only had the listing posted for about a week but I've had many views but no messages... I've got the same ad posted on another site and I'm getting messages from people regarding that ad. Also the verification process is absolute trash. My account still isn't verified because I don't match exactly what my ID photo looks like...

It used to run great until they started charging for the ad. I'm selling my puppies and uploading my video, but the video does not work, and it's been almost a month since they have been unable this issue. My ad runs without video, and they cannot fix the problem and they will not refund the money that I paid. if you Ifnnot fix problems you sh,ould not charge people posting ad. Do adsat for free and no one will complain but when you're charging you have to be responsible for the ad working 100%

I like the way everything is organized. Texting is much easier than emailing. I've sold several items over the years and it seems like it has a wide audience. I will continue to list things. I have had a little trouble with pictures at times- not able to set main picture- my secondary ones keep popping up. Or I have viewed the ad before listing, and it would show pictures, but later when I checked it, there would be no pictures. Not sure if it is the site or my phone signal.

This app is well organized and easy to use but it times out constantly. I don't know if it's a bandwidth issue or what but it always struggles to load regardless of the device or network I use. It constantly pops up a message that says "error timeout" and then it boots me out of my search. I really enjoy the app otherwise. I just have to constantly reload searches
