They don't remove girls or people who spread nudity, who bully non filipino. They don't give the jackpot fairly, their games are filled with their own bots and they manipulate the outcome at their own wish. The app has so many glitches tapping on royal summon twice crashes the app. It's heavily female dominating app where guys rarely get value unless they are rich or filipino or already famous. A user can join agency but can't leave it at his own wish. Agency don't release they keep you hostile

This app is really annoying...no originality, they always think how to income, the designs are not good, can you return the original style of kumu?? Can you change the color of your logo ..it must be color green... remove the guests, its also boring already....remove also the names in the streams who are playing ..not interesting.

I would like to commend the Kumu Coins Team for the excellent service provided. I've experienced a glitch while purchasing coins in the App from which the purchased coins have not been credited to my wallet. I've raised a ticket through the app and after few minutes, the Team reached out to me and provided me detailed instructions. Even if they mentioned that it will take max 24hrs to resolve the issue, they have been able to resolve and verify the claim within an hour. Thanks Team!!! ❤️

Mandatory Update? And there is no caption editing in posts and everytime I share my post through copying the link is that, the link don't work, it always flash the "The feed does not exists anymore" something like that. Also, sometimes when I finish a mission, it won't let you claim the so called prize and it takes nth time to process...

Awesome app you can meet friends local and international.. it helps you a lot to build your personality, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.. you well discover more about yourself too on how you interact with other people.. you can do live streaming with friends and have games ,do some tutorials etc. And audio streaming wherein. You can talked to 8 people at the same time.

I had a lot of fun and never any problems but today I have purchased coins but did not receive them! This is totally unacceptable for an app that offers in-app purchases! I hope I will get a refund or my coins ASAP. Then I will also change my rating again Update 24.10.2020: even such a bug is unacceptable, the response from the developer was very fast, professional and efficient. Please check the search button 🔍 on the explore page of the app. It is not working for a few days already. I thought it was only mine but other streamers are currently experiencing it as well. It doesn't show any recommendations when you try to search and type a certain username. When it finally shows you a dropdown selection you can't even click the name to open the profile of that particular steamer. Thank you very much. Happy Holidays!

This app does not work at all after the so-called "updates." It will open and show its usual current highest earnings and viewed host. After that it will show the home page and looks as though everything thing is fine. Finally it crashes. Without even clicking on anything or doing anything, upon opening, it crashes roughly three to five seconds immediately upon opening. Before this, the app would crash randomly, BUT IT WORKED. NOW IT IS COMPLETELY BROKEN WITH CURRENT UPDATE.

I've been using this kumu app for about 5 months, it was very fun and enjoyable, it also help to have a lot of friends, it also help me to become more confident when it comes to showing your talent. Great customer service! I had trouble logging back to my first account. Apparently, i did not read the policy of only 1 account per device. My bad. Anyway, when I emailed them about my concern, they were very fast to respond. Tbh, we had a thread of emails, with them replying in under mins (mostly even under 5). Great job, guys!

I've been using the Kumu app for a while now and this platform is a great way for you to earn and at the same time to have an "enjoyable" experience while watching "nakakatawang clips" anywhere and anytime. Not just that, you can also play and be part of "kumunity stage" shows and other exciting game shows where you can earn and share points. One of the best thing about Kumu is that you can also be friends and get acquainted with different people through the "Facebook Kumunity" group.

Hi! Why can't I upload my video? I've been trying multiple times but whenever I click the link, it says "FEED DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE." I can see my video on my "following feed" but I cannot see the video in my profile itself. Can you plesse fix that? I really need to upload my audition video for PBB. :( thank you. It's a good app. Great for earning a bit of cash. I do miss the old Kumu when they didn't have the campaigns. It feels like people just stream to win the campaign prizes and influencers are creeping in. Also, please start your gameshows ON TIME. Your hosts say a lot of things before jumping into the quiz show. It's better if it's direct to the point. Also, the app gets buggy from time to time. Please work on the issue where players are booted out despite clicking on the correct answers.

In-App Cashing out isn't working and I reached out to both support and cashout team to just bounce me back and forth instead of taking care of the issue, which is converting my dias into cash. They've done it manually before but now they won't. update* audio stops working everytime I leave the app and come back. I have to restart my phone to get the audio back. I'm not the only one experiencing this. How do you enjoy a content when you can't hear?

Honestly at first it was fun and exciting. Super easy to use and user friendly but after the update I got shocked I can't open my account which is connected to facebook. Lastly when I contacted the zendesk it's just me or I find it rude chatting to that cold chatter with an "FYI" so on and more. can be at least nicer for I am asking talking with respect. even added po and tried to clarify things because it wasn't like the way it was before wish it could have done and solve better.

My Kwentong Kumunity Team is amazing. Using Kumu gave a lot of fun things for me to do. If im bored i can go live on my own and share my emotions, I can also play with different people through bulsahan" and other games which is fun and a little bit crazy. There are so many activities that can be done inside the app, you just have to give your best. It is also amazing that we have this kind of platforms which helps us through the day! Please bring back the position of join call in audio stream, you've changed it into hand and that's the main cause of bug in the stream. Some user are using Automatic clicker to cheat in games.. and it's so annoying. Some streamer and gifters are forced to stop because of that.. Some changes are good but not this one.
