With the amount of glitches, and long wait times for the "App" to respond, I find it hard to use most times. Out spending 10 minutes each time waiting for it to work properly, I concede and just offer my credit card. The latest problem is that my old card expired, and the "remove card" function simply loads forever to no avail. Rendering the app utterly useless! You would think for the amount of "bilked" meter money, you'd have a working tool! Passport app is MUCH easier!
This is the worst parking app I've used. I was standing in front of the parking meter trying to type in the zone and number, and nothing ever came up. Next I was standing in the parking zone on the map, and there was never an option to pay. It only offered directions. Don't bother downloading this app until they fix it. If there was an option for zero stars, this would earn it.
It's nice to be able to pay the murderously extortionate rates from afar, and the parking space availability map has promise. However, do not trust the map now. It appears to give info based on whether a meter is active, not if there is a car in the spot. *Easily* 80% of meters are expired. So the app will report that there are 4 slots open with 5 slots total, but those 4 are usually just expired meters. I don't know if LB has parking enforcement, but there is gold up on that there beach.
Terrible app. Took a week and dozens of attempts before account was set up. Then for each zone it only shows the % availability of parking, not where the spaces are. Worst of all, if you click on the "Directions" icon which you might expect would tell you how to get to available parking, it opens an Uber app!!!! Don't waste your time!
I parked and paid with my card for 6 hours of parking. Downloaded the app and took down the meter number to add more time later if I decided to stay longer. Tried to do so... and it was complicated af. Cool app/idea but it needs some improvement in ease of access. I also didn't have my license plate number either at the time which made it difficult as well.
My experience is based on 2 times use of the app, but both times it worked well. The first time I booked parking. the second time I did a booking and extended it. No issues. The second time I saw a parking validate person was checking our car, so I assume the app does its job.
Normally okay - but the recent update broke the receipt functionality. I often use it for my parking reimbursement forms, but now it will only display a receipt for the first time you paid on a day AND prices are no longer displayed on the sessions screen. I can see the transactions on my card, so to see several paid sessions missing from the app history makes me nervous. The app was taking my money, but was I actually safe from getting a ticket. And I need receipts? I won't trust it anymore.
Completely unusable. Google login fails with a mysterious error. New account email validation never shows up (no, it's not in spam; password reset email shows up instantly but is useless). Waste of time and an embarrassment. The developers should not get paid for this garbage. (I'm a software developer myself.)
I'd say its a nice option for those who use it regularly. I like the idea that it shows you how much time you have left, but near the end it said I was out of time even though I had 15 minutes left also it let's you pay for the same spot twice to cover the same time. It needs to let you click on your current session to add time, and it should give a notification when you have 5 minutes left so you could add more time or get back to your car.
The first time I paid for parking through the App, the payment went through but the App said that it failed. Fortunately I got a confirmation email before trying again. The App didn't show that parking session at all. The following time I purchased an hour (1h 0m), and I got only 52 minutes. That was funny.

Awful...and a complete rip-off! Used at a meter on Broadway in downtown Laguna Beach. Entered area & meter # per label on meter, and it charged my card, but then bounced me back to the log-in screen...even though I had already logged in. Received an e-mail showing payment received, however the meter continued to show "Expired." Tried again, same result. $7.25 total stolen from me by the City of Lagune Beach.
Worst UX experience I've ever experienced with a pay to park app. You cannot look up your spot location on the app and you cannot pay to park at all with the app. I followed the PDF instructions and it was not the user experience of the app. Additionally on the login page there was someone else's login information and password already inputted. Weird.
I installed this app to pay for parking in Laguna Beach. All was good until today when I was charged for parking even though I am tens of miles away from Laguna Beach. There is no way to contact support so, I had to block my card with my bank. Very good I linked to this app a card where I never have more than $10-$15. So, beware of this app as it seems to be a scam. I will report this to Google so they can remove this app from here and nobody else should be harmed anymore.
Yep. Complete garbage. Can't add a credit/debit card. No purpose. First card - app said both it was declined and successfully added. Couldn't pay for a meter. Second card said succcessful, then 'no card on file' when actually trying to pay. Waste of 20minutes of multiple attempts.
This is the worst app I have ever used. Spent 45 minutes trying to use it to pay. Finally gave up and went to a pay station. That was extremely hard to get it to pay also. Really need to update this. Maybe they don't so they make money off tickets instead.
This app is awful! I've tried entering my cc info several times and the screen just goes black. I have a full signal so that's not the reason and I'm using a Samsung Note Ultra 20 so it's not the phone. Please do better!!! This is ridiculous!!
Entered my location, meter number, and license plate and kept getting an error. Everything was correct, if I hadn't taken quaters our beach day would not have happened. Please correct this error.
You can't cancel your session if you accidentally select the wrong spot or don't need the entire time you originally selected. in addition if you pay on the app the meter will show it's expired which is stressful.
Accepted payment but did not update meter. Ended up paying directly into the meter. I know it's the apps issue since we tried both on Android and iOS and the service just ate the money. I also validated it was the correct spot so it's not user error.
