Sign up as a new customer was easy and worked well. Like the overall design and simplicity of the app. Also like the extra added content. App too sensitive checking for internet connection when starting, says offline when not. App times out login just as I'm about to pay in store and demands password which I don't remember and prevents me using vouchers. Dislike the use of distracting social popups on item pages saying how popular it is or how many people have it in their basket.

The app itself is fine when you open it. The main problem I encounter is when an offer is sent through an email. In such situations, the app invariably loads on an error page, and it consistently displays the message that indicates I'm not connected to the internet, even though I know I have an active Wi-Fi connection right there at home. It's quite incredibly frustrating, and this has unfortunately been the case for quite a long time now.

Downloaded this to get the tracking number for my recent order. Logged in, but was disappointed to discover that there is absolutely no info to be found regarding orders, from my Lakeland account, and just like the website, this app doesn't give me the tracking number, so there is not really any reason to have it on my phone

Every time I open this app, it tells me that I'm offline. I can clearly see that I'm online. I might as well just use the website. Totally pointless app.

Terrible, can't use it as it won't let me create a password and says account creation unsuccessful. Rung lakeland several times who promise to ring me back and don't. Lakeland you can do better than this! If I could give this app zero stars I would. I don't want to have to create another account for you then to merge the 2 accounts. I shouldn't be necessary.

No longer works. Have reset my phone. If I uninstall it I'll probably not re-install it. Its a shame as previously, it worked OK.

I can no longer use this app. The screen goes black and then it exits the app when I try to open it.

Impossible to register; impossible to use. It says you can sign on with your Lakeland card, but then you have to hand over your phone number and create a password, so that's a lie. The app tells you if both the password fields match, so you can tell if you've got them right, & it ticks off the complexity criteria as you type, but, But, BUT!… Even after taking care the passwords are complex & match, pressing 'Complete' after this does NOTHING. Absolute shambles! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

When using the App have to keep logging in. WiFi reception poor in shops so often does not work in shops. Took a while to get app set up after Lakeland prompt of my email was incorrect by them so link not sent. Pressurised by company to get app as vouchers no longer sent in post. Shopping elsewhere far more as prices in Lakeland not competitive especially when can't use vouchers in stores due to poor WiFi.

Not good - it didn't pick up my MyLakeland account from my email and there is nowhere obvious where I can tell it to link the number from my card. Pretty bad experience and useless APP for me, as I only downloaded the App so that I could have my vouchers and offers available. It treats me like an unknown customer :(

Unable to set up an account after entering by Lakeland card number/email, updating my password. So phoned customer service and checked my details and reinstalled app. Still same message if being an issue....so given up now. Wasted too much time on it.

What on earth is the point in creating an app, when every time a customer tries to connect their Lakeland card to their account they're told 'unsuccessful'. Makes the app utterly pointless to me. Fix it or lose a loyal customer!

App is incompatible with my Samsung android tablet, does not even appear in the tablet play store. All other apps are up to date and this is the only app that I have a problem with. Works on my mobile so wonder if anyone else has a problem installing it on a tablet?

Very easy to navigate and use. I need not worry about visiting a Lakeland store and forgetting my vouchers ever again, as the myLakeand vouchers are now shown in the app. Love the recipe section! Nice weekly word puzzle too.

I have been using Lakeland since 1980 when they were Lakeland Plastics and sold plastic bags. what a long way they've come since then. such a lovely company to deal with. I'm now 86 and do less cooking than I use to buy still buy useful things. Thoroughly recommend this company

Impossible to use. Its a long time since I visited the store and my original email address went when I closed my web siacd as I retired. No logical option to access the app so I'll shop elsewhere. wasting my time.

Poor experience on app. The items choosen do not show up details. Only button click that works is adding an item or removing an item. Also the is extremely slow to open.

store advised to sign up as I have a membership card. App will not create an account, even though it recognised my membership card number. Had to set up account online now have a new card number!

My Android phone will not allow the downloading of the Lakeland App. I do not know why but this faut has occured when I have been trying to download some other retailer. I regret I am unable to use the app and will continue using the phone to order

It's alright nothing great. You can't look up orders from the app. Logs out most of the time.
