Don't download this app and book "priority". I experienced many times booking for a priority delivery yet it takes 3-5 hrs before the delivery arrives. Yes, 3-5hrs. I wish I was exaggerating this but no, not at all. The drivers' common attitude in this app is all about collecting as many delivery items as they can before they go. So booking for a priority ride here is actually useless.
when you top up, there's no access for you to easily refund the money back to your bank. The process of refunding will take forever since the customer support just keeps looping information already posted in the FAQs with no proper assistance or even reference numbers to give you confidence that they're actually helping you. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
The rider picked my item at 6pm exactly, time passed and it's already 7:30pm and my Item was delivered around 7:50pm. The total distance was only 12km. The rider double book and I was left waiting for my item that I need urgently for my business. By the time it arrived I no longer need the Item and already lost a substantial amount for my business. The app is not the problem, the riders are, they have no common sense to what priority means to us. Btw I book a regular rate not the pooling rate.

Unfortunately, even with the added priority fee, riders still take hours to pick up and deliver the item. It often feels like they are still accepting other bookings, which defeats the purpose of paying for priority. If customers are paying extra for speed, the service should reflect that. Otherwise, what exactly are we paying for
It took a very long time to get a lorry driver for my furniture delivery. When I finally got one, I waited more than 40 minutes, but the driver suddenly cancelled. I had to request again, and the second driver did the same thing after a long wait. I waited from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM and still couldn’t get any driver to confirm my booking. To make things worse, when I tried to request again, the app suddenly said that my account was temporarily restricted. extremely frustrating.
My last two job orders took more than 2 hours to be completed, considering i booked regular and not even pooling, added tip beforehand and distance was not even too far. The last rider was also dishonest. Claimed he waited too long but in fact, it did not take more than 7 minutes. Brought up delayed delivery with Lalamove, their response was as long as it's not more than 6 hours, it's within their timeframe. How about that?!
I love this delivering app. The riders are always so helpful and charming, this app has helped me in many ways, like delivering some stuffs for my long distance best friend and it would always arrive safely. The riders take really good care of the stuffs 💖
The quality of the drivers are rubbish. They will put you in pooling even if your booking is priority + tip. The driver keeps on making excuses when you saw that they are not yet going to destination but rather still picking other orders. Another incident is they will tag your booking as ARRIVED at destination but he still hasn't left your area and still picking other booking. Never will I use again Lalamove.
no idea how your app gets 4.8 stars but tbh if I could ill give 0. I tried to book a rider, none to pick up the order, added priority fees, still nothing. waited for hours, still nothing. now all the money sitting in lalamove wallet but non refundable. funny thing is I went over to Grab, booked their deliveries, confirmed in less than 1 minute.
Worst experience ever..I booked a 3 ton truck via the app, entered all required data, driver was confirmed, then I received a call from the rude driver, telling me that he can't drive 20 km to do the trip (Why is he calling me?), then I had to chat with an agent via the app, as he refused to give me a call back, then he changed the driver, then the driver called asking for the items description, and he requested more money than what the app charged me for..the story didn't end here
Excellent app. But your riders are getting a bit abusive of your system. If you booked priority. They just click in the "arrive" button and then just accept another booking. What is the point of booking priority if your riders can just end the booking when they clearly hasn't arrived at the drop off point? Maybe make a little change to where your riders can't just manually end till they are near the drop off point.
Most of their riders have rude attitudes, not sure how they screen them. The "get help" section in the app is difficult to accomplish making it difficult for users to report rude riders. The app says evidence must be attached (ex. screenshots, convos) but the app only allows attachments uploaded in the google drive. Seems to me they deliberately made it difficult in the app to report/file complaints against rude riders.
I've used this app a lot of times. Saved a lot of address and even topup funds via their lalamove wallet. I got log out today. When I've logged in, all of my saved addresses are gone. My lalamove wallet is also back to zero. Lalamove stole my money. Their customer service does not even do anything to resolve my issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. Their company is a bunch of thieves.
It was a good platform but not nowadays. I have no issue with motorcycles and cars delivery, but for 4x4, van and lorry I have bad experience. Time management is very poor, they come late, MIA during goods is transporting, they tooks others order while delivering my order. Worst part is, u will not get driver after paid, u have to add on *"PRIORITY FEE *" if you want a driver to take your order, otherwise pls wait "patiently".
lalamove riders have become increasingly untrustworthy lately. even if you book priority they take multiple bookings and press the button that they have arrived to your location when they haven't yet. and a 30 minute delivery time is now taking 2-hours. The riders also have become very unresponsive. this is bad business, Lalamove. do better. I am switching to Grab Express .
Can't take my money from the wallet, there is no option to withdraw it. They told me to logout, uninstall, and re-install, but nothing happen. Try to contact them by live chat, but it's error too...
Not taking responsibility for the driver's actions. I booked a priority delivery expecting to receive the item in less than an hour but the delivery time exceeded an hour because the drivers are accepting multiple booking even if they have priority booking. Customer service is not helpful on the app and there's no other option to contact for customer service. Will never use this app again.
worst app ever.ask you to top up RM60 in order to start using the app.everytime i tried to book a delivery,ask you to top up in order to get a match,and if i dont top up(cos it is already expensive rate)they dont match a driver.end up i use grab which is cheaper and so much faster in matching.believe me,since i had RM60 in the wallet,i tried waited for 30minutes without a driver,grab gets me a driver in less than 2 minutes.now that it is useless, they dont refund the RM60,SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER
For some reason, I can't open my lalamove app. I'm always stuck at mobile phone verification since the code that was sent to me doesn't work. When I enter the code, a "The verification code was sent 1 minute ago" pops up. Please fix this.
Last time, I liked lalamove because the drivers were kind and prices were fair but now? terribly worse now drivers are also disturbing, some don't want to accept orders, book some drivers asking for toll and the app doesn't show it and prices? VERY EXPENSIVE even though it is not raining nothing is still the same wished lalamove would fix this issue.
