Lamsa - Kids Learning App

Very fun app for the kids, Nice fun and educational games and Videos in both Arabic and English!

It needs a subscription "step can't be skipped" and no trial period. How should we know if it provides a proper experience.

A scam app. 1st you pay for it every month. And the app is mediocre at best and when my kids deleted it without unsubscribe to it so it kept taking my money and I'm trying to unsubscribe but can't it do in play store and I'm also trying to login to my kids account I can't through the app . They don't answer back my emails. BUT surprisingly when I enter with our login from the chrome web to " subscriber " to we can go through with the same email account they are refusing to login . FOR SHAME

I'd suggest this app to anyone looking for a way to make child's early learning fun and amazing, I took this app for my Nephew (Age 6) in hopes of him learning things, and I am telling you this was such a right choice for me. I've never been happier seeing him actually interested in learning new things, they have like such a fun way of teaching my nephew with all of those videos, games, custom videos as per age group. Ya perfect choice for me. 100%

Thank u for ur wonderful app that deserves 5 stars unless i faced a problem that i hope u (lamsa) could help to refund. I subscribed as a monthly payment, and it mentioned that there would be a reminder before deducting fees for the next month,but unfortunately it deducted automatically before sending a message of confirmation to continue subscribing from my bank card (i don't want to renew subscription). Thank you for your understanding...

So bad app I don't recommend to anyone I already subscribed but the app was freezing so I reinstall it again. But it stupidly asking for subscription did my best to login but it asked about subscription. Contact the support they responded with automatic email tells they reply in 48 hours. Now after 4 days I don't receive any response. Soooo bad.

My kids love Lamsa! I am so thankful there is such an app of very high quality and proper classical Arabic pronunciation and content, with lovely cartoons and interactive games all in one place. I cannot recommend the app if you are looking to teach and improve your kids' Arabic language.

It stopped loading new videos or games. I removed the app and reinstalled it and still can't load anything. Note: internet connection is fast and I can open other apps without any issues, also I have 4GB of free space. Hope I can get help ASAP

Why should we even subscribe when my child was younger i installed the app for her and i didnt have to subscribe and then i uninstalled it because she got bored from it and now she wants to play on it but she cant because of the substraction. 🤬THE WORST APP ON THE PLAYSTORE AND APP STORE🤬

Very bad experience , I pay the subscription fees every month and I can't use the app and olso can't cancel the subscription and there's no answer on the customer's service account on WhatsApp

You should pay first inside app and i think you will found nothing after pay or at least poor content because they can't give examples or trial time so this is only about collecting money, info and wasting time.

Why should I subscribe for this as a kid learning app I remember this app without subscription it's a bad option I don't like it you guy's was my favorite app learning it's sad that I can't play anything on it without subscription

Even when uninstalled, it still make automatic monthly payment deduction for my credit card and can not find a way to cancel that rule.

This game is from my childhood and it was really a wonderful game and I still love it. I am now 12 years old. I have been playing it for ten years. When I was two years old, I played it until I was six. It was the best four years of my life. I really hope that this game will continue to exist. 🥰🥰🥰♥️♥️

How can i cancel my subscription ? I need to cancel it . I uninstalled the app , unsubscriped it and sent emails to cancel it but still charges me every week I tried every thing and it didn`t work !!!

I changed my phone twice and now I can't sign in till I sign out from older devices. Both are broken how can I sign out? I'm paying the annual subscription now it's useless.

This game has been my favorite since I was little. It is useful and fun. Now that I am older, I still love it. 🫶🫶💝

Needs alot of UX in order to be so simple and easy to use! +the subscription is so expensive!

It renewed the subscription without asking and i want a refund and the page doesn't exist, i need someone to help me out with this as soon as possible
