I have been using this app for a while. It has always worked good with minor issues here and there. Recently during the month of July 2022 I was following one phone number and for some reason, the app would not recognize my payment. Everytime I opened the app, it kept saying that I needed to reactivate the number after I had already processed a payment. I ended up paying 5 times $15.89 each in one month for one number. They even accepted 3 payments on one day for the same number. System Flawed:(
It say 3 days free trial, I added 3 # on September 27th I believe, got asked to pay for 2 of them, I figured if I don't like it I'll get a refund. Well I decided to cancel the subscription after ten minutes from downloading this app, to my surprise, no refund will be issued, and my subscription will end on September 30th for 1 # and October 4 the other 2 #, since I got already billed might well use it, now it deactivated 1 # and asking me to repay and activate for something I already paid for!
Scammers. Don't waste your time. This is a paid app that costs you $15 to use. I tried and trusted them with my billing information just to be charged the subscription twice ($30) after the trial ends (had the app for less than 4 days). And upon contacting their extremely rude customer service, they told me "they could only find one charge in my account", even after I sent screenshot of my last transactions showing I was charged $30. Now I need to dispute with my bank. Dont make the same mistake
It has been working wonderfully!!! Then it stopped tracking. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and though I've paid for 2 subscriptions already, I had to add back those same 2 numbers and it charged me AGAIN for the 2 numbers that I have already paid a subscription for for a month and it's STILL not activating the numbers so they can track. I am upset and need assistance!!!😡😡
it works very well, but you have taken 2 amounts from me when the trial is free. and I cancelled it 2 days before. I want a refund of one amount or I'm taking further action. get in touch.
Money waste, This app not working properly. Not showing online while they are on online. Showing online when they are in switch off.
Sadly it's very inaccurate. It keeps telling me that the person is online for hours after they've opened the app. It's like people have the app open for 3+ hrs, but when I open WhatsApp I can see that they're not online. If it worked properly, might be worth it, but not like this, especially not a weekly price as opposed to a monthly / yearly one.
if there was a lesser rating then 1 this app would get it absolutely useless whoever designed it should be fired and have to reimburse his employer nothing (I MEAN NOTHING EVER SHOWED NOTHING ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC ) You should have your keyboard taken away and burned for wasting company equipment my blind grandmother could do better. I want my money back Pronto im on it Google or my credit card is going to reimburse me. LOSER APP
As soon as I got started, after installation and giving permissions to access my contacts, it comes up that you have to agree to '3-Day Free Trial', after which you will be charged a $14.99 fee "PER WEEK" for use of this service. If it was 99 cents per month would be too much, but paying about $720 per year to see when someone was last online is ludicrous. I assume this is basically to leech off people who just click "Agree" without paying much attention to the details of what they're getting.
Before my trial period I was charged for the full amount. I've lodge a complaint to Google play store. I contacted the developer and they were kind enough to address the issue and refund me on the same day my credit was deducted. Despite the deduction issue, this is one of the best online tracker I've used but very expensive. Perhaps the developer should consider revising the price (ie. Price for tracking only one number).
This app saves my relationship with my lady. Sometimes we argue and wanna give her some distance I used this to if she's online that she doesn't blast for blowing up her phone with messages.
Overall the app working well. But there will always be glitch where it doesn't respond if the number is online. Burn my money for a day when i notice it 😪 LastSeen should have monthly plan. Weekly plan just too expensive. So expensive for one number only. 3/5 (glitch, expensive plan). I would rate 5/5 if have cheap monthly plan. Glitch? Forgiveable. But hey, no ads, that's cool. Just too expensive.
I tried to use the 3 day trail period this app, and after i saw the price of $15 i uninstalledet, because I consider it is expensive. But they requested to pay $1 for the trail period and after that they will returned. They charged me twice $1, and tody $15.57 for a subscription i never asked! Why would they've charge me for a service that i don't use???
Not a positive experience. Aggregating 😳🙄 All It does is have you name a contact and their number. Says they are monitoring the person and will put the information on a page when the person gets online. I was online with the contract and I checked the app. It had no idea the person was even online. It's a scam and they take your money with no problem at all. Unskilled.
Well well, so weird, worked very well in my free trial period , paid well over the top at almost £9 per week , anyway one day after paying it stopped!! Didn't do a single thing after that! I've just cancelled my subscription, Shame as the trail period is spot on , soon as you pay it slips working!! .anyway that's my review of something possibly a scam !?.
Offline Updates are late. Usually 30 mins late. Until then the online status is constantly on even though after the offline status has come though it says they were only online for a few seconds. Then why were they showing ONLINE for 30 mins??? Also, ever 'online' timestamp starts on the exact same second and exactly in 30 mins intervals. If your app isn't working you shouldnt charge people money!
DO NOT purchase this app. I purchased it on Thursday & requested a refund on Saturday. The app is extremely unreliable. I wanted to see how well it worked & monitored a family member. We communicated & monitored the app to see if it would capture all their occurances when accessing the app as well as time on and off. It logged them as being on for hours upon hours when they weren't. The app didn't work from the start and the refund policy doesn't permit a refund. Im without a working app and $15
I was charged twice right after I got confirmation that I had a free trial. I contacted the app coordinator and was informed that every additional number I would be charged the monthly subscription. At the point where I was charged I didn't even put in a number to track.... I contacted them saying that and obviously no reply. Waste of complete money and to be honest, the app goes so far as find someone on Google under 411.
I purchased the premium version of this app for RM60++, which was valid for a week. The deduction was successful, but I was not able to utilize the premium services as advertised. I sent an email to the respective person, but they ignored my email. Now, the subscription has already ended, and I am at a loss.
Why aren't you guys solving the issues i have been highlighting over the email. I have sent multiples screenshots for refernce. Multiple queries explaining everything. These are the bugs/faults of your application. It's been more than a week you guys haven't resolve the issues. I am still facing the exact same issues. My money are getting wasted because of your team's lackness and late responses.
