This app is hit or miss. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't, doesn't seem to have any issues with Apple but on android always problematic. I usually do laundry with my cousin or someone else and they have an iphone. Where it won't allow me to log in it allows them to log in despite my phone being a brand new samsung s25 model. The developers really need to figure out the bugs and get them sorted out.

Ok app. Location services on your device has to be on all the time to use App, instead of just putting in a location number which is more useful. People do not want to be tracked to use a service. This needs to be turned off. The app does not show what machines you have previously used after you finished using them, so you can't track purchases by app or loyalty points & you cant view used loyalty points. Fix these items for a better rating. Dryers not as efficient, so you use money.

I am mostly satisfied with this app. My only issue is all of a sudden, the app does not have the numbers of the washers/dryers organized. It jumbles them in mixed order, making finding a unit on the list difficult. If you can direct me towards how to fix this issue, I will increase my rating to 5 stars. Thank you for making the app so easy to use!

You have to be CONNECTED TO THE LAUNDROMAT'S WIFI for this to work. How else is it going to know what's going on with their machines?! It's working great on my Android device. And it's too bad this app is so lowly rated because people are not being directed clearly enough to do this first. Maybe there should be a pop every time the app opens to remind people about this. I really, really like not having to get cash and quarters as I do a lot of laundry.

NO REFUNDS! DOESNT WORK! loaded 28 Dollars on to the app, but the apps just froze on one screen. I cant hit back, select my machine. NOTHING. NO refunds on the app neither, says you need to talk to management.

the employees are very informative. walked me through each step with beautiful patience. definitely will return. Champagne is the employee that welcomed me. stop in and see her!! highly recommend and very good prices as well. lots of washers and dryer for everyone.

doesn't work, but it will take your money. If I could give a minus 4 stars I would. update, read some other reviews that I missed because I was in a hurry. Having to be on laundromat wifi was mentioned, which was not mentioned in anything I have seen prior. Had I known that, I wouldn't have touched the app. Financials on an open public wifi, not again no sir

I downloaded this app about 2 weeks ago. I haven't found any issues with it at all except my own learning curve. This is so much more convenient than dealing with the tons of quarters required to wash and dry. The app does more than start the machines . it tells you how many machines are available and how much time left to was and dry. So far it's done everything and more than expected. I give 5 stars

Great app overall. I wish it was easier to add extra washes and rinses after scanning the qr code on the washer. I've made that mistake a few times even after vowing that I will pay better attention. If I don't catch it early enough, then it's too late. Please make it easier to change the wash before pressing the start button. The laundromat will make more money and your customers, laundromat owners, will be happier. Thank you.

I really want to give this app 5 stars, but I'm giving it 4 only because you can't log into it unless you're standing in the laundromat. It would be nice to check washer availability without having to drive up here to see how busy it is. The app is also super user-friendly and very well designed. I like that I don't have to carry around a bunch of quarters, I can sit in my car and know when my laundry will be finished, and the loyalty program is a plus!

Downloaded this app to use at a new laundry facility. Set everything up and added funds. App won't let you select anything on the laundry page to activate any of the machines. Now I have money stuck on this app that I can't use. And had to use cash at the change machine to use the laundry machines. Tried restarting the app, re-downloading the app, and restarting my phone. Still machine page is frozen. Can't even use the back button on the app. But the add funds feature sure does work...

It's not straightforward. At my location I was having trouble because the app wouldn't take the picture to start the process and then I found a small sign saying I need to connect to their local network. I had to connect to their wifi. Once I connected to their wifi it worked. Very strange.

App is so easy to use and so convenient. Tells you what size washer and dryers they have open to use and how long it will take to run. Even gives you the option to add a timer to let you know it is done if you need to go somewhere. And the best part is when you use this app to load a washer it gives you points to go towards a free dryer.

Good app, but the minimum $ you can upload to the app is $15. I could probably do 5 or 10 dollars, but I can't justify putting $15 on an app when I know the ONE wash & dry won't be near that amount, and that extra $5 could get groceries for my son and I. Everyone is struggling so hard right now, this is my only complaint.

Inferior to the Huebsch app. The laundromat by my former house used Huebsch machines & its app & is FAR superior to this one. This app requires you to be in range of the laundromats wifi to connect & always let it have access to your location. Huebsch doesn't require any of that stupidity, I can use it anywhere I have a data connection, anywhere. Huebsch also offers you a percentage of what you spend as bonus cash. This group gives you points but zero clue to their value. Garbage app.

To echo what others described; the app REQUIRES a wifi connection to function. You are never told this and should never expect it. Without a connection you can add funds, but never do anything with them; all buttons will be locked out.

This app forces you to pay ahead in increments of $5 (more than you actually need) without any ability to be refunded. When it is working, it is convenient but 2 out of 3 times I tried to use the app only to be failed. I am deleting the app and they can refund my money.

Not pleased with app. I signed up, added $, machine would not accept $ because app froze up on my phone. Deleted account. Tried to do new account, but it wouldn't accept my email, stating it's already in use, and I was charged with the $ it set up. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP

Do not download and use this app. You can upload funds easily enough, but won't be able to get your unused funds back. I have contacted LaundryPay twice about it with no reply. We used this at a laundromat in Florida while we were on vacation. Now that I no longer need the app, I cannot get my unused funds back. Do not use this app. Just bring your bag of quarters and pay the old fashioned way.

Originally I gave this app one star because of the issues I was inexplicably having. But after contacting the developer and the help I received I'm giving it 5 stars. I was a little apprehensive contacting their app support knowing how most tech support is usually a nightmare. Not here.
