LAZ Parking

The app works fine, but there are two issues I have with it: 1. The app defaults to Google Pay for payment, even if the user does not have one or use it 2. The app's feature to pay for parking in the same lot again can trick you to pay for an undesirable rate. I did not wish to pay for 2 days of parking, but I was roped into it. I will look for alternatives, but this app may be my only option.

Not very functional. The only reason I go to LAZ Parking is for events (they only accept cash) and occasional after-hours parking needs. It would be nice to get a ticket and scan the bar code after I'm done using the parking space. There's no functionality for that. So I have to grab my ticket from the car and return to the kiosk to pay and then leave. For event parking the ticket always has to be displayed in the windshield.

Not user friendly. I put in my destination and it found the building I wanted to go to, but said "No matches" for parking. Their parking lot is across the street from the building! When I manually zoomed in on the map, I could select the lot. Then it had a phone number, email address, and street address, but didn't show any rate information or hours of operation. Then when I clicked on the address to navigate to it, it took me to another address entrance, not the one I wanted.

Gets stuck on processing payments. Every. Single. Time. and when it doesn't get stuck, sometimes it takes over 10 mins to register that you've paid, at which point you've probably already thought it didn't process, so when you've re attempted to pay again to avoid being ticketed, you find that you've been charged twice. Or even three times. Fun to deal with while at work and 6:30 parking time rolls around. Absolute trash.

I work at a mall that requires us to pay for parking now. I was paying a discounted daily rate because I work pt. Also, you cant pay at the pay station. You can only pay at the exit, thus blocking the exit.( Im short in a low car, have to park and get halfway out of car to scan and pay.) Decided to upgrade a monthly pass since work has picked up. Was told needed to get this app, but not able to sign up for it and the number on the app for monthly parking is disconnected. So this app is useless

Despite having so many places of operation, which granted would take time to set all of them up, this app is horrible. It will find almost any location, but many of them you can't purchase parking for. It's basically useless outside of some major cities. Customer support told me to download it so I'd be safe from getting violations. Well, I guess even they don't know that it doesn't work for a large number of stations.

I wish this app had more options for length of parking.. I'm not always in the area for only 1 hour or 2 and there's no way to customize to add more time If we are running late. I also wish there was a notification in case we are in danger of running over the time limit and we can have the option of extending our time.

no way to pay for parking less than 4 hours. I came here for 15 mins, still had to pay for 4 hours.

Basically good app but I can't seem to add a subscription pass to the app..

Great place to park, very easy app to use.

I reserved parking with this app. When I drove up to the parking gate and tried to use the QR code, the machine said it was an invalid voucher. After failing to scan multiple times, I paid for another reservation with SpotHero on the spot, then used that QR code instead to open the gate. When I emailed LAZ support for a refund, I got no response. Save yourself the trouble and use SpotHero or ParkWhiz.

The app and the company are both horrible. I paid LAZ Parking for a spot at their Pearl St. Lot in NYC. When I arrived at the time of the reservation, the attendant tried to turn me away saying the lot was full ---strange because I had a reservation and I wasn't there yet so there should be one spot anyway. I had to make a scene in order to be let in to park at a place I had a reservation and had already paid for. Don't use the app. Don't do business with LAZ Parking.

lately the app has been giving me trouble with the payment step. it keeps forgetting my credit cards and forms of payment. I have tried clearing the cache and that has worked for a while until it didn't. someone needs to look into this bug

Prices on the app did not match the prices posted at the parking lot, price posted on the sign was significantly cheaper than the app, I called the phone number in the app several times (no one answers) and left a message but no one has ever called me back, I called their corporate office and they told me that the price posted at the parking lot is irrelevant and they will not remove the posted sign

This app will charged me for parking in advance, gave me a QR code to acan when I arrived, then when I used my code at the appointed time, it told me it was an invalid code. I had to take a ticket to park, so I essentially paid double to park. They will no refund under any circumstances. Just get a ticket when you arrive because this app will scam you.

App barely worked one night. When I finally got it to work I ended up getting charged $40 instead of $12 for the parking. Still have an open email out to LAZ and no one has responded in months. Beware when you click pay. I take a screenshot now just for proof. 0 stars if I could.

I wouldn't even give this one star. All I wanted to do was pay for my parking so I downloaded it. 27 minutes later I gave up. Between the error messages and the app requiring that I reserve a parking space (which is one of the spots where I kept getting the error messages) I gave up. Not worth the effort of downloading.

It's better to park your car in the middle of the road and risk towing over using this service to use the parking. The biggest issue is that the people behind are scummy and are out to scam you. They will charge you for the parking and then sent you a parking ticket on some flimsy pretext. And, they don't respond if you dispute the ticket. After a couple of weeks they will send the ticket to COLLECTION. And, you would be forced to pay the extortion money since you don't want a hit on your credit score. Don't use this app ever.

This APP does not work.bits a major disappointment. The garage where I park just switched from human giving tickets out and later collecting money or credit cards. LAZ put up two pretty blue signs with texting info and numbers and it gives NO actual info on how to make the switch. I'd like to pay but have no idea how.

Terrible. The app doesn't work correctly in anyway. Glitches occur when checking out leaving you to wonder if your transaction went through. Subscription passes and monthly passes do not work and don't show up for garages when they should. The address and map marker is incorrect for many garages. The history and my account screens work well enough. It's a good start but this app needs serious work. LAZ needs to do better if they are going to start moving garages to use the app only for payment.
