Keep on asking to speak to the agent, but keep insisting to talk to it first. Partnered with the useless courier. 3 of my orders got cancelled when they were paid already. Idc about the refund. I need the item. Customer service keeps on saying they'll look into it, nothing happened. Already reported the courier to the platform, still my orders are handled by them. Absolute joke.

If you don't have any problems with an order, the app is great. If you have any trouble, the AI will lead you in circles, I'm not sure the agent I talked to in the end was even real, and the store I tried to talk to had an AI that lied to me about sending the missing parts of my order and never let me speak to a human. It is a frustrating waste of time and I'm deleting this app as soon as I (hopefully) receive my partial refund.

I use to order from this store, I stop doing it because it takes a while for them to deliver my orders. Don't install the App, advertising pop-ups will be installed together with the App, it's Annoying. It is best to order your items from Amazon especially for imported items, it is cheaper and that every item will be delivered on time or earlier even if it came from the other side of the world. Please note that theri tracking system is real, not like Lazada which I think is not true, considering that even if the item had already been picked up by the local carrier as indicated, it would still take another 2 weeks for them to deliver, You'll be wondering as to who is informing you correctly. For your added information, you could pay Amazon using the Western Union outlets, that is if you don't have any credit card.

They are not letting me leave a feedback in the app so I am doing it here. It's somehow related to app and their process. I ordered an item from the seller Huggies with express delivery(should be same day or next day tje most), 5 days and there was no movement so I called their hotline and was told that it is subject for cancellation because there was no progress. Been sending messages to the seller but ignoring me. The worst part is, I cannot leave a review. I encouraged you to switch to Shoppee

The app is becoming convoluted and a little sketchy. A task-based promo pops up where you can earn LazRewards for browsing or clicking on items for several seconds. The prize gets high, and then it disappears before you get the chance to claim it. Then you can no longer find it anywhere. It's weird and frustrating.

Try Lazada if you want to experience the most useless and incompetent customer service and app ever. They sell fake illegal products, if you contact them customer service will waste an hour of your time and promise you will receive an email with help. No one will ever email you, they are liars and scammers, they just waste your time until you give up. I have contacted customer service so many times, wasted more hours than you can imagine and they never help, they just lie and take your money.

Bad experience, ineffective customer service, they must try harder. I keep getting asked to review an item that I have not received, though they say otherwise. Proof of delivery is a different unit and a different condo. Still no refund despite an obvious delivery error! Support team is useless. Unexpected delivery error means you have to manage it better!

Update: I can't pay, can't use any voucher, the applied coins when paying are not the same as when I put them in cart. when I talked to the customer service, they said they can't do anything about it, blaming the algorithm automatically detects unusual activities. but I was still able to place orders previously. don't know why this is happening

I am writing this after ordering from this company more than 20–30 times. This is not just one bad experience. Almost 90% of the items I received were not exactly the same as shown in the pictures or description. The product quality, writing, and details were different from what was advertised. Even the price shown and the product received do not fully match in value. This is not the right way to do business.

Not only your advertising is predatory and annoying but your delivery is horrible. Recently my order is stuck at meycauayan, like there is an serious accident or deliberate negligence there that's why my order is stuck there for days. Also your ads are super forcefully, with fake X buttons and sometimes forcing you to go there, which literally lagged my phone so much it crashed. 0/10

there's so many add about lazada so i install it but then they cancelled my order but i dismissed it and i order again but it took so long to arrive well it alright but i ordered again and lazada cancel it again i really need it so i was willing to wait because that item wasn't in any other shopping app and the price they show wasn't the real price and there's no voucher and coin cant be use well the item was good but that's the only advantage the service are unreliable it really disappointing .

A number of sellers do not honor some vouchers by not shipping the order until it's cancelled and it happenned to me multiple times even reported to Laz customer service, so dissappointing. No weekend deliveries. Package sitting ducks in storage. This is where TikTok starts overtaking, fast deliveries , quick returns, getting better and better.

My lazland reward is stuck. For 1 month plus. It keeps saying no stock (but when I checked the other accounts, there's no such thing as no stock). Someone please talk to me and help me fix this. It ain't easy to play this program OK it took time. I just want my milo.

Extremely disappointed with this app.I placed an order on Cadbury, OREO, Chipsmore!, Twisties Official-Store on 7 Feb with a very cheap price, untill now alr March still not yet shipped out, the status keeps showing packed by seller. And the platform didn't even auto cancel for such a long date without active status. Their cs is not giving proper response either, keep saying they will investigate but I nvr got a response. Lzd cs only told me to cancel my order and report the seller....

Compared to Shopee, Lazada is less appealing due to pop ups and ads on the app. The UI is also confusing, it looks more like a website rather than an app. Only 2 star because of the messy design, confusing navigation, and lots of pop ups. It's like I'm dealing with spaghetti wires simply by using this app.

The app should display the total number of products on each store's homepage. Currently, not knowing the inventory size makes it difficult for users to gauge the shop's scale for reference. ​Additionally, when searching within a shop, the app does not show the number of search results. The absence of these metrics makes filtering and searching feel vague and time-consuming. I hope Lazada will soon update these indicators to make it easier for buyers to browse and choose. Thank you!

Lazada (Ph), is now so disappointing. Before I have a parcel that had a status of "To Ship," but I was confused as I was receiving text that a parcel was out for delivery. It was eventually canceled because I didn't expect that the SMS was legit (thinking it was a scam) consodering the status in the app. another is when I placed an irder 1/23/26, this app can't even prompt their partner seller to expedite the shipping. it's already 2/17 and is still on "to ship" status.

it happens frequently that shops take in orders and just don't deliver. the on-time guarantee is worthless because you can only rate if you receive a delivery. the way the rating is enforced plenty people will just rate high to get out of the rating enforcement loop.
