LBank - Buy Bitcoin & Crypto

I am experiencing an issue with my LBank account. My withdrawal/transaction has not been processed, or my account has been restricted without a clear explanation. Please review my case and provide clarification as soon as possible. I am ready to provide transaction IDs and any required verification documents.

The LBank App is a reliable App with a wide range of trading pairs and a very user-friendly interface even for beginners. Transactions are always fast, and liquidity is generally solid even for newer tokens. Its security features and responsive support make trading feel smooth and confident. The app is very smooth and easy to understand with no bugs. Definitely a 5⭐ App for me.

I had a very serious issue with LBank. I was liquidated before the price even reached my stop loss. I opened a SHORT position, but the system executed it as a LONG position. This is a critical and unacceptable error. Additionally, I selected ISOLATED margin, but the platform opened the position in CROSS margin by default. This mistake directly led to my liquidation. Don't invest in LBANK exchange. They will delist any token at any time and lock your money for minimum of 6 months. They delisted their own token $LBK suddenly from all exchanges on July 21, 2025 and locked users funds for 5+ months. They did not even gave single reason/info during those 5 months about delisting/refund. No one expected that an international exchange will behave like this. They might do bankruptcy anytime one day. My biggest mistake in 2025 is invested in this scam Exchange.

All my years of crypto trading, I have never seen any exchange delist its native token. This is the first exchange in the history of crypto that delisted its exchange token without giving users the opportunity to withdraw before locking it. I logged into my account & I can't find my lbk tokens. This is a big fraud! I want to warn every crypto user out there to be very careful of this exchange, any exchange that can delist its native token, is capable of doing anything.

Great app for trading. The interface is clean and simple, and everything runs smoothly without lag. Deposits and withdrawals have been fast for me, and I feel safe using it. Definitely one of the better exchanges on mobile.

I have 2 open futures trades and it has been about 8 or 9 hours that futures have been in trouble Futures shows me empty even though I have $1,300 in balance in it.

App is way too buggy and laggy. Since last update it got even worse. I try to enter position but dont get filled so i cancel my order and try to place it again at another price then the error insufficient funds so i have to restart the app and wait for another minute once the app restarted the chance is already gone. Also perp contracts arent even near to the real asset. I get stopped out for no reason while on the real asset price never even came close to my stop price.

LBank has definitely become one of my go-to exchanges.

Scam App STAY AWAY. i never write reviews, but after trialling this app for 2wks, id highly advise you to NOT download it. heavily botted/manipulated. advanced trading bots that will react to the buy price AS you type it in. any seasoned trader can go look at any of the top 5 coins (when sorted by %change 24h), look at the chart and see this. on top of this, i and others have run into issues when withdrawing. no regulations, obscured company details, history of fraud - choose another app.

lbank exchange now doing a froud . Because it cut to much funds from account and the will suspend when coin dump . so please carefully do trading . They freeze account without any issue.

interface looks nice but ends there, despite days of trying to swap my usdc for spot crypto, no clue. my app showed a different value than the desktop version, just wacky. trying to withdraw my usdc was also traumatic. Downloaded bitget and got the job done in 10min. be weary if you plan to get this app, I do not recommend.
