It's impossible to navigate. When I search for tournament teams, it becomes literally impossible to navigate to a different screen as the back button doesn't work, (it's there, but it does nothing when I press it) and there are no other navigation buttons. Finding teams on here is also a much bigger chore than it should be. Gamechanger has its shortcomings, but at least I can easily search a team and request access.

It worked last year. After a recent update, the app never fully opens. I get the yellow spinning wheel forever. I emailed for help last week, but still no response. I have updated, clear cache, and reinstalled. Oddly, I still get notifications, but when I click on notification, the app stalls on the green screen.

Constantly glitching, giving error messages, and chat threads won't load. Notifications lag, sometimes not showing up for hours difference between my husband and my separate devices. Now old chat threads won't delete at all. Support is always friendly and quickly responsive, but never has a corrective action other than "un-install and re-install" (which I have to do, sometimes weekly, to get the app to work properly!) If it were up to me, the whole club would use a different app entirely.

I can't access the information I need. The app store didn't have an upgrade. I uninstalled and reinstalled. It still shows that the version won't work. Really bad experience right before I need to know the practice location. My wife couldn't get access for a long time because the app had a hard time understanding emails with a dot. I only wish I could give fewer stars.

Insanely buggy. Wish so bad my league used a different app. The amount of times I have to uninstall/reinstall the app is way too high. It's functional for maybe a week at a time before I have to do another uninstall/reinstall. Clearing the cache and forcing the app to stop just to refresh it does nothing. Idk how or why this issue hasn't been fixed when it's been going on for at least half a year if not longer with so many people having the same problem but it'd be nice if the devs worked it out

2 stars for the fact I can see my kids' teams and schedules. However, the chat feature just stopped working and kicked me out. I get "forbidden" and "error occurred" pop ups anytime I try to open them up. As the entire team is communicating, I cant get past the preview I get from the notification from my home screen. It's been very frustrating. I emailed the company and they claim to be working on it. Then I email again for an update and get passed to another engineer. Hopefully NYS catches on..

Seems like there is little care for the mobile app. It constantly errors out and can only be remedied by uninstalling and reinstalling. It also annoying that I can't log my score from the app directly. If I'm on different leagues who use LAP, if I click on my organization it should ideally take me to information specific to that league, like schedule and standings. i really wish I didn't have to use this platform, I've had nothing but complaints

Horrible app, stuck with it for a couple years now. Issues with the schedule and getting messages; eventually figured out need to regularly logout. The online portal wouldn't let me register. After tons of troubleshooting with LeagueApps, I figured out don't use Chrome, brought it to their attention and the next year they still didn't fix the issue. This year I registered in the portal and payed our club outside the portal, the app is filling my inbox with nonpayment emails, no solution.

This app is so glitchy, and I feel it gets worse with every update. I have an s22 ultra so it's not that I'm trying to.run it on an older ph either. Randomly my team disappears. I get the push notifications for practices and games but when I login the events are not there for me to see details. Usually, uninstalling and reinstalling fixes this issue, but now that doesn't even work.

Ever since the new Android version rolled out, I'm unable to see player roster info as I did before. It's very frustrating as a coach that I have no access to player information and dangerous in an emergency situation. The app has always been glitchy and I had to install and reinstall it often in order for it to update properly. Please fix this issue. I was told it was top priority, but it has been unusable for over a month and fall season has started.

This app is by no means user friendly. It's like learning a completely new database at your job. Instead of click here and done, it's click to go here, then there, etc. To many bugs and am surprised any sports team use this thing. Trying to "accept" an invite to an event (FYI, I already have an account) and it takes me to "create an account" in order to accept it... even though I'm already logged in. Continues to repeat the process = can't register. Suggestion, burn this one down and start over.

HORRIBLE APP! Our club team decided to give this app another try, and it's absolutely horrible. You can't delete chats from the feed. When someone posts in the chat, you can't see who is posting. The bubbles next to their names are black. No ability to post/share screenshots or photos. When posting in a chat, the app will randomly divert to the calendar, and you lose your entire post. I wish I could give it negative stars!

It's terrible. It may work well for some time (days or weeks), but then starts breaking down. The chat feature has never worked really well: it offers the options of replying to one person or the whole group, but I was never able to reply to a coach and had to begin a message from scratch. Me, and all the people I know who use this app, spend more time waiting for it to be fixed than actually using it.

So bad. So glitchy! Out club switched from sportsengine which was 100% better. I hope we go back. Specific issues: Never opens immediately when I click on it. Most of the time tells me I'm not online, sometimes just spinning wheel. Notification shows hundreds of new messages and I have to click on it numerous times to make it go away. Calendar first wouldn't download and then downloaded with the wrong team Chat has no good features Doesn't show teammates contact info

I have to delete and reinstall this app constantly. This will be my 10th time in 3 months. Other users have the same issue on my team. I am a team manager and work with this app all the time. It is frustrating loading events when the time changes and all the information is wiped. I have not been happy with the apps performance.

Honestly one of the worst apps I've ever used. Not user friendly, my kids account has never worked, and there is zero easy way to check or reregister to get logged in for her (basic 101 type of stuff). Navigation is horrible and could be so much easier. It seems like leagueapps is not well funded and are putting in no investment to this system. coaches, find a better alternative.

It worked fine last year. Now, however, the app never fully opens. Only the green background. I can read the first line of each message in my notifications, but can't read full threads. I have updated and reinstalled with no effect.

This app is impossible to navigate. Not user friendly. It will not accept data entered which is required to advance to the next screen. When you actually can locate an option to register for there is no actual button or anything to click on to register for that thing.

Zero star bug laden league management app. Website and iOS version no better. Have used many competitors that deliver a better product. Would not recommended running a league with this app at this point, or even being a user. I have petitioned our travel league to go elsewhere. Update*** Still practically useless, not sure how they claim to be the #1 league management solution. I have yet to find a competitor that is worse. Fix the platform it's not just an android issue the iOS is bad too.

Worthless, just absolutely worthless. This app never works, finding a league or a team is a huge hurdle, and the messaging is a joke. I'd rather go back to paper mail and notifications than use this app ever again.
