Customer Service is useless. They cannot provide the help you need, tried reaching out multiple times still my concern was not properly addressed.

bad experience orders more than 10 days with no response or mail to contact them directly.only number which if you call no exact information you can get.i think will be last time to order from app.

it's bit complicated as the app is not that much customer friendly. But it's ok now i placed a couple of orders now.

I placed an order through the Lefties app, only to have it cancelled shortly after because the items were "out of stock." Despite this, the amount was still held from my bank account. The worst part? I was told the hold won’t be released for 30 days — for an order I didn’t even receive! This is completely unacceptable. Holding my money for a month over unavailable items is not only bad service, it's unfair. I expected better from a known brand like Lefties. Please fix your app’s stock system.

App moves too slow. Images don't correspond to what products look like. Quality of products is worse online, than in the store. Size guide doesn't correspond to real garment size. It's best to go check items with your own eyes.

They don't deliver on time and the customer support is rude and unhelpful. I ordered 2 items for store pick up at the time of placing the order it says pick up in 1 to 2 days but 3 days after also there is no movement in the order. Very disappointing.

They have upgraded the app alot since last year and it's super easy to order online now. I went into my local store and could not find the exact size I wanted on a few items and the line was super long (being xmas shopping week) so I looked online and found everything. Fabulous!!

it's a little difficult to use but I love the clothes

Excellent app,once items are delivered to store,go in find a member of staff..they will scan the QR code and just go get your Items..no queuing..so quick and efficient!! Although if you refund anything online you have to wait 15 days for the refund to go back into your account. Refunds not done for online purchases instore.

app is not so smooth and convienient

Worst service ever i have experince i have order on 12 jan and was waiting for my order now on 25 jan they send me email saying half of amount is refunded as i ordered 10 iteams and they says they are sending only 3 iteams with shipping charge added as 3 iteams its less the 35 euro,i did email them but nobody answered,dont buy online from this app .

It's mentioned that orders take from 2 to 4 days to be delivered, I ordered a week ago and it still hasn't been delivered. I emailed and messaged the company that my order is delayed and I'm travelling out of the country so I have to collect my order before I leave and there is no proper response to this urgent matter.

I made an order 10 days ago and didn't receive a single email regarding when it will arrive, and as stated in the app, it should have arrived already, I already sent multiple emails and no one responded, I also tried contacting them through the app and it did not work...

can i ask if when my orders will be delivered because app not wrking properly.

I had a very bad shopping experience with this app. I placed an order more than a week ago, but it was not delivered on time. I have no idea when I will receive my order.

Please add the option to add "my lefties qr" to goggle pay. The app only have the option to add to apple pay and that doesn't make any sense on an android app.

Deceiving, got 2 orders canceled after 15 days due to insufficient stock. If you need 2 weeks to check your stock, something is really wrong with your system.

Their products are very low in quality, I purchased many pieces that did not even stand for one week and got torn, regret to pay money for such cheap quality.
