Endless advertisements practically every time you click something in the app. If you want any new watch faces, they're $2 each. Or you can subscribe to their monthly fee 'VIP' pay-wall to get rid of the ads and unlock free watch faces. App is in English, but the grammar used is pretty bad. Like instead of a button that says 'ok' it says 'know' instead.
I like the watch itself. Pretty easy to figure out and I like that it plays music and has a voice assistant. The app infuriates me. I can't access the dial store, I can't open the FAQ, I can't submit a help question. It won't even let me PAY for premium. Which I was only trying to do so I could maybe get some FREAKING ASSISTANCE. If someone from your organization could offer some type of guidance I would really appreciate it.
With all the ads every three minutes I am uninstalling and returning my device for refund. I am going to tell the device manufacturer I am returning their device due to all the ads in this app. No matter how well a device works spending 99% of my time waiting for intrusive ads to clear isn't worth it. I can't change my settings due to ads. I'll spend more for a device than put up with ads. This is bad
I'm having an incredibly hard time connecting the watch to my device, I went through all the steps and accepted all the permissions it told me to and then when I went to log in, an email is never sent with the verification. It is incredibly frustrating, I feel like I just wasted my money on something that won't even work.
Whoever wrote the instructions in English does not have a good grasp of the language. The setup process, as a result, is confusing. The app keeps trying to set up a watch when the device i have is a ring. And so far, no stats are being recorded. Edit: The app is trash, you cannot make simple changes such as units of measurement. Any time you do, it automatically reverts to metric measurements. It wants protected status, w/e that is, and stat tracking is inaccurate. ZERO STARS
I have the Smart Band fitness tracker watch. The app is super easy to use, but not accurate AT ALL! It tells me I've only burned on average 50 calories per day even when I hit over 14,000 steps. Using a pedometer step calculator online says around 500 cals. Distance is way off. Junk. Everything is way off. The only thing that is remotely accurate is the pedometer, if you wear on your ankle for exercise and cleaning and on the wrist for normal walking. I've counted hundreds of steps to be sure.
I like the wristband ok, it was cheap and effective, but this app is garbage. Very unintuitive, difficult to find and change important setting like units of measurement, lots of ads (unacceptable for an app that already requires the purchase of hardware) and crashes regularly. I still have found no way to change the units for temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit, and there is no help online unless you can read Chinese.
Worked great the first couple of days. The app will not connect my watch to my phone. The smartband's bluetooth however is detected + paired with mobile phone, no problem. I have tried to uninstall the app and restart the phone then reinstall the app several times and I still am unable to connect the devices together. Can't get app to sync with the band. Both band and phone show Bluetooth is on but no shared data. Sleep tracking stopped working. Can’t get HR & BP in app. Whenever you try to do something it tells you to try again later, no matter how long you wait it will say the same message. If I could give zero or negative stars I would.
All the same issues as others, sporadic BT connection, inaccurate info (today is somehow added to yesterday's info on the app, so they're connected to each other but didn't synch. I'm going to restart both, but then I'll probably have trouble reconnecting. Time setting options & metric or imperial are backwards from what I try to select. I had to convert my weight in pounds to kilograms and input it as kilograms so that it would show up as pounds in the App. Ads are every 2 seconds! & much more!
It works as it should. So I used this app for a watch I bought on Temu. But I noticed that most of the dials cost money, which should be completely free honestly. So, I decided to buy the VIP thing 3 times, but my payment didn't go through those 3 times, despite the money being taken out of my bank account. Please fix that & make ALL of the dials free.
Needs improvement. I've had this device for three days. App & device synced with initial set up. After that, it just turned into an inaccurate pedometer. The settings don't seem to stay passed 24 hours. Device doesn't do any scanning of BP, SPO2 or Bpm. I am told to "please try again" when I request a scan. I have had to uninstall/reinstall app & reprogram settings daily.
Update: worked for 24 hrs and that was it. Won't connect to bluetooth and Won't charge. Just received the smart ring as a gift and was very excited. Nothing but issues trying to keep it connected to Bluetooth. AND the battery doesn't even last 24 hours!!! Says it takes an hour to charge and so far it's been on the charger for 5 hrs and has yet to reach full charge. Absolutely useless
You cannot use the help in the app because after you entered what you need you cannot scroll down to submit. The data from watch to phone is not synchronizing. I've had this "smart watch", for a few weeks and only have one day of sleep recorded. You can receive messages but you cannot click to read them, only the first couple words show up. You can receive calls but unless you're right next to your phone it's shotty. Really useless.

This was free from Temu so I can't really complain. But I wish it allowed app down loads if only for a calendar or notes with reminders. I have Google voice but I kept my carrier number as well. it says you can do calls and SMS but it's never worked. So basically it just does heart, Oxygen,BP, Steps (not sure how accurate these are) and it does remind me to drink water and notified me if I've been sitting to long. The problem is if often notified me when I've been up and walking for a bit.
Okay, then frustrating. This app is supposed to work with a watch that monitors pulse, blood oxygen and blood pressure. The only control of the watch is through the app. You cannot even set the time on the watch without the app, and you need to do that every day or so as the watch does not keep good time. But after a while, adds pop up on the app, and it becomes impossible to get to the app itself, so the watch is useless. I have un- and re-installed the app several times but the adds win.
I downloaded this app to pair with a smart ring. This app was indicated in the manual for the ring. The app barely tracks anything. When it does track, the readings are wildly inaccurate. Sleep, steps, sometimes no tracking for days. This is the last time I get a smart device that is a different brand from my phone. Very disappointed. Definitely learned my lesson.
Cons: Distance measured in ft, instead of miles. Unit system set to IN LBS, but it still shows ft. Watch Display doesn't turn on automatically when I lift my wrist to check the time. No workout session data- cals, dist & time, only daily stats. Please keep the stats, instead of erasing them when a change is made. Sad to lose the day's data. Pros: Easy to change from Military Time to 12-HR time. Colorful app layout. *I have yet to compare the heart rate & BP. I'll update if they pass the test.
Both the bracelet and the app are disappointing. The bracelet resets when the Bluetooth connection drops. The bpm heart rate displays the last rate measured by manually doing a heart rate. Sleep mode never detects a sleep cycle (plus it no longer exists as a selection). App wants user to agree to terms written in Chinese. Nearly everything is manual instead of automatic. Settings don't stay set. I can go on and on.
Not worth the purchase. Poor product. Any installed apps to phone that is a step, and calorie counting will work better. Does not link to the device. The wrist band is inaccurate on steps, distance, date, time, and so forth. Inconvenience to have to take apart and recharge in order to continue use.
This doesn't deserve any stars at all. just received mine today and was excited, charged the device and have worked on it all afternoon with this app and cannot even find anywhere to turn it on or off or set the time Etc. I have a Fitbit and have never had any issues with it but wanted to upgrade to be able to get the heart rate and other things this offered. But of course it's worthless it won't do it even the basic setting the time correctly. it keeps saying can't find the device
