I love this app! I was looking for a workout that wasn't to hard and was less then 20 minutes. Otherwise, I might not want to continue doing the workouts. This app provides 30 day workout plans for whatever your level is and is so easy to follow. I also love that they provide stretching exercises and that each days workout is different.
after trying out several apps and uninstalled within a day, I eventually came across this one... currently on day 6 and seeing results already Absolutely love this app, so easy to use and even has short routines for mum's like me. can even create your own workout routine to suit what you like a few suggestions... easier editing on your own routines, e.g moving a routine up/ down the list. also I have just done my own workout routine and it's not been added onto my burned calories for today.
I love the graphics,it actually feels like I have a coach training me. I'm on day 6 and I'm seeing great results on my inner thigh. Tho I know it sounds underrated but I wanna give a shout out to those routines. No one ever talks about them but they are great especially the thick thigh workout. This app just made workout fun and I'm pretty sure I'll be getting more workout apps from the company.😊 Can I ask a question,I love going straight to advanced mode while skipping the rest,is that ok?
This app is a great discovery! I completed the advanced inner thigh workout, and even though my weight hasn't changed so much (-3kg also with other exercises), my legs definitely became more toned. I'm gonna keep exploring other apps by Leap Fitness Group (currently doing planks and splits, too).
It's a bit unfair for me to rate this so early but... I have done two days of advanced leg slimming and was expecting this company's abs app (that one is absolutely great, got results even after the first day) but this app's exercises seem to take at least 5-7 mins longer (skipping breaks) and are barely doing anything. Small burst no more than 5 mins doing harder exercises has already helped more. But, my experience may not be everyone's and the layout is great like the abs app.
OMGosh!!! This is hands down the BEST APP that I have used for fitness! Accommodates all levels and gives ample time to transition from one exercise to the next, or you can skip the rest time and move on. I can see the progress and I'm getting stronger with each session. I love it!
Best app ever. Started with the Beginner programme and I could see a difference almost immediately. Exercises get harder gradually but the best part is they are doable and you never feel helpless or discouraged. On the contrary, finishing a harder sequence leaves you proud of your effort and ready for the next day. I am now halfway through Advanced and it is amazing how much my muscles have improved. This app is super wonderful. It has audio telling you which exercise comes next as well as a timer for exercises. During the exercises you can also watch tutorial videos teaching you how to do the exercises. I am doing beginner level and I love it. It also syncs with google fit and keeps a record of your exercise history.
This app is fab! So easy to use, so quick and you can definitely feel the effects of it. Can do in the living room once the kids are in bed. Love the extra workouts available too. Better music would be great but for a free app I understand that comes at huge time and money. No complaints from me :)
Very well designed, and ideal for busy people because it takes 10-15 minutes. And highly appreciated the -no jump- function so is great when you don't want to bother the down neighbors or for people with arthritis. Also, the structure of the app and levels and notifications is awesome. Recommended to everyone (not only for girls I say)
The app is great and all but it just isn't for someone who isn't active and doesn't have great stamina and perseverance , I tried the inner thigh burning training and I believe it just isn't a beginner training and is at least a intermediate I suggest you ask the user if they are active and their height, weight and body type and suggest training plan accordingly.
It's a wonderful app for people who don't find time to go to the gym but would like to do similar exercises at home. The workouts suggested are very effective and one feels a sense of energy after each work out. This s a must app for all fitness enthusiasists across the globe.
Great app & I notice a difference in my cellulite already (been using it for 2 wks). The only thing I don't like is the voice lady gives you tips that you need after you've already done one whole side (annoying). It would be helpful if they could tell you this before you start each exercise.
What an amazing app. It's very effective and easy to use and to follow and the most exciting part is that you would have to pay for the app, i have been looking for app that doesn't require payment and I found it😊 and mostly I will suggest this app for beginners because it's easy, effective and it gives you some time to rest before entering the next one or you can just skip it if you don't want to rest. 👍👍 To the creators of this app, they deserve more than five 🌟 much love from cute 😘😍😂
I love this app. The day before I started, I was 92 pounds, but after my first exercise, I was 85 pounds!! I KNOW IT'S CRAZY!!!! I recommend to all those lovers of this app, or to the ones having trouble, you should follow part of the meal plan to get better results. Trust me, it helps a lot. I tried this app in summer holidays and kept going for around 20 days! My best record... i m such a lazy person but this app kept me motivated and made me want to complete it however my schedule got messed up as college started again and i forgot one day then the next and then i stopped. Now i want to try again bcz this is a really good app and i love the exercices i could really feel the difference so here i am to give it a second go I hope i make it to the end this time ;) recommended for all
I absolutely love this app. I'm about seven days in on the beginner portion, and I've already seen some changes. I may be hallucinating, but I've also seen a slight decrease in belly fat as well. Just a week into this app has already made me feel 5x more confident with my body, and I look forward to exercising each day. I love the layout and it's very easy to work with, with minimal ads.
GREAT APP! It has many many workouts, with different targets, durations, and intensity levels. You can choose to sync it with google fit so you can keep track of all your exercises, but it has its own calendar with reminders and reports regarding your past workouts.
This app is a life saver. If you are "semi-experienced" in fitness and want to tone up any part of your body, or lose some weight, then tone up, this is the app for you! I am an ex dancer, 52 years old and still look pretty good for my age, but need to keep it as long as I can. I use this app daily and it's working wonders for me. Try it out, it will be a definite asset to your regimen.
I just love the app! It's simple to use, user-friendly, perfect interface, very good training program, perfect for every fitness level and if you want to have a training system and to keep yourself active on an everyday basis - just do it. Definitely recommending it!
